The customer service is excellent, the agent we had B was a boss, and was able to help us migrate cabinets from a player ID from 2010 then updated our account. The game is excellent it was the first game that came to mind when we got our new phone. So much so to try and recover this stuff from 15 years ago on an iPod touch. Thanks again B.
Zen Pinball definitely has the best pinball game out there! We have purchased many of their tables & Sorcerer's Lair is our favorite one so far. Very realistic and like playing on a pinball machine.
We love this pinball app and play it daily on our iPad or iPhone with no problems or crashes. We love Rome and the Deep, which were 99 cents each. We do wish they offered the Twighlight Zone and Arabian Nights.
We cant download any tables we paid for. It keeps saying error connecting to iTunes Store. Would be 5 star game but its 1 until this is resolved. Edit: Seems like it works, thank you. Now that we can download tables we paid for we will be buying more.

Ive played this game for years and absolutely loves it. Takes us back to the days of going to actual arcades. Also love that the in app purchases are straight forward. This is how you do monetization. Too bad the Williams/Zen is so aweful. Install and play this game you will not regret it.
Ive played Zen on android and IOS all had great gameplay and app prices were reasonable. Great skill game.
Controller support would be great. Otherwise, all the games are excellent. Dont care about landscape. Just want to get Zen Pinball to Backbone.

We own EVERY table they offer! The game play is AMAZING on the 12 iPad Pro, our personal preference! Buy ONCE and own it FOREVER. Always ready to go no matter what your iOS device(s) of choice. When is that case in an imperfect "in app purchases" world?!? Rarely! The purchases dont follow you moving to PC or Xbox. But, its still affordable and impressive on every platform. They are masters at what they do. We wont go into detail about all the graphics engines this, physics that, but its flawless. In our experience the support both tech and Customer service, have always been fast and professional. Even had an issue with transferring our purchases (160+ tables) to a new device.one message through the app and they sorted it all out without forcing us to track down a single receipt and managed the full restore process. Easy! Peasy! Thanks for years of time wasting, competition with the wife, and the better you geteach table offers a whole new set of challenges and frustrations! Just like real cabinet pinballwithout all those pesky quarters. Anytime you guys feel like dropping any new tables to the old Zen App, you will always have our support. Check out all of the brands offerings! Regardless of where, when, or how you play…no regrets… Promise! :).
A real nice touch to the classic silver ball machines of yesteryear. A lot of nice gameplay to be had on a lot of different tables. Some are so so, but most of them are real fun. A bunch of different Star Wars tables with cool twists to them, and let's not forget The Walking Dead.

Rediscovered this game after purchasing a bluetooth game controller for our AppleTv.
Tried a few different one here on the App Store . This one plays the best , is the smoothest of them all with great boards. Highly recommend if you are looking to play some pinball . Boards are reasonably priced . Could be a bit cheaper though.
When it comes to pinball, its hard to beat them. We only wish they had more table bundles instead of having to buy each one.
Its a cool game and we wish the ball wouldnt go in between the 2 things and we also wish someone would play against us.
Good tables…good play, gotta be careful not to hit tablet too hard otherwise you all tilt. Needs reward system to garner new tables to unlock paying for tables is ok but it needs more than that to make people want to lay long term.

Sorcerers Lair is great. Love the multi ball action. Dark mode is nerve racking but intense.
We dont think youll find a better more enjoyable pinball game out there! First, you have a multitude of pinball themes you can play on. Second, the machines are reasonably priced. Third, youre not bombarded with ads every time we turn around. All of this with great looking graphics. Sure hope they dont change anything unless its adding more themes.

