We love love love Zula Casino App. We have cashed out real money multiple times. This is by far our favorite Casino App game.
Honestly we reallly liked zula. The daily check ins yiu get 1.00 every day just to open the app. Last week we randomly started playing and hit 170$ well the cashout is a nightmare and not like these other apps where you have your money within a few to 24 hours. These people want you to send a legit copy of your bank statement with all your info on it to verify you to cash out. Then what makes it worse is they will not cashout to paypal, cashapp or any of those kind of banks. It has to be an established financial institution. It gets better cuz customer service has ran us in circles. They will create a ticket everytime you contact them. Well everytime we try to respond on the website ii am met with account " does not exist. We are waiting to see if we can speak with someone on the phone to explain what is going on . We keep being told to send in our statements for verification and we have. 0 out of 5 stars. It doesnt matter where you cash out to that is all some people have. And why do they need your whole bank statement thats no ones business but your own. Its been almost a week tomorrow since we tried to cashout n still no money. Play at your own risk but we wouldnt.
Ive been able to cash out many times. We even had one do it same day.
When playing on the browser and in the midst of a game it jump off the game then when u return to the game ig u in a bonus or special feature your free spins gone your winning is gone .. Thats a big issue with you all system.
We would give the app a higher rating if we could actually use it, but it logs you out every time and takes too long to login again.
We have never won even .10 cents on the game even depositing does give the ability to win anything you guys are scam artists.
Yall take to long release money when win.
