We love this game. Its fun. Its challenging. Its great. But could you guys fix the sound off button. Our sound is off and itll still play sound every time we begin playing the game. We like to keep everything on silent, except things that involve emergencies.
We love your puzzle, but it takes forever to load each day, for the last three weeks. We have to delete and redo to have it load and that is for at least 10 times. We dont know if its that you need to update for the new IOS, but something needs adjustment. Please dont let us keep having to start over at 2 points when we were at 15 everyday for weeks. Update December 2023 Thank you for solving the problems we experienced in the past and we had hoped to now keep enjoying the puzzles. But as a senior citizen, we are not happy with the update making the letters smaller and more spaced out. Its more difficult for those of us who are past 60. We hope you can allow us to chose the look we prefer to allow us to continue enjoying exercising our brains as we try to avoid dementia. Our other concern is that we used to be able to start a puzzle and come back later to finish it. Now it makes us start all over – we dont understand why that needs to be. Please explain.
We love this game. We have completed it several times & started over. The reason we dropped to 3 stars is the last update dropped the amount of coins won for completing a picture , completing a level or doing the daily challenge. We went from 4 upon completing a picture to 2. You can get 4 if you want to watch an ad. The daily challenge dropped from 15 upon completion to 10. You used to get 10 coins for completing a level & now you get 4. We dont mind not ever getting a lot of coins, but dont reward players for doing well & then take it away. Thats tacky.
Have played our ad-free version for years & still enjoy it. Upon finishing all levels, one has the option to start from scratch; Ive done this several times. Not difficult, so perfect play for those times when Im tired but still want to play a decent game. Hint: Dont overthink the answers. No glitches at all & never nagged to buy coins, a fact we appreciate. For the sake of fairness, we occasionally buy coins simply to support the developers. Nice game.
We just bought a new iPad took it back it wasnt working. He told us the new iPads needed apps that were up to date if not we would have to delete them but this is our favorite and they said this one needed to go but we havent done it. Please check and update if you havent already.
Sometimes easy, sometimes brain numbingly difficult. We love having it when waiting at the doctors or dmv or car wash or anywhere. Always something to play thats challenging.
Since the update we are unable to play because the ads are blocking the letters. We love this game and have been playing for years every day. Please fix the problem.

Ive been playing WORDALOT for quite awhile. We purchase Coin Packs often. We just purchased a pack Thursday, the 26th, but it does not show up on the game. HELP.
We love the game, play it all the time! However, Ive come across many mistakes in some of the puzzles. For instance, level 1398 one of the answers to the puzzle is football but there was not one football…maybe a soccer ball?? We still love the puzzle but the mistakes could be misleading making it harder to complete. ALSO, way too many ads! Id pay not to see them.
Have gone through all of their puzzles twice. Now for a third time.because the game stopped working and we had to delete the app. We dont want to put it on Facebook. One puzzle had trolley for a shopping cart! There was also vegetablesg for an answer. Like the game……but really?!?Have had for over three years.
We have played Wordalot for quite a while. Lately the app simply doesnt open. Ive not deleted and reinstalled as we want to keep our level/points. Is there something new going on.
We love this game but we often do not get the 15 points for the daily puzzle.frustrating.
Im not getting any of our bonus points like Im suppose to when we complete them. That needs to b fixed.
Most of the existing images are years old.
The image should be pinchable to expand. Another issue is that it uses British English. For instance, a flashlight is called a torch in the puzzle. For the most part, its pretty good when there are photos, but the drawings are pretty awful, and difficult to interpret.
The game got laggy and the words repeat way too often. Its like the developers created the game, FINALLY added levels and then just gave up and dont care anymore. Sigh, super sad.
We loved this game until we found after 10 free clues you had to pay for more!!!! Most games you have to watch an ad to get free hints or clues! We decided to stop playing this game because of that fact!! We will not pay for clues! Developers how about revamping.
We enjoy this game a lot. However, half the time we try to play, we cant open it. It just scrolls and scrolls. Its more of a problem now that theyve got the Daily Challenge because you have to solve the puzzle daily. If the app wont load, youre kicked back down to the beginning! Irritating!! And we are not getting our points.
For the last month or so this game will not open. Our internet WiFi connection is ok. We close other apps hoping that helps but no help. When it finally opens we have lost our daily progress. We are on IPad. Have no problem with other apps. Ugh.

