How do we get our game back have it on our iPad but cant retrieve it on our pad help please.
After we failed to catch Leon, it seems like the story has taken a massive detour and its almost going to slow. We would like to have more energy or have it refill faster so we can just get on with it. Because it takes a lot of work to painstakingly play every level enough times to catch all three special items. We dont really like the decorations for the island because first of all the island is very cramped and second of all the decorations are just too expensive. Lets be realistic the ones that we cant afford or some weird pagan altar, or temple or some idol statue or some sort of creepy thing when we would just prefer a gazebo and a rosebush. No thanks.
We will enjoy the game more once we get back to where the glitch (and not on our side because Junes Journey had the same problem and they were able to get us back in where we were in the game!) Luc killed Pearls father and we had a second island. We would enjoy the game more if we were where we belonged in our Pearls Peril however we do enjoy being in a club.
This game keeps having to many problems!!! You need to stay on top of the games fix the problems!!!
We’ve had this game since the beginning, but now the game will not open and cuts out when Im playing. Its costing us points! Come guys!
We loved this game its it was the first hidden objects game we started playing on our phone. We fell in love with it. Its beautiful and we love the decorating and we love there size and the colors are beautiful , but we were sad when we found out you have to go back to the beginning and replay each scene again and again. Isnt there anyway you can continue the story. Or at least create a new adventure so you can create new scenes to find hidden objects. And once you get to the Iland it takes forever to get some objects unless you pay for them with cash. Please update your game.

The game continually goes back to a previous chapter. We’ve played the current one now 3 times. One more reboot and Im deleting. Does it matter to developers?
We are in chapter 51 and have finished everything except for the last one, Bell Tower. We have attempted opening it MANY times but the compass just spins and spins and never opens up the puzzle. We cant go to chapter 52 until we complete the Bell Tower puzzle. If we dont get some help and resolution with this issue, we will simply delete Pearls Perils and find something else to play. Its a shame too, as we’ve been playing Pearls Perils for at least three years.
Since when do we hv to hv a card in file to play.

We have been playing this game for about a month or so and am really enjoying it. However..,it tells us to join a club and it just spins and spins. We go to play the ship game and it says there was an error and we hero getting that!! Please fix this!!!!!!

Almost perfect but we can’t make any more money searching scenes once we completed chapters and the buildings take too long to complete which is needed to advance.

We have been playing since 2018. We have played everyday! We are in an Adventure Club, a really good Club! This morning 1/16/2023, our energy board was minus over 200 energy! We’ve reached out to the Help desk, no word. We read that wooga is giving an hour of free play. Not acceptable. We earned those 500+ energy and it isnt right that it was stolen and that wooga cant make it right. This is The Most Perfect hidden objects game out there, or at least it was until today.
The game is fun and the storyline is even interesting, but you run out of energy too quickly. Theres no way to win mor, so youre stuck waiting or purchasing more.
We seem to be on some type of loop and cant join a club and cant go forward in the game. Im not happy with the game right now. We’ve played it in the past through to the end and enjoyed it very much but this time its not too much fun. Im not sure where to go for help, as its just canned questions and answers. Its fun if you have no problems.
It points to the circle that tells you where an object is if you can’t find it. It flashes OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER…. Not playing until that stops. You don’t do that on June’s Journey so why in this game Mr/Ms Developer??? Get a grip.
Why does the app keep stopping and saying it needs to restart?

