We miss when the game had extra daily quests. We enjoyed Sams quest, it was an added bonus.
What’s happening to our Ap it’s not opening ?
Help please! After our last update on August 4, our game wont even open. It just goes black after about 10 seconds. Nothing changes ever since then, so we cant open it to ask for help. Two weeks later and still not working. Just turns off after trying, takes about 2 seconds or less to just turn off. Whats up with that?
We love this game! Just today, when we open the app it shuts down! We cant access app help. The only thing we can do is write a review to see how we can get our game back! Best word game ever when it opens.

Great game. One big problem, after a while itll lock you out. The only way back in is to delete it and then start all over again. This is the third or fourth time it has done this. Im about to quit this game FOREVER!

We’ve been playing this game for years. We love to challenge our mind. Recently we couldnt get the app to play. We would try to open it and we get the yellow background and red W and then a smaller version of the red W and the whole thing disappeared. We tried numerous times and it continued to disappear from our screen. Do we deked it and downloaded Word Trek again. It started from the beginning. We notified the creators of our problems. Got nothing fixed. We wrote them 5 times now and have been waiting patiently. Still nothing. We were on the Aphoria world. This was our favorite game. And it keeps our brain working. Im 73 now and need our game back. We dont know what else to do. Love the game but sad we cant continue.
We have loved this game for 3 years or more. But ever since the latest update, it freezes. We try to open the app and it automatically shuts itself down.

We like this game, but it has locked up on us twice. The first time we deleted and reinstalled it, but we lost all the accumulated data and had to start from the beginning again. Now we are down to 5.1% or thereabouts and dont want to replay all the levels if we reinstall it. We will just let this sit here for awhile, because there appears to be nowhere to address the issue for resolution.

We really like this game but it keeps crashing. It crashes as soon as you open the app.
We have iPhone and WT has failed to update. It has happened twice. It just got slow to open until it stopped opening. First we had to delete from phone & reload. We were back to square one & playing from the beginning levels. Had lost our spins (at max) and points (at max) and level. But then a few days later, it all returned Now its happened again! So we’ve deleted again and have lost everything. Just hoping our spins, points, & levels return.
We love the game but Support these day seems to be non existent. If you have an issue and ask about it you do not receive any acknowledgement. We were not able to login for several weeks and never did we get a response.
Not a bad game, we like that we have to think to play. But the ads on the free version are Way too frequent and Way too long.
We absolutely love this game and have been playing for around 10-11 years, however, in the last several years it hasnt been supported at all. When the game runs into a problem, there is NO ONE there to help out and also completely shuts down when we hit about 3,000 points and just wont do anything and we have to reboot LOSING ALL MY POINTS.

We love this game and Im close to beating it, but for the past few months it keeps glitching out and we have to uninstall and reinstall and we lose progress in the level Im working Im. It just freezes up and wont load the letters, or it wont open the bonus puzzle. Or just wont open at all. SO annoying. We’ve probably had to do this 6 times in just the past month. If the glitch is fixed, Ill change to 5 stars.
Doesnt work properly with iOS 15.6. Locks up, stutters, doesnt load right. Almost unplayable. Please update the app before we get ticked off and delete it.
For some reason, running this on the previous iOS version was spotty at best. Now with update to 15.6 it will not launch at all.
While the game itself is good the number of ads you must sit through has become overwhelming. We have completed all levels and no new ones are being made. This game is a big money maker for the developers/owners since little of your time on the app is spent playing the game.
Third time this is happening!! Word trek apps disappear .. Did it crash? Will try again later!! We had to reboot. We cant open now and if we delete the apps it will bring us back to the beginning.. We’ve been playing this game for years. The last time this happened, we had to delete and reinstall and lost all our progress. Now its happening again. We try to open and it goes to a black screen and shuts down. Is anyone updating this app?
We loved this game but it kept crashing to a blank screen. We have deleted it twice. The last time we no longer have the word meter to earn hints. And the app support takes us to a page that has no support. Bummer. Plus now the game has more ads. They used to have ads to earn extra wheel spins. They still do. But now they added an add between each level of the Word Quest. Too many ads now. :(

We have been playing Word Trek for a long time. However, at a certain point the game stops responding. We have to delete the app and reinstall and start over. This has occurred on more than one device.
Many new levels are needed!! Have been finished with them all for over a year!
We love this game but have a couple problems with it. We’ve had to delete it & reinstall it three times over the last couple of years (losing our ranking where we were & had to start over) because it just stops working & wont open up when you click on it. Lately the ads you have to watch to get the free points are either having you watch full add & then not get any points. Or for free spins you click on your free spin & it says nothing available to watch. We get this message often from free spins that we get daily to the points you get for watching videos during the day. Glitch is happening again over the last few days where we click on the app to open it & it closes.

We’ve played this game for years and have completed every puzzle every day. For quite a while it has had glitches and requires deleting and reinstalling and reconnecting our account to get our progress back. We’ve been playing this game for several years. Its fun especially the daily quest. But about every three or four weeks it crashes and wont allow us to access the daily quest or wont open at all.
