Turn off your WiFi and Cellular Data. Not sure why the game needs to be set like this as offline mode, but it will play if you do it this way. Played this many years ago. Still holds up pretty well.
Each character had their own story. Youre playing a game thats been well thought out. From the gameplay, to the art, to the individual stories and depth in each character, not just the ones you play but also the npcs you talk to. They impact the story just as much if not more than you do. The way the series puts meaning in everything is more desirable than a game thats $80 and is as shallow as spilled water. We miss games with meaning.
This game was the pinnacle of our childhood son.

Absolutely love this game, but it keeps crashing and we are unable to play past a certain point. Please update and fix the bugs! This is a great game and we wish it was playable again.
We know ZENONIA 4-5 is still on the App Store, but they are bugging and force close us out of the app. But we REALLY want them to bring the ZENONIA games back. Our favorite class was assassin, but all the classes had unique skills and we restarted our progress once we complete the story to try out those classes. PLEASE BRING BACK ZENONIA.

We dont know if any of the creators or developers will see this review since its been a really long time but, if possible, it would be amazing to possibly relist ZENONIA 1 & 2. They were so much fun and highly addicting and was our go to game every day after school and on weekends. We dont know if its possible to do so, but it would probably make a lot of people extremely happy and bring back excessive amount of nostalgia. If this reaches you, please possibly consider it.
Now we know the devs wont read this but can you all re add the older Zenonia back to the App Store they are all solid games would love to replay them.

Every time we try to load the game it insta try crashes and take us back to our iPhones Home Screen. We had to love playing this game but we just cant anymore.
Hey all, For anyone trying to play this game again, you can get it to start by putting your phone in airplane mode while you select new game or continue in the main menu. Once youre in the game youre free to turn airplane mode off. It saves normally so theres no worries of losing progress or anything. Youll have to turn on airplane mode every time you open the game, but for now it works normally. We just figured this out today after the game always used to crash when selecting anything in the main menu. We dont know if the entire game is still playable with this trick but at least it starts. To any of the developers seeing this, if at all possible we players would love the opportunity to play the game again normally! Please, release an update fixing the issues on the iOS version.
We have played this for years on and off like YEARS. Probably since like 2014. Update it so we can play it on our X. We beg of you lol.
We love this game, and it deserves the 5 stars. Unfortunately, it doesnt work on our iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 16.3. Every option we choose crashes there game. Hopefully the devs update it to current OS at some point.

This was one of the first games we got invested in. We really enjoyed it but got stuck and never finished it. Downloaded it again but it just clashes once we click anything on the main menu. Thanks for the memories.
This game was our childhood we remember playing this on our iPad long time ago but we tried to redownload it after many years but it just keeps crashing we cant make it past the snow.
We really hope there is a future for this series. The gameplay and story is charming. The leveling system is interesting we never encountered anything like this when we first downloaded this when we were in 8th grade. Its a little buggy now due to lack of updates(which a new one wouldnt be bad) . Though we do love that the series progressed to Z5 and ZS(which we were sad about the cancellation). But of the games 4 has an aura of accomplishment the comes with it. We love this game so much still. Keep up the great work Gamevil! Please Update.
This is our childhood game, we even recently spent money on zen to help us out in the game, game randomly crashes when we try to play. We can only play it offline, and even offline when we get to the snowy area game just completely crashes we dont know why, we cant play a game Im spending money on!? We love this game but this is just stupid, please help. :(.
This game was always our favorite to play ever since we were on the iPod touch playing for hours and hours and showing the game to our friends made it even better for us so to see that the game still playable on our iPhone 13 really makes us happy.

We used to love playing this game on our android. We switched to iPhone and it never lets us get past the first screen. Any option we choose, whether new game or continue or options, it shuts down. Please fix this, we really love this game.

This game has been the best RPG mobile game Ive ever played, and its sad to see it there installed without any way of replaying it because the game just crashes immediately when opened. It also crashed without fail in the entrance to the tundra area. Id love to play this game again someday soon.
Ive been playing this game off and on since we were 15 and Im 21 now. The story is amazing, and the controls are bearable. Coming from a person whos played a fully hacked version and played it fully through twice, you should give this story a play.

We really enjoyed the Zenonia series and wanted to replay 4 on our new iPhone 13. Downloads fine but when we go to start new game or even click continue game it force closes. We might be talking to no one at this point cause this game is pretty old but we have some hope that someone is listening lol.
Hello, we are trying to play the game on iPhone 13 iOS 15.1 and when we launch app it works until we press any of the menu buttons ex: new game, continue, etc .. Then when we press any of them the app closes. We tried to reinstall and no luck. We are going to try to update our iPhone 13 to iOS 15.2 and see if it works then.
We love this game we used to play it when we were a kid but for some reason as soon as it hits the main menu once loading the game its crashes and keeps sending us back to home screen we did several things ro try and fix it but to no use can someone fix it please and thanks.

There is zero way to get past the snow area after the castle, a tiny update for newer phones/iOS versions could fix this, we beg you.
Its very sad to see a game like this go! We had just re-downloaded it today November 6th, 2021 because we enjoyed it so much, but we could get in the game because it was shut down. We tried to pair it with Facebook as well, but it didnt work either because of this. This is an amazing game and we would love to be able to play it again. If this is possible, please restore the game so its playable.
