This game is the best strategy game we’ve ever played ( in our opinion)
Very good for the free time we have!
We want you to unlock the USSR campaign in the next update, and also add 40 levels to the axis power, and a Romanian general.

We’ve been playing this game for almost 2 years and love every minute of it. However, playing the axis rounds over the Allies round we’ve noticed some things off balance that we’ve been waiting for with each new update. The Axis has no naval strong generals or additional tank destroyers. Hoping for a release of admiral doenitz and the sturmtiger. Allies also seem to lack certain artillery line the Sherman rocket (calliope) tank.
This game is MOSTLY fun> It defintley fun, but there are somethings that just doesnt make sense. One of them is that the opposing force can keep a plane above a city and cannot do anything about it. A ground soldier cannot take over the base or move it unless you get an AA weapon. The plane will sit there for multiple turns its a bit annoying. It is definatley a PFP game but we compare it to a monthly perscription game and the fees are too high compared to other cames for 19.99 a month with all inclusive abilities. If we can play a MMO for 19.99 for years this game that after you beat it truly doesnt have a longevity of those. So, the fees are too high to beat the game.
Okay we have 5 things to say 1. Amazing, addicting & very well thought of game it deserves a 5 star 2. This game is difficult even on easy if you want to spend $0 on the game; you cant even have 3 troops on your team unless you spend money. 3. The price. Look we understand a sale of like 7 generals for $40 that makes sense okay. But $15-20 for a plane or a tank is CRAZYYY. Those deals with the general & plane being split is literally $20 for the general & $20 for the plane & they both coincide with eachother. So its $40 for a general & plane while another deal is like $40 for 6-8 generals. 4A. The A.I. The A. We is good for the enemy but as for teammates theyre literally braindead. Our A. We teammate literally pulled his 4 tanks back & attacked a enemy tank with a motorcycle infantry unit, then lost 2 of his tanks to that one tank by attacking it solo instead of surrounding it. 4B. Also for the A.I. The generals that have a text before you start the missions always tell you whats going on & what to do but if you listen to them it mostly leads to failure & have to go your own route. Idk if you guys did this on purpose?? If not you guys should fix the text. 5. Lastly, like we said amazing & well thought of a game but if you just fixed these issues it would definitely deserve a 5 star & im sure many other people would agree too. Just stop tryna be a cash grab & bring back what you guys did in the other games where you can buy troops with medals.

This is really based on ww2 but can you add some Cold War things also we would really love it.
We love that it makes you think and having a lot of power helps but wont always let you win. Love coming back to it.
We love how you can command the troops to do. Whatever they can and destroy Poland with the German forces.
We wish you could play as the different nations like the US, UK, Japanese Empire, Italians, Russians, French, Germans. We also wish you guys saved our progress automatically, we have to start over from scratch because of an our phone updated and for some reason erased our games.

To Players, if you enjoy a Great War Strategy Game, this is the BEST game in the App Store (or the 2nd best). We have been playing this game for two years and we still enjoy it and other games from this developer. Do yourself a favor and spend $20-$30 and buy the Me262 Fighter and/or the V2 Rocket and you will truly enjoy this game! The message below is no longer applicable. The developer listened and fixed the problem in less than 3 days. We left the message so others can see that this developer cares and listens to their customers. (/* we gave this game 5 stars until this last update. We have spent over $300 on this game to support this developer and because it is a wonderful game. The new update causes the game to go into a black screen right after the logo displays when you open the app. We would not have written this review if this problem was not also present in another of this developers games (their Grand War – Napoleon game). We are starting the game over again and we love it more this time because we understand the bonus system with the generals.
This is the best simulation game for WW2 we have played. We like it so much Im still playing after our progress was wiped out twice. Support is non existent if that does happen. We lost several generals and purchased troops. With that being said Im starting over again. It would be nice to get compensated by the developers for the purchased items lost.
The game is way to hard for us and Im playing on the easiest difficulty, and we know we might just be bad but it is really hard. Can you please make it a little less difficult and it is way to hard for us because we dont know how to get the like elite troops or whatever. Please fix. ALSO please get ussr out asap Im really excited for it. Thank you.
