We do not speak Spanish. We love the language, the music, the ambience, but not in our games. We dont mind the ads if we can understand them. Since we cant speak Spanish, or understand it in anyway its a waste of their time and ours to put them in our game. We have English as our language so please make all our ads in English. We love this game. It has helped us so much in memory and spelling. Im just better at remembering things so thank you so very much for providing this wonderful game thats free.
Fun game, really exercises the brain to figure out which word.
Ive been playing Word Trip for a couple of years & we especially like that the spelling words are easy then Im challenged with the super hard. We also like earning free bonuses & points. The only thing we miss are the events, you havent had that in a while.

Too Many Ads. Im 74 years of age, and unfortunately, we have more diverse interests than we do money. So we cant pay for the no ads version of the games. You have started putting so many ads into the game that we dont get really any time to play the game. When Im in a competition with others, we dont like to have our concentration broken by a pop-up ad. Let the ads wait between games. Ive just had it with too many ads. Ill check back from time to time and play a little bit here and there to see if its gotten better but if it hasnt been a couple of months, Ill check it for something else. Life is too short to spend all your time trying to ignore ads. Its now months later, and the ads have gotten worse. We no longer play this game daily, but we check in from time to time to see if theres any improvement. Unfortunately, it is only gotten worse.
We have been playing this for almost two years, every day. We like it. Its challenging. But, it is starting to freeze up. Sometimes we can go do another game and come back and its ok. More and more we have to totally reboot our phone iPhone 17. It glitches out and then doesnt count what we have completed.
Word Trip has really improved our spelling and vocabulary.
We have been playing this game for a couple years and am currently on level 7929. We have always enjoyed it. However, recently, with every new update of the game comes new issues. The ads are out of control as well, to the point the ticker at the bottom now constantly pops up in the middle of our game over and over. Very annoying. The ones that pop up on the sides now come up behind letter blocks making them almost impossible to close causing more ads to pop up and play. We consistently have issues with the game freezing up and/or just completely kicking us out. We have had to uninstall and reinstall 4 times in the last 1.5 months due to black screen. We still try to play when we can and am hoping they fix these issues but am actively seeking a new word game due to all these issues. When it works it is fun and challenging.

The ad sometimes get stuck and you cant get back to the game. Its very annoying.
They received our cc payment but have not applied it to account. We like the game but we either want no pip up ads or refund. We have emailed a screenshot of payment receipt to this group but no response.

We loved this game until a week or so ago when the developer put ads that all of a sudden come on LOUD when youre playing the game! It startles us every time! Update: Now the ads are not only LOUD but they are so numerous.
We need newer words, fresher, updated.

This game is great but there are at least 5-8 ads that pop up in the middle of each game. It is super annoying and distracting and even with the sound off, the audio on the ads is still going loud. Its insane.

A good word game but way too many ads. Which would be ok, we get that ads are necessary, but theyre difficult to close and we get directed to the ads website most of the time. Game is laggy too. We wouldnt consider paid version unless these issues get resolved.

We havent played this game in awhile and we just recently came back. We understand the developers use adds, but it is absolutely ridiculous how many are popping up now, in addition the loud televised add in the middle of the game. Please reduce the number of adds. We really enjoy the game and would consider this a five star game if it were not for so many adds.
We just scored third place but only first place got a reward. We had 5200 points . Second place did not get a reward either. Been playing this game a long time and never had this happen before. What gives?? And why are so many words not accepted as words.