We love this app. Gives that old feeling of being in the arcade. The physics is right on.
We have tried many of the other pinball platforms but Zen takes it for Best Pinball for the IOS. Many reasons – the physics in the game feels the most realistic. When they bend science for the game (since it is an IOS game and they can), they do it in really imaginative ways. The fact that do Marvel themed games is a bonus. Our favorite table is X-men. But, other tables that we have really liked are: Spiderman Guardians of the Galaxy Iron Man Ghost Rider Avengers Fantastic Four Got to admit there were a few that we were less happy with: Deadpool Infinity Guantlet Civil War Wolverine we must say that we have spent more time playing Zen then ANY other IOS game – Pinball or otherwise.
Real shame its been sunsetted in favor of Williams Pinball. Everything is perfect about this one from gameplay and sounds to humor/action and the variety of tables. Williams one is too cluttered and micro-purchase heavy. We want to buy more tables for this, but we know eventually it will stop working on our iPhone so Im enjoying it for now and will miss it when its gone. Cheers.

Great game with fun boards. The newer pinball games by the developer are not as fun. This game has enjoyable dynamic boards.
Three years without an update is a bit concerning, but the game is so amazing that Ive still been buying tables now and then. The gameplay is really good, very addicting, no micro transactions, pay to play, ads, etc. And the free table is really good. It was so addicting that we ended up buying three more tables, and will probably buy more. If Zen studios ever updates this app again, we really hope that they add some haptic feedback when hitting bumpers and triggering the flippers. We think that would really help with the feeling of immersion in the game.
We love pinball. Each table is a modern marvel of engineering, and its the only arcade game that lets you win more games. For a child with a limited supply of quarters, whats not to love? Electronic pinball games are awash with games with terrible physics, which is the first hurdle that must be overcome to create an amazing pinball simulation. If it doesnt feel right, nothing else matters. Zen Pinball has the best replication of actual pinball physics of any game Ive played. Next, nearly just as important as the physics is the design of the tables themselves. Is it impossible to keep the ball in play for hours with skill alone? Does it lack interesting progression and novel features? Probably not going to grab our interest then. Zen pinball has a lot of variety. Theyve been making pinball games for years. This is the only pinball game that we play, and Ive tried them all. That said, there are only two tables that we play on Zen Pinball, Sorcerers Lair and Epic Quest. Ive been playing the same two tables for years. Not even their newest Apple Arcade edition cant hold a candle to this version, even with all its bells and whistles. Which was disappointing to say the least. At least we have this amazing game to fall back on to scratch that pinball itch. We can only hope they never stop supporting it.

It started off as innocent, we love playing pinball just like we were a kid , but this time was a little different. We started to get into whats really in the game itself. We also went on YouTube to look up these machines ourselves. We never thought we would enjoy pinball like this. Its a game within a game. We love it Ps. We grew up in the late 70s & 80s. They were the Best times for us.
An incredible amount of tables are available for purchase which is nice, but this game needs controller support badly! You shipped Zen Pinball Party for Apple Arcade with controller support, could you add it to this one as well.
Sorcerers lair is fun and has depth. If you haven't played the Alien tables, check them out.
We love playing these tables but when we had to download them again after purchasing a new device they wouldnt come back. Finally they got it working again! Thanks.
Been playing for years, its the best pinball app but we wish they would keep updating the app.
We have never played pinball(real or digital) in our entire life. We stumbled onto this app and realized a game called pinball existed in the 1930s and piqued our interest. We have not been able to go a day without playing for at least an hour. It can provide endless hours of fun and each table is unique but familiar in gameplay. With each table having its own ruleset and table guide which explains what shooting the ball does on certain points or lanes. You try to shoot the ball at things that increase your multiplier to get a high score! The pure essence of a video game. The first table you get Sorcerers Lair is amazing and entertaining with visual effects, sound, music and lore. There are tables available for purchase from major blockbuster franchises. Not every table has been received great but there are tables that majority players say are must haves. These do not transfer to other platforms so consider that when purchasing. There have been no bugs that we have found except for one where we open the app and the main menu background music does not play. We hope the developers look into this small nitpick that may be a bug. We dont see any other way they could improve this classic pinball experience.
The variety of the tables is enhanced by excellent rendering. Always surprised by the opening of new 3D rendered dragons, dinosaurs and comic heros, when higher scores are achieved! Fun to play.
Excalibur , Merlin , Camelot an Trebuchet with flaming ammo! Good game needs to be or not to be in Apples arcade.
This game brung back alot of good memories of when our dad let us play on his computer its alot of fun.
