Annoying that sometimes the game doesnt tell us Im off base when we are (bottom left indicator). Its either a bug or the games effort to make you spend money when hints arent needed. Makes us mistrust the game and have thought about deleting app as a result.
Just had a ad automatically open web pages and Amazon without us touching it. This is not okay. We wasnt touching the phone when it happened.
The game itself is great. We loath watching the videos but will do it for the free hints. Imagine not getting the hints time after time after the videos are over. Many times we have been this close to deleting the game from our laptop and phone. These technical problems are the reason for the low rating. Otherwise, we would rate it 5 stars. The puzzles start out easy then very challenging toward the end. Weed ads are annoying. Im about ready to delete the game because of them.
We have been playing WordBrain for several years. Watch the ads for free hints. Lately the game Kingdom is played in the ads over and over. We watch them, we have the game on our iPad. Lately we just had a a video forcing us to watch for 1000 seconds. Pls try to developers to limit video . Why the Kingdom game is being advertised on TV, over and over. The game is noe free as is advertised. The Kingdomm game cuts you of. For minutes at a time or you can pay money to play. Pls limit ad time.
We look forward to the monthly and event puzzles. Some are very challenging but still love them. We have our son and husband help but they have issues with the game and not as good as we. Only time you see an ad is getting hints-really love that. Keep up the good work and keep the puzzles coming.
Our mother and we play this game daily and do the puzzle of the day as well as event puzzles when they are going on. We both enjoy working on the puzzles together daily and hope the game continues to go on strong.
A friend introduced us to this game and we like it. One BIG problem is all the ads. And they are non-stop. Otherwise it is entertaining and challenging.
Great way to keep your mind sharp. The game is locked up right now. Ive tried to play the game two days in a row and it will not open. Ive shutdown our phone and rebooted it several times with same result. Something is wrong with the system.

Ive played this for many years and have enjoyed it. We are writing this b/c we have a question. Our sister and we often work on the puzzles together (she is in a different state). On the themed puzzles we get two more days than she does. Why is that? We would recommend this app. Over the years, the app has worked well with few to no issues.

We know this will seen very lame but hear us out. Im 72nd have played 1800 hundred days in a row. Almost 5 years of our life. Recent taken by ambulance to hospital because of influenza A. We woke up to see our next day was 0 and we are heart sick. We wont live this long to play this many days in a row again. We are begging for you to please put our days back. We will new ask again. We have nothing to live for without looking forward to our record setting number. Thanks so much for you consideration.

Luv the game but hate the many, many, many ads.
This game would be even better if there was a pause after completing the puzzle so the player could view their work before moving on.
We really enjoy this game. Regarding the events, we are finding the outlines around the boxes are too light and very hard to see how many letters are in the word. Maybe a black outline against the light background.
Its very annoying to keep getting the message from hints available soon and it sometimes takes days. You need to correct this fault. We enjoy playing it but this is very frustrating.
Doesnt always show when youve made mistake.
Ive been having a problem with the challenge puzzle 5. The first word is labyrinth and the first two times we swiped in in was fine but after that we could not get it to swipe in. Even though we were able to figure out all the other words we cannot finish the puzzle because labyrinth will not enter. Frustrating.
Very challenging. Need hints to only be for one word at a time, instead of a hint for every word before getting a second letter.
The puzzles are tricky and the game is fun, but the ads are way too much. Even when you watch a video to get a hint, it locks you up and the only way out is close out of it. Not getting the hint in the end. Decided to delete app.
Sometimes after an Ad you cant get back to the game without leaving the app & then going back in.
It was 4 stars until it started acting up. Please check the game out. Cant get a puzzle done without commercials every other minute.
All week there has been a McDonalds ad that is impossible to close out even long after the video has ended. They keep running it, so we have to reboot the app every time it pops up (which can be a dozen times in a day). Plus, the website Support – Contact Us link has zero contact information, just a few faq postings. So Im stuck using a review to notify the company of problems. Grrr.
We love word games. The frustrating thing about this game is that there are so many words you can create, but you only get any credit for 10 of them. You also have to get the entire word with no indication if youre getting close and no way to rescramble the letters. If you keep it free then the hints are super limited. So if you get stumped at any point you just have to leave the game and hope to figure it out next time becasue theres no way to get any closer.
We will no longer play this or any other game until they fix the sound control on ads. We play while others in our home are a sleep or studying. Im sure Im not the only one who feels this way.
Overall WordBrain is quite good and fun to play. However sometime youre just stuck and you need help with a starting letter. This is good 95% of the time but that other 5% you need help with the second letter. Oops WordBrain doesnt do that, it gives you the first letter of the next word TOTALLY WORTHLESS help. If you ever get into this position, youll feel our pain and frustration.
Ive been playing this game forever and enjoying it. However Ive come up against one where we simply cannot put the words together correctly. Ive been trying for over a week. There is no way to opt out of a level and, maybe, go back later. Im bored silly and find that we no longer want to pick it up again. We play to relax, not go insane. Im asking ourselves if this game deserves a place on our phone if we cant make ourselves play it.
The iPad version of the game has stopped awarding free hints from watching a video for over a month now. Why does this keep happening? Im playing the most recent version.
Recently an ad is popping up for a moment and then shutting down the app right in the middle of a game. VERY ANNOYING.

Need too many hints once you get so far up in the levels. Maybe its just us.
We dont understand why this app will periodically go back to the practice of having days in between when the daily events start. Why change what was working well? Obviously people are used to and want the events to start right after the other one ends, now we must wait two days before that happens? By then the time we have off to play the game will be over. We understand if its lining up with some kind of holiday, but the next event just has some kind of random theme, not associated with any holiday. Its annoying and frustrating, just start the events right after the other one ends.
The game is great and recommend to us by our doctor for cognition and brain stimulation. It is ridiculous how many adds there are between each puzzle and how long they last. Then to charge $7 to remove ads is such a price gouge.
They have started to use ants with obscene language, and we dont appreciate it.
This is by far our all time favorite game! Although once solved its solved. We wish there was a way to clear it and start over.

How hard can it be to find words by joining a couple letters? You will be surprised. The higher you go the more challenging it becomes. Try to locate 10 other words to earn a star and challenge yourself to solve without using hints. A few have taken quite a while to solve.
Love the game. Was playing today and all the accumulated hidden sunshines disappeared and started all over again. Had about 1600 and then they just disappeared.
We like this game… But!! To be an everyday player make the puzzle of the day EASY.
The game level that we achieved didnt transfer when we had to get a new phone. We had to start from the very beginning on our new phone. We had to keep our old phone to be able to continue playing at the level that we had already achieved.
This game is the best brain exercise. Patients is key. Are there stats that show top gamers.
