Zebra Puzzle is a Puzzle/Board/Entertainment game from Anatoliy Voropay, first launched in 10th April 2012.
It’s rated 12+ and currently has 16+ ratings on the App Store.
What Makes Zebra Puzzle Stand Out
Most well-known logic puzzle of the last century. The task of the riddle is as follows: there are 5 houses in a row. People of 5 nationalities live in them. Each of the 5 inhabitants keeps a certain pet, drinks a beverage and smokes a brand of cigarettes. Having 15 rules your goal is to solve the riddle and find out everything about the people.
It seems quite simple at first sight. But it is sometimes claimed that if you can solve this riddle without different items (including pen and paper) your intellectual nature can be considered as part of 2% of the most intelligent people on earth.
If you can not solve the riddle on your own, why not try this application. We offer a user-friendly interface for visualization of logical reasoning.
Before you start the game, please read carefully the following statements which may be useful for you:
- A double-click on the item will highlight it. It will help you mark the items in the right positions from all those you are not sure of;
- You can cross out any of the rules in the list by clicking them. It will help you sort the verified rules out from unverified while doing the puzzle;
- Getting the tip please be aware that the item will be placed in the house of the proper color but the house itself may be located in the wrong position relative to the others;
- As soon as all the items and houses are in the right positions you will get a notification and the game is over;

The game was cool, but once we solved it the only option was to start over.
Played the first game but it wont advance to the next game. Just says congratulations do you want to solve that puzzle again.
We solved the puzzle, and that was all it was: one puzzle. It was fun and just hard enough to keep us engaged, but we play a lot of these logic puzzles. We wish there had been more puzzles. The only way to "lock" an answer in is to fix it to the house, instead of, say, fixing the fish to the Englishman or the beer to the American. This makes it difficult to keep track of things. Also, the UI is a bit weird to work with. Instead of the solutions being stuck on the page for you to continue consulting while looking at the puzzle, you have to "pull" another page down that just feels a bit odd. Overall, it's a pretty fun, if very short, puzzle. We definitely recommend playing other logic/Einstein puzzles if you enjoyed this one. We'll give it 4 stars, regardless of whatever issues we had, to support the devs because we had fun.
Its an okay game. But theres no way to know if your answer is right or not.
We really loved the graphics and it was really fun to solve but there was only one game. If there were multiple games and levels of difficulty, this game would be amazing.
We really love the interactive way this is set up. However, it makes the puzzle non-functional. This should have drop-down menus that cause each thing to change so that your already-placed answers are not getting shifted around every time you move something else into position.
We absolutely loved the design, its adorable. The game itself is interactive. Unfortunately, as much as we wanted to love the game, its impossible to play it. The reason is because you cant mark something you know for a fact. We honestly wish that all words were below and we could drag them to the right houses. And if we made changes, we had a choice to move just 1 fact or everything. For example, lets say we though the Irish lived in the purple house and drunk Irish coffee, so we drag color purple to his house and the word coffee. Then we found out he lived in an orange house, so we can choose just to switch colors or move everything we know about the Irish as well. You know what we mean? This game could be bomb.
This game has it to where the answers are mixed up and makes it difficult to remember which you've done.

We had a surprised look on our face when the game suddenly congratulated us for solving the riddle… Wha?? Well, apparently we are VERY gifted with the talent of random-selection which we combined with wild, chopping finger swipes and viola! 2% eh? Mensa- here we come! (we guess those 5 clues we paid a buck for were in the 1% since we still don't know if the word turning red indicates correct positioning or dead wrong…).
Good graphics hard puzzle good in general.

Super hard! Very involved game, not for the beginner.
Clues don't match answer. Clue states coffee is in the middle house, but the answer required the coffee in the fifth house. Get your clues and programming together.
We like it. Great for free timea.
The app is designed beautifully and is a real challenge but not too hard. It's fun because it's something you can work on for a bit and then come back to. Great.
Nice app. Really got us Americans down. We really do all wear chaps.
