Xenowerk™ comes from Pixelbite, the creators of Space Marshals. It is a top-down action shooter challenging your combat skills in an underground science lab. MISSION
Your objective is to destroy all the nests and eliminate all mutants to prevent them from spreading.

Beautiful picture, great option, appropriate background stories, lush weapons and free, we love it.
Straight game play. Fabulous controls but buttons could be a tad larger. We keep getting killed toggling the power ups by mistake. Regardless, hours up hours of fun can be had. However, it doesnt appear to be booting up as well with iOS18. Hoping theres a fix cuz its going to be a sad day when this game goes. Get it while you can.

The game is super fun, although a little repetitive. Beautifully rendered graphics, smooth gamepad controls, tons of weapons and armor. We dont mind paying for a good game, this game was worth it. A bit repetitive but enough changes to make it fun. We couldnt put it down. Its totally addictive. So fun that we went and got Space Marshals. These Devs are on to something. Make a sequel with character and weapon customization and a deeper backstory, Ill be in for another few bucks. Well done! IPad Pro 11 and Duelsense controller.

We played the first part for free and it was amazing. We would love to buy the rest but it seemed kind of short. It only took us about an hour to beat the first chapter and we only saw maybe 5 more chapters. Are you going to add more? If not is this game ever going to be free.
Hands down the best game out there. We bought the full game, super cheap and well worth it. No glitches, super fun, and very creative. Good job guys.
We bought this game when it was new on the App Store and played through all the levels. Then they added more. Played through those and they added more! Its been a while since they added anything because they put out other games like Space Marshall 1 & 2. There is another Xenowerk game but really its a completely new game and shares none of the characteristics of this one which we like much more. We love this game because even after we played it its still fun to run through the hardest levels shooting at things. We went through a tough break up and played this every day to work through our emotions as silly as that seems. It very relaxing to just power through different levels. Grab different weapons and use different strategies to kill the big brains that are everywhere in the later levels. The controls are the best Ive used on a tablet or phone. Its just a lot of fun. Theres kind of a story but this is not a story heavy game. Its a third person shooter and your character just wants to keep her job. Help her. Dev, Id love to see a version 2 with new environments and weapons.
Its such a joy to play, it loads instantly and feels smooth. We also like the space marshal series. Please keep it up.
But we have a question. We had an iPad before and we played this game on it but without paying the whole levels just unlocked but its not working on our mobile now.
This game is good, but not great. The shooting is very fun and we have enjoyed going for 3 stars on every level. But the levels are very repetitive and get boring after a bit.
Yeah, it cost like $2 to unlock the game, but hey, the dev gotta live right? Kinda tired of seeing reviews complaining that you have to pay to unlock a game… This isn't intended to be a multi-layered skill system game. It's a shoot 'em up and see how many mutants you can waste in a chain and earn some coinage to buy new weapons it's a fabulous time waster that you can run through a couple levels, bank some coin, and then take a break. We love it. We will probably check out some of the other titles well done.
We really enjoy this game; its one of the first games we downloaded when the App Store came to tvOS in 2015 which is where our problem lies: full iCloud support has never been brought to this game (a.k.a. The tv version does not sync with the iPhone/iPad version of the game. So, if you start a game on tvOS, you have to start all over on iOS/iPadOS, and vice versa). We were really hoping seven years later this would have been resolved by now. But, we still enjoy the game, nonetheless.
Its got the right idea for a game. It can be very fun but it gets boring quickly because of the same old features. You think youre gonna see or run into something new but your wrong because the maps are all the same just different scenarios. Is there going to be an update anytime soon? We can see this game being popular but, like we said, it needs to have new outcomes and make new missions. We've also noticed the laziness put into the game on how you can play the same section and restart it but its an entirely different map. We mean, come on. At least make a certain section remain to be the same map every time you go to play it. Lol. But like we said, fun game.
This game is cool we just wish we could at least get to the second bunker or floor so we can do 20 instead of 10 floors buts its really good am thinking of buying it.
It is really hard to destroy the snails in construction site. We end up dying at least 3 or 4 times.

We really enjoy this game; its one of the first games we downloaded when the App Store came to tvOS in 2015 wherein lies our problem: full iCloud support has never been implemented (a.k.a. The tv app does not sync with the iPhone/iPad app). So, if you start a game on tvOS, you have to start all over on iOS/iPadOS, and vice versa. We were really hoping many years later this would have been resolved by now but, alas, no.
We really wanted to like this game but its such a mess so Ill keep it brief. First and probably worst is the camera. The camera angle button is right above your movement button which means the only way to switch angles is to stop moving. Not good for a shoot em up game. The levels all look EXACTLY the same. Had we known Id be playing the same 10 levels again after after chapter 1 we definitely wouldnt have paid any money for the rest of the game. The aliens are also all exactly the same and often hard to distinguish from the backgrounds and environments. No thought at all was put into character or level design. And how about the other modes? There are no other modes. This game has zero replay ability because theres nothing to accomplish and nothing to keep you coming back. Pass on this one.
You have to buy the full game! We knew there was a catch. If you dont want to buy the full game your making a bad but good descision.

