We loved this game until today. We would still give it a rating of 10 on the piggy bank alone. We do not like games that have piggy banks that you have to buy back what you have earned. This games gives them back for free. But what turned us off today was ads. We dont mind them BUT today you kept showing the same 2 ads over and over for dozens of times for 30 seconds at a time. One was Word Cookies and the other was a Casino game. We have quit playing for today. Will try again tomorrow. If its the same we will delete this game. We really really enjoyed it until today. We APOLOGIZE. We just played a solitaire game and it keeps showing the ad Word Cookies over and over. Whats going on with the apps? We still rate your game a 10. Hello. Today is 11/28/20. Its us again. HELP. We finished Villa a couple of days ago but cant get to Studio. It is locked. How can we get to it? Im continued playin in Villa and have points built up. Thank you 1/4/21 How can we contact support? We have completed Flats and Villa twice. BUT the game wont go to next level. It is locked. We enjoy this game. Why cant we move to the next building? Good game, but theres too many ads and its aggravating.
We wouldve liked to play this game but the energy doesnt refill. We’ve waited 4 days and it still hasnt even though it says it should take 15 minutes to refill. So Im just deleting. We dont have enough room on our phone to fill up with things we cant even use.
We thought this game was going to be fun but we were wrong. The minute we started playing it would not let us do anything we kept pressing the button but nothing worked. Please respond back and fix it.
The game is fun but our energy never refills. We have to keep watching ads to get more hearts. We didnt play the game for 3 days just to see if our energy would refill and it never did. Not worth playing if its not going to work right.

Its not a bad game, but there is no game to play, just 2 levels and the game is done. If you dont have a finished app dont putting in the App Store. So we spent money removing the ads and now there is no game. Total fraud.
So many times when we go to play the game, it shows up super zoomed in so you cant see whats going or or super zoomed out – in which case you cant see/read anything. Looks like this game just keeps getting glitchier. Also what happened to the $20 Amazon gift card?? You guys have way too many problems. Also, we notice NO ONE RESPONDS TO ANY OF THE REVIEWS!!

Love this game but would really like the life thing to go away. We want to be able to play the game for several hours without waiting for our lives to refill. Please consider getting rid of this or making lives faster to refill.
After we got past the 115th level or so, we had reached around $16 out of $20 and it is now completely disappeared. We knew this was a scam.
