This game is so good and may be the coolest game Ive ever played. We give it 10/10. Five stars definitely.
After taking a long vacation from this game, we decided to try it again. We must say, it has greatly improved, and most of the glitches seem to have been fixed. We completed ALL of the games in the Easy mode, and am now on game 350 in the Hard mode. This game is definitely challenging and fun to play. We haven't had to the use too many of the secret weapons yet, but we're sure they will come in handy in the upper levels. Thank You Spooky House, for improving the game and providing a fun and challenging experience. DangerDog.
Fun,fun,fun. We never have a sinking feeling when we play this game.
Very good game, needs infinite torpedoes.
When we shot a normal torpedo at a fuel ship it exploded but a hospital ship sinked further away from the blast.
Very entertaining and fun. We will definitely recommend this game to anyone.
Ok at first had promise and we only played it to get some money but then we realized we would have to beat 300 levels which to be fair was stated up front but would have been frustrating since the controls that werent too sensitive at first soon became so when the game gets harder and usually not a problem we like a challenge but spinning around in circles getting torpedoed from all sides metaphorically since a circle has no sides or is all one side whatever is frustrating then you have to watch a lot of ads in order to even get to play the next level let alone even win with the use of power ups some of which seemed permanent for a long time but werent after a while which was frustrating and hence this review instead of writing to support which would have to be an email from what we saw and from what we know about ourselves would have been frustrating like reading one long unpunctuated sentence but ive noticed the devs always respond so 3/5.

This game is awesome. IPhone only been playing for like 30 minutes now but we havent gotten a single ad. The metal variety is big we just love this game so much.

…it no longer opens on our iPhone having gotten the latest system updates. We've tried deleting it and reloading and it still doesn't even start up. Could you please fix – if it's an issue on your end – because we miss our favorite game! It's one of the best sub games ever. Or is there something we need to do? Thanks.
Wish they had an unlocked version, where we could pay once and move up in the game based on skill.
Re work the medals & Ribbons section. Allow people to grow rank. That section has great potential and fun. Make them more permanent. Sink an aircraft carrier? Reset hi scores. People are in the millions? Cmon.
Used to be able to play the game but now it wont even update and we get booted from the game.
The new update tried to improve the game, we can appreciate that. A graphics overhaul, redesigned gameplay, new ships, and new enemies. Its not working right, though. The upgrades for the new ships are as extremely expensive as the original ship was, and coins still take far too long to farm. The redesigned torpedo shot slightly changed the all-important timing players were previously used to, and shots no longer hit where intended. The tankers were a nice addition, but the computer uses them against you. Enemy ships passing directly in front of them pass by unharmed while friendly ships almost seem to get targeted by fallout, while moving offscreen while it explodes almost ensures that a friendly ship mysteriously shows up to get hit that wasnt even there a moment ago. The massive amount of included ships makes it near impossible to shoot one without alerting others, while ships previously out of range now mysteriously get alerted when they shouldnt. Enemy ships also seem to get stuck behind friendly ships now, forcing misses to antagonize them out of hiding. Overall, Im finding that we now have to repeat levels multiple times to beat them due to some pretty unfair mechanics. In a game with a seemingly endless level compliment, having trouble like this a few hundred levels in will all but ensure we lose interest enough to give up. The game needs to stay as fun as possible, and the negative aspects of the new update really hurt that enjoyment. Please tune things better to your players. Increase coins earned at least double what we now have, make tankers less likely to hit friendly ships, and find a way to solve the random alerting.
Fantastic gameplay, too much going on other screens, simple the better.

This was an easy yet fun game , we really enjoyed playing it and would recommend it to friends and family As well.
Best submarine (u-boat) war game to play on a phone.
Plays ok but simple things like creating a user name seem unsupported presently.
The recent upgrade that includes Victoria constantly popping up asking if you wish to alert friendly ships needs an option to be disabled. Each time she pops up it causes a delay in the users ability to move the periscope. This has caused us to be hit by torpedoes or miss enemy ships we were aiming at. We dont see any value in this new feature and would like to be able to turn it off.
The fact at like every battle or boss battle there just has to be just that one ship that gets in the way.
The torpedoes keep launching without us touching.
Need option to get rid of Victoria. We dont play this game for bouncing boobs. Would be 5 stars but for Victoria.
It took us 15 days for it to load.
Very much enjoy this game but we wish the new laser guiding weapon had a toggle so we can turn it off. It blocks our view (iPad mini) of how many hits Ive taken.

Awesome game! Killing some time? This game is the one you need. Great Fun…. The challenge is on: Come an play….can you reach level 190? Great game…. Level 207 and still trying. This is the only game we never get bored with. How long has this game been around? So this has been a long time getting here. Love this game…. Just completed a couple more levels, now at 210 and still lovin this game. There is just not enough great things one can say about this game. We love playing an even if Im having trouble with the level Im on, we will find a way. Awesome game.people.

Second post on the same issue: The game is fun and we play several times a day, but have never made it past Day 7 on the Treasure Chests. Instead, the Treasure Chests reset back to Day 1 and wimpy rewards. Without the ability to advance in resources, we play a lot less. Otherwise, we would have given this game 5 stars.

As you can tell, we have a few opinions about this game, some negative, some positive. Lets start with the negatives. It is bad to shoot the friendly ships, right? Then why make them so fast and easy to hit? No sense! Next, every in game item is way too expensive! Im not gonna slave away for a thousand gold just to get one thing! On the positive note, the game has good graphics and simple gameplay. Thats it.
Fun but agravating on finding torpedoes- periscope screen needs to be larger.

We thoroughly enjoy this game! We have ONE pet peeve with it. We just wish that when you have to log out of the game, that you can take up where you left off, instead of always having to start over. There are times we just, either have to quit, or need to quit, and its sort of a pain to have to begin all over again, when you log back in.
If you want a submarine "shoot`em out of the water" game that Remains challenging, allows weapons upgrades and doesnt require pumping money into it, this is it. Enjoyed a similar arcade Game back in the day but this doesnt require extra quarters and it increases in difficulty. Wonder, with the upgrade do your current winnings and level transfer.
It was a fun little game of shooting torpedoes at ships but a recent "upgrade" makes it difficult to play unless you buy more coins to keep your weapons available. We're deleting it now.

This is as good a version of the original Sea Wolf arcade game as you could ever hope to find! Engaging game play, with some ships easy to sink and others quite challenging. The graphics are very good…like Sea Wolf only more updated, but not so much that it looks terribly different. Good music and audio effects too. We are absolutely loving this game.
The game is stuck on this level will not move to the next level.

Quickly learn running the gauntlet of ships pay attention to earning coins to buy items but collect a large sum before upgrade.

When we turn the periscope, sometimes the torpedo will auto fire. Please fix it.

This would have been a great game like 5 years ago. By todays standards its just okay. But its the first Ive found with periscope view and action based gameplay. Okay for a little entertainment if you want to play submarine.
Interesting. Worth playing for maybe an hour. We got bored after that though. We had wished the person screen to be larger. We dont see why this game is so highly rated. Im not meaning to dis it. We just couldnt get into it and with such a high rating we found ourselves very underwhelmed.