Been playing a few weeks and the problem is even tho Im logged into Facebook to save our progress Im constantly having to replay scenes. We have rearranged decorations on the island only to find all that work for nothing. Everything is where it was before. Until they can figure out the bugs we have to take a break. We’ve played Junes Journey by Wooga as well for a few years and have never had this problem.
We get the same parcels over and over and NEVER get the last two rows of parcels in Edwins and and in Vincents we have not completed any of the rows in his parcels. We are very frustrated by this. We are on level 46 and truly want to move forward with the parcels so we are able to earn more greens and energy!
Hi, we never leave reviews but we felt like we just had to. Would y’all please help with (Sweep The Board) it is so so hard y’all don’t give enough time. The first two we can manage but we can’t even touch the others. We mean why have a game if no one but 5% of people can beat it? This game should be fun and we know it’s supposed to be challenging and not easy but this is just impossible. Thanks. God Bless y’all.
There are only 90 chapters & you have to restart the same scenarios .. They dont tell u, u will lose any greens for any puzzles not completed, but reassure u that you wont lose progress & prestige.. Really? Come up with some new chapters & we will come back to play, but we are NOT replaying the same ones over & over.
This games needs much improvement, bring it up to speed like Junes Journey. The rewards are too low and makes it impossible to make purchases to build the games islands. Or lower the costs of the buildings and decorations. Seems the clips are extremely dark and there are multiple choices for one clue. Not impressed.
Pros: Decorating the estate in return for solving levels, gorgeous graphics, interesting characters and storyline. Cons: we dont know what the meter at the top of the screen is for, but it creeps us out to see it run out so fast. A game like this is supposed to be fun, not hectic (even if it is about a murder mystery). Also, energy takes a long time to refillits hard not to be impatient when each round costs 15 energy. It would be nice if we could watch videos or something in exchange for 15+ extra energy. Lastly, it doesnt seem that different from the companys later game Junes Journey (also a murder mystery game).
Compared to Junes Journey This one is a total waste of time.
There are absolutely no incentives to play this game. We agree with all negative reviews. The only reason we still play is when Im waiting for energy from Junes journey its something to pass the time. Otherwise, developers dont care that it takes forever to advance , they give you no gifts or encouragement.
We are so angry playing this game. We worked so hard getting to higher levels then when playing the puzzle it indicates that we have to restart due to an error on our device. This has nothing to do with our device, then all of a sudden we lost the entire game with all our decoration plus money we spent. We refuse to start all over.
We have been playing a long time but now all you do is play same things over and over. Also you have to keep restarting the game three are four times a day. It takes your points and your inventory every day. This game is now a very big waste of time and we mean a lot of time over and over and over again. NO JOKE.

We’ve texted two or three times and have not gotten a response! We love this game and have been playing it on our phone for two years! We love this game and dont want to lose our progress so please fix our gamethanks. We are user: bx4pzqsqonyv .. Our game is still not fixed! We guess we have to delete it cause its not getting fixed! Need to have more energy to play its a fun game but cant play long needs to have more ways to earn energy.
Love t/game, love all t/options there are to obtain extra badges, greens, so on. T/added & unexpected perk is that we really enjoy t/team we’ve joined, but what we do not enjoy is all t/glitches that are occurring in t/Adventure Quests & on our island. We are not receiving credit for completed quests & there are many instances when t/quest portion will not open. We have also lost greens w/o having applied them to purchase decorthey just depleted after we opened t/game to play!? We contacted tech support, was greeted by t/Wooga Bot, but after explaining our issues we were given generic answers that were of no help what-so-ever. When able to access t/dialogue portion of t/Adventure Quest, our team members offered advice, but we are still experiencing issues. We would really appreciate a solution to these problems so we do not have to delete t/game. Sincerely, Z.
We experienced multiple problems, reported to support but they always reacted as if it were on our internet our internet is strong, works the TV fine and ever other game or program we use. We reloaded the game multiple times and finally deleted the game completely. We didnt want to delete, but one of the members of our group disappeared from our group (she was communicating with support). The game is in desperate need of an update, trained personnel and a way to talk to a person to work through issues TRAINED SUPPORT PERSONNEL is the key, and an UPDATE! Its not the player or their internet (usually) its the game. Too many glitches, we spent a lot of money on in app purchases use the money to train your support people and update the game. You need to. UPDATE!!!!!!!
