How to become more powerful – Buildings
Your base can be divided into the Main City and Countryside. Buildings with different functions can be built in the Main City, while resource buildings, Hospitals and Barracks can be built in the Countryside.
The more you upgrade, the higher the benefit you will receive from any specific building. Whenever a building reaches level 15, Liberty Levels will be unlocked while upgrading, which will bring more great benefits. When your HQ reaches level 16, Liberty Statues will be unlocked and you can begin inserting them into buildings, which will also give you extra benefits.
1）Upgrade Buildings in Basic Level
Headquarters：
Level 2: Unlock War Hero Hall
Level 15: Unlock Liberty Level and Commander Challenges
Level 16: Unlock Liberty Statues and Tesla Tower
Training Buildings：
T1-T8 Troops will be unlocked every 3 levels once you have upgraded your training buidings.
T9 and T10 Troops will be unlocked every 4 levels once you have upgraded your training buildings.
T11 and T12 Troops will be unlocked every 5 levels once you have upgraded your training buildings.
Tip1：”Leadership” and “Superspy” Equipment pieces decrease the amount of resources required to upgrade buildings. These can be equipped beginning at Commander Level 6.
Tip2：Activating higher VIP levels give you longer time so that you can instantly complete upgrades for free.
Tip3：Activating VIP9 will allow you to switch between two suits of equipment.
2）Upgrade Buildings in Liberty Level
When a building in the Main City reaches level 15, you can upgrade its liberty level with liberty flags. The higher your liberty level, the more liberty benefits you gain. Benefits will not only affect your troops, but also your Building Challenges.

3）Place Liberty Statues
When your HQ reaches level 16, you can place liberty statues for buildings in the Main City area by tapping your HQ and then the liberty statue button. Liberty statues bring benefits and can be upgraded.

Tips: Liberty statues of different ranks have different activation requirements.
Green Rank: Unlocks at liberty level 1, 5 and 10
Blue Rank: Unlocks at liberty level 5, 10 and 15
Purple and Above: Unlocks at liberty level 10, 15 and 20