This is one of those great mobile games we cant believe exists still. It loads fast, it runs smooth, it has great graphics and its not too expensive for the great gameplay. We rarely rate apps, almost never rate games, and never rate games highly. This is a truly fantastic mobile game. The developers arent the usual cesspool Im used to seeing in ios gaming.
It is definitely a great game with a very good graphics but the sound tracks could have been better.
Our statement in 4 words: we love the game we love the quality of the game and we got used to the controls really easy and its really good. We dont understand how this game isnt much of famous and stuff. Needs more attention bc this game is just, wow love it. Now one of our fav games lol.

This game is so cool we love it please keep it up it is fun and so good the noises and graphics are cool and we like how it is some what like a arcade game again keep it up thank you for making this game.
Wow. We remember playing this game when it first came out. About five years ago. Idk what made us think about this game after so long but Im glad we did. Who doesnt love killing alien/bug looking creatures with a flamethrower lol. We didnt know what to expect downloading this game after 5 years. We guess we expected a lot of app crashes and glitches from not being updated but to our surprise the developers are still faithfully updating and patching this game. Awesome. Not to mention that this game is now compatible with ps4 controllers. Ive been playing with our controller and our riot rotor controller that we bought from Best Buy and we gotta say. It takes this game to the next level. We can just prop our phone up on any surface and enjoy this game at anytime. We are a bit sad though. We wish they wouldve made a part two to this game. And maybe expanded on what made this game so great. But we cant complain. So glad we found this game after 5 years. Hope they release more games like this in the near future.
We like how the developers describe the mutants and how clean the animations are. Just a really great shooter game.
This game is one of the best games we have ever played and it is super addicting. We have only been playing for 20m but we are a huge fan of this game. If you re looking at the reviews to see if its a good game, get it. This is a super fun game.

We love this game, its probably our fault for trying to run it on an iPhone 7. It cant handle it when we use power ups and we have that one gun that ricochets everywhere.
The game was good until we had to pay 2 dollars for the game to get the full version we didnt we deleted the game. The developers should make the full version free but a lot of purchases to get good weapons that would make the ratings on the game a lot better.
All this is to say that although the animation is good just running around and shooting mutants wasnt what we gestated nine months in utero to waste our breathe doing. Theres not a lot of challenge here, nor excitement. Animation is cool and some of the character design catches our fancy. The main lil easy-to-kill mutants character design is our faves. Yall could try this game out if you want. No one but you decides if thats to be ur fate but hey we played it so you dont have to and gotta say not gonna waste our precious time on this game as it makes us real bored. We must say however that tbh we didnt play it long. May get better with more play. But honestly why bother. If the game ur playing doesnt spark joy within the first half hour, why play it? We see these other comments saying they recycled elements from another game. We have no proof to back this up but thats what there saying. We are inclined to believe them on this one. Why would guys and gals just come up with this stuff simultaneously unless A) they are involved in a practical joke with one another or B) its true? Im inclined to believe the latter but yall do yall. No campaign is being raised so that you play or neglect to play this game. Have a good one. Bye.
A good game but occasionally the left part of the screen goes black while we can still hear our character getting beaten up. Of course it always happens when the level is going well. Only escape is to force quit and start the level over. We have a 12.9 inch iPad Pro 4th gen, so we dont think our hardware is underpowered. If they fix this we would call it five stars.
Its free to play on android but if you download and play on the IPhone it costs money to play on more levels?? Somehow we think developers are targeting the iPhone users.
You cant even really shoot because the game wont let you.
Not a good enough game to be paid for but its a pretty decent game for the most part.
This game is a great mobile experience. Good graphics, relatively smooth gameplay, no advertisements, just a good game. The full game would definitely be worth more than what theyre asking for it. Our only complaints would be that the camera angle just feels odd at times. It would be nice if it just naturally followed at a convenient angle rather than getting all tangled up and pointed in a weird direction when you turn, moving could feel a little less clunky and navigating around furniture in rooms could be a little more effortless.
We love this game, if you didnt pay for this game, it would be better. But Ill give them 5 stars.
We still like the game but, why Game Center required? Every online game we have played they dont need Game Center. We want it fixed/no need for Game Center.
A fantastic twin-stick shooter with excellent gameplay & graphics. Levels are bite-sized = perfect for mobile play; we appreciate full iCloud sync support. The level design & missions are a bit repetitive, but the game is non-stop arcade action! Would love to see a SURVIVAL mode / new enemies or levels in a future update (or sequel).
It isnt very complex, and it doesnt do anything creative with the isometric shooter formula, but its an adequate game where you mow down mutants.
The game great but the most annoying part is when our health bar is low the flashing is so annoying can you make it stop after like 10 sec also we think it would be more fun if you could play with your friends and add FPP.
Verry good game nice graphics even on a mobile device hope they add in a loot system cause all those lockers on them levels make us wanna loot em.