We really enjoyed this game. It kept our mind alert during the big quarantine and pandemic. But one day it just said we reached the end and that was it. We should have deleted it at that point but we got the impression there were updates coming soon. So it sat there for about a year before we noticed the Daily Challenge. We opened it every day and played that for a few months before we decided to just start over from level one again. Its not like we had them memorized or anything, so for awhile it was fun again. But now theres some kind of glitch where the game wont even open on our device. For days at a time, sometimes more than a week! We can find no way to update the app and havent been able to contact them for advice. When it does open it was fine, but now, suddenly in the middle of a level it just went back to the first game. As a game we think it was great. Perfect for adults or kids, but the tech is falling short. Id give the game four stars but all the tech mess makes it a two. We hope they can get it fixed.
We played the daily puzzle today and after we checked to see if there were new levels and to our dismay it started back to the beginning. We lost ALL of our progress.
Since your last update this is not loading. Yes we can delete it and reinstall but progress is lost. So if we cant get it to load we will delete and move on.
About once a month, the puzzle appears on our iPhone 11 with pictures, but no words. Obviously we cant solve the puzzle, but Wordalot makes us start over at 2 points. Very discouraging and frustrating.
Ive notified the developer several times about problem. Even sent pictures. Stlll unable to continue on with puzzle as the photos are present but no words on grid. Please fix this ongoing issue. And now Ive lost all the accumulated points earned over 1500. On top of it all they now are making us watch ads after we purchased no ads years ago.

We love this game, great way to pass the time and work the brain. We cant stand the constant notifications with words in the puzzle. They come probably 3 or 4 at a time and and their always words from puzzles Ive already completed. Please solve this bug.
For the most part the game is fun (and somewhat addicting). Our only complaint is the constant advertisements for their other games between rounds – really irritating.
We are addicted to this game and enjoy playing but it does frustrate us that each puzzle is only worth 2 coins. Just 2 coins for completing a several word puzzle. Then 1 hint is 10 coins so you have to complete 5 full puzzles before you earn enough coins to purchase 1 hint…Which is only 1 letter…Just seems a little stingy.

We really enjoy Wordalot, however, we have reached the end of all the levels and have been waiting for months for more to be added. When can we expect more levels be added? The Daily Challenge has kept us playing the game. More levels, please.

Lately the daily challenge just comes up blank and we lose out on the top points.
We enjoy playing this game, but have had problems with daily puzzles not showing content and having to start over on the point counts. Sometimes that can be a little irritating. The game is fun just dont get uptight when you have to start over.
We love the game and puzzles itself but why does it take forever for new puzzles? Ive started back at level 1 just to be able to play. Errrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Love the game. There was a glitch for about two months that after solving the puzzle, you got kicked out of the app. After reopening the app, the puzzle remained solved, but you didnt get coin credit. Probably lost about 50 coins before just putting the game down for awhile and checking back. They have fixed this problem. The game is running smooth again. Not even worried about the coins. We would just like to know when new levels are coming out. Its been a while.
Been playing this game for years. Have always loved it. On level 144, would be farther but there was a glitch that held us up for almost a year. Its fixed and Im loving every second.
We do the Wordalot daily challenge every day and have a winning streak going so should receive 15 coins for each daily challenge puzzle but we are only receiving 4 coins, not 15. Otherwise really enjoying the puzzles. They are sometimes a bit difficult because they use answers you would not normally associate with the picture, but we think it is because they are Swedish and we are in the USA.
We no longer get the option to double our winning coins after each round by watching a video after 5 games. It is a known issue as there is a FAQ but you are not actively working to resolve it. So we only play it sporadically any more until the issue is resolved.
We have enjoyed this game for several years. But we have not been happy with the changes over time! Then there is today… Specifically- level 1129… One of the answers is TROUGH. There is NO trough in the picture. Not fair? Dishonest? What.
We love this game only trouble Ive had the restoring our levels sometimes the game will freeze up but other than that Im addicted to this game Im on level 418 Thank you.

Had been playing for a long time. Played all the crosswords. There was a waiting period. Today it was back with all new puzzles! Yahoo!! This is one of our favorites. The more you plat the more complex. Great fun.
We love playing wordalot, but we do wish we could watch an ad for a free hint. Or watch an ad to get extra points since the cost of a hint is so much compared to the reward of soling the puzzle. We will continue to play either way because it is fun and makes us use our brain.
This is one of our favorite apps…..we have played to the end and waiting on an update. Any idea when an update will be released.
Finally a game without a ton of ads. Much harder than it looks especially when you get to higher levels. Different than most. We would call this a keeper and a winner. Thanks to app designers who think outside the box.
