We love playing this game very challenging and satisfying.
After the latest update we lost 30 hints in the rainbow event! How do we get them back?!?!
Great app but it would also be cool if the puzzles could have themes to connect the words and have a timed section and less add.
Love the game but hate all the ads at least let us pay 5 for the game so we can skip 5 min of ads before each level.
Like others, we treat our hints like gold and try not to use them. And we dont want to pay for them. To watch a video and get a free hint is nice, but we feel like there is a problem with the next hint available in xx minutes message. It seems like the number of minutes elapsed jumps all over the place and doesnt match the number im seeing. We’ve even seen it go higher even though time has elapsed. Maybe its a glitch? (I play on an iPad or iPhone.) Maybe there could also be other ways to earn hints besides watching ads. A big help (to me) and one that seems easy for developers to implement would be to put the letter count of the target words in the words. Im thinking of something like placing a faint 5 in each of the five boxes of a 5-letter word. This, of course, would be most helpful for the really long words. We waste a lot of time counting them over and over. Its not sufficient for it to be only in the first (left-most) box in case one applies a hint. One in the right-most box would be okay, but the number in each box seems better. For the adventure games, please put the level number of the game Im currently playing on that game board. Am we in Level 8? 9? Thank you for your consideration!

Not enough hints. How do we get more?
Was one of our favorite games until they decided to change the way the daily event challenge works. It is now based on how often you interact with the game. If you play the regular game a lot they will give you a bunch of puzzles to solve, but if you dont you get like three or five puzzles. This seems incredibly unfair just because we dont play the game as often as someone else we dont get to play the daily event challenge?? Ridiculous. Ill just stop playing all together.
We have been enjoying the game. We did pay the 1.99 to quit the ads. Once again we cannot get the video up to get a hint. Please fix this soon. We can give five stars when you give us back the ability to view the ad for new hint.
Constantly having to update this app. Its very annoying. Even though you update it still doesnt work. You have to do this several times.
The more you play, the more challenging the game becomes.
Much more challenging than most word games! Others are too easy!!
We hope the developers read this. The one major flaw with this game is the failure to break the animal categories into levels of victory So maybe the first 5 animals are a level. And then the next 5 or 10 animals is another level. Help users feel like they can complete the game. Give them the feel of victory! When we scrolled (after 2 years) and found out that we still have ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY-ONE animals (with 20 levels each), it zapped our excitement. Maybe if 5 animals saw us complete the Red Level, that would encourage us to then go onto to the Yellow Level.
Great game but after it updated November 28th we can’t open the app. It’s says waiting on the app the last 2 days. We don’t want to delete the app because we don’t want to start all over and lose 349 hints we collected. We would like your help in figuring this out. Best game out there our we pad updated after being frozen. Thank you for all help Your support team was right on with the solution. Thanks again.
We love this game but we would really love it if we could play it at night. We use our iPad mini upside down at night so our case will open to the right side and protect our sleeping partners eyes. Please help!
Maybe Im just ultra cheap? But the ads are very long on the free version. We know we can pay to avoid them though!
We need to be able to receive a hint when we reach all 10 extra hidden words!!
We were not happy when you went to 8 puzzles on your challenges. You will not be surprised when we are furious that you have gone to 10 puzzles. You know, lives do require many other obligations. Not enjoying level 8 today. Completely & feeling are driving us crazy. We are pretty close to hitting delete. Update : you have finally pushed us over the edge to delete. We have played this game for years, but three words have become so ubiquitous that we will finish this review & delete. Those three words? VIDEO AVAILABLE SOON. We dont call 8 hours soon. There are a few other frustrations as well, but those 3 words are the main reason. Goodbye & good luck!
Very clever game. We keep getting better all the time. Its entirely too long., we have lives, dont you know, work all day , eat, take care of things that need to be done in and around the house. We were up sometimes till 11 pm because of a busy day. Ruined our sleep time. We dont appreciate how much of our free time we use to do them. Also not long enough of a respite before the next one. Im about to quit. We liked it when you had the daily plays and could choose to do the more difficult one if we wanted. Have some consideration for peoples time, please. Judy.
Why dont the puzzles with a theme have answers that pertain to that theme like WordBrain Two does. That would make it a lot better. Other than that suggestion we is a fun game. Liza we will have to quit this game because no videoes to watch means we dont get hints and cannot spend money to buy we do not get ads to watch even when you send a note saying a video to watch is available. We have had no videoes to watch today.

This is very helpful to keep active and alert.
We like playing but when we try to play an ad to get a hint it either crashes the game or says we watched an ad that we didnt and we dont get a hint and the timer resets to 20 minutes. Frustrating!
The video ads keep crashing the app and the in-game ads slow the game down. Please figure out how to make the app work or b-bye.
Its a good game that requires lots of thought, with a game within a game. However, similar to the rest of the games nowadays it is inundated with ads. We dont need your suggestions for games, nor do we want to watch a video for a new hint. Its a frustration inside of an app that is meant to be relaxing and enjoyable. If someone produced a game that was really free we would play it. But the constant interruption ruins it. .. No we dont want to pay to have your ads removed.
We’ve had this for long time. Probably original version. Just watched an ad and instead of awarding the hint , it subtracted 3 Whats the deal? Cant find a way to contact them.

Also tired of the very long ads!!! And happened to the 5 or 6 spins we were getting daily to get additional hints for watching your ads? They are now down to 2 a day. And seriously . 200 hints for $14.99??? That is just ridiculous! We purchased 2,000 hints for another game for $4.99. Not going to buy your hints and as much as we like your game, if we have to we will stop playing!
We wish it would give more hints for the Christmas puzzles. They were sooooo hard! Definitely worth more than 15 hints!! Great game tho, we love it! It makes you think!
This app works as it should, then it stops sending us free hints thru the videos. Like now… And yesterday.
This game would be a lot better if you actually received points for words that are not the one, and if the words would go together instead of random.

We have enjoyed this app for years and especially enjoy the special five puzzle series for holidays and seasons as they are a quick challenge to start the day. However, recently the annoying pop up ads have been freezing the app and the only way to fix the problem is to shut down iPad. We are really sick and tired of the endless ads and it is offensive to ask people to pay $4.99/month to stop ads. We will stop playing all games before we pay anything to stop them.
Played the Valentines challenge but only received 70 hints which we think was only half of what should have been expected. Disappointed. Liss P Fitz.
Yes, we are using the free version, and dont mind the ads, however when we go to press the x button in the top right after the ad has played, it wont close the adman we have to resort to closing the app and restarting again. Is this a ploy to make us buy the ad-less version?
