…. Never get tired of creating words w these tiles. Ads are not too intrusive or long, easy to tolerate. Great stress reducer for us!
We had this game for years and played it and loved it and then all of a sudden it started sticking and it wouldnt allow us to play it anymore so we tried to restore it today even though we had over 1 million points before and they just disappeared we wanted to play it again but when we tried to change the settings like taking off the timer its stuck again and wouldnt let us unstick. So we dont know what has happened to it ! It used to be wonderful its not anymore. We wish we could still play it.
We think this game has to many advertisements & we are almost ready to delete it .
We were happily cruising through Thailand after playing this game for quite a while. Suddenly last night nothing happened when we opened it. Today it opened- but Im back at the beginning in the US. Where are all our carefully saved bombs and changes ? Now we have to start over? Id give it over 5 stars if this hadnt happened. We guess Ill be able to play longer if we started all over, so maybe it wont be too bad. Ill have to see .
Challenge game makes you think.
We love this game we are a fan of word games and this one is one of our favorites. The only problem we have is that we play it but then the music stops and he doesnt say anything anymore. Our volume is up so we can get phone calls and we dont have any problems in our other games.
Someone recommended Word Wow to us after we said we love Scrabble and other word games. It is perfect for us. We love the challenge of combining the tiles into clever words. Guiding the worm, collecting stars and gems, and sometimes playing with a timer are just the right amount of game to be a fun challenge. Im grateful we can turn off the timer. The graphics are adorable and amusing. We love the worms exclamation points when we make a clever word or it gets trapped in a tight space and the little dance at the end. Even the tile explosion when the timer reaches the bottom is so well done it almost removes the disappointment of having failed the round. The only thing Id change is being more generous with the bombs and tile switching potion. We feel like the app is trying to coerce us to buy them (which we wont because we have no budget for video games) because in the first couple of countries we did have a large collection of them, but by the third our supplies dwindled and it has been hard to find them anymore. Im still having fun though! Oh, and we love geography so the country theme is fun too! Update June 14, 2023: we love this game so much that we dont mind at all starting all over with it when we upgrade our phone, as just happened (unlike other games we play like Wordscapes, which we were so glad it saves our progress in iCloud.) we even had around 80 each of potions and bombs because we rarely need them. All of our original review is still true and this is still our favorite phone game. Its the best of all the Word Wow games too. We can add that we love that the advertising is very unobtrusive.
Freezes during game play and you have to push a lot of random letter to get it going again. Very stingy on shuffle and bomb awards. This game could use some tweaking.
Of all the donkey soft games this is our least favorite to play but its the one most frequently updated with new levels, unfortunately. Too many ads. Full screen ads that take up the whole screen that last 30 seconds. Tap the X to close one after 30 seconds and it starts a new one. We understand the need for ads but these are too much. We end up closing the whole app and starting over.
We use to love it. Im in the 3rd world level 93 and it keeps freezing up. We go to shuffle the letters and the game shuts down and makes us start over.
Around the world is the best of the wow wow games.
Despite being very careful, about 1/3 of the bombs do not work. Given how much we play and how many we’ve purchased, we estimate the app owes us about 50 bombs. Also for the last two days, the free bomb and free shuffle has been glitching and will not load. Therefore forcing you to purchase bombs and shuffles. Not cool!
We like this game. We play it everyday and enjoy playing it. A cool thing they added is you can remove the timer for each level. We tend to play at our own pace. This is a great game and you should get it.
We really enjoy playing Wow Word games while Im riding the bus. It make commuting very enjoyable.
We cleared the board & usedEvery tile we got a bonus for clearing the board but we didnt get one star! We cleared the towels underneath the stars but they still did not come down Very frustrating.
We had some trouble getting the adds removed, but as for the game… It is very good and quite challenging.

We love the Word Wow series of games. Its seriously annoying that ads cannot be muted. The noise is so intrusive. We understand the need for ads but we will never, ever support the product or service being advertised as a result. Offer a mute option!!!
Its a great game, could be better, if we could challenge our friends on fb. Why does the game pause, then we have to endthe game?

We find this game fun in a relaxing way – and we typically do not use the timer. We just play in zen mode. We like how we can pause mid game. Its great for taking mini-breaks during our busy day. Or, sometimes we decide to play just a little more and keep on going. Thank you!
This word game is excellent to stay sharp. One must use strategy to collect all three stars for each level. You can also challenge yourself to find longer words or use difficult letters for which you are also rewarded with points. We are so happy that we stumbled upon this game.
We’ve been playing your game for well over a year now and we really love it. We just updated our phone to the iPhone 11 pro max and Im having trouble grabbing bombs and shuffles without pausing the game. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. THANKS!!!
This game couldve been great. Now its good. We have a problem when we earn a reward (stars) and then we lose it because of a crazy additional requirement. Im an adult, so we can get over myself. Until we got to the end of the first leg of our journey. Then we got a message: we had to get ALL the stars before we could unlock any more of our journey. So, we have this added step to get a star make the worm float by to release it (after we’ve already made some great words to release it) . But now we cant play more until we meet impossible requirements. This is bothersome! We love making words, and some tactical manoeuvres are fun. They shouldnt be impossible! And there should be a better way to earn Potions and Bombs. Sometimes thats the only way to get past the gridlock of bushes, letters, and what not. We hope the developers read these reviews. Im unsure what others feel about this. Maybe Im the only one who is bothered by this, we dont know. But it would be so much more fun than seething when the stars go up and are gone.

We have played this game, beginning to end, twice! About to reset our scores, and start again. Around the world is better than any of the other Word Wow games. Please make more games of this caliber.
This game works your mind a little but once you figure out how to collect the yellow star words and the gems, its a lot of fun. Sometimes it challenging but thats what gets us excited. Love it.
This game is helping us to build up faster word recognition out of the available letters! Now retired, so look forward to breaks and playing this! Interested in how many people play from all countries! Once. One gets started, it is so difficult to pull away! FUN GAME , FOR SURE.

This word game would be better if you could use actual words from the actual dictionary. Some words that are words cant be used. Not cool. Pluto, Tuesday, April…. Really? Thats just a small few that cant be played.
We just finished all 30 games in the England level of World Word Wow. An ad for Sams Club came up and we had trouble closing its 3 pop ups. Then our game froze when we reopened it our England level showed we have only playe 7 levels. It will not re- adjust. We know its just a game but we lost 23 levels . We are very livid!,,,,,,,
The latest update of Word Wow doesnt work. It will not open, keeps going off, unable to play.
We like all the Word Wow games we’ve played so far and this is great, too. More thinking and planning. We also like that we’re not constantly buying tools to help with the game.
1). Fixed problems just by closing & reopening x2wahoo. 2). Completed all levels. Have garnered all the gems, gifts, and >100 Shuffles and >60 Bombs. But bonus levels never appear? 3). What happens when you complete all levels? It doesnt go past 33? 4). We appreciate that this game allows permanent ad removal. The ads were never as numerous or intrusive as other games! 5). This game is far Superior to Word Collect (their ads are ridiculously numerous, intrusive, often very longand they wont let you make a one time add removal payment!) 6). This game may keep you up late. This game is addictive and almost as good as Bookworm! Excellent Maybe time to add words beyond the Scrabble dictionary?
We love this game! We like to play in English and in Spanish. We love that its not just dragging our finger across a screen,like candycrush. But instead it challenges us to find the longest best situated words as fast as we can while enjoying the aesthetically creative levels and scenes.
Fast paced when played with the timer and addictive. We eagerly await each new addition and Im very far from being a teenager.
