Community Insight:

We were an adventure games addict for a while then paused while in grad school. Picked this one up after graduation and Im so glad we waited. We played through the whole series in one go and we definitely would have failed some tests if we were still in school. Story was great, graphics were smooth and improvement was noticeable from prologue to Ch3 as was the difficulty. Congrats on a great game! We look forward to more.

But really fun and well developed.

The Meridian 157 adventure series is an excellent and challenging game that keeps you turning the page, like a good novel. The puzzles are challenging enough, with helps when needed or desired. The graphics between the Prologue and Chapters 1, 2, & 3 were consistently improving with each new game. We look forward to any future games in the pipeline.

We appreciate the supportive clues and the array of hallways and details. This was fun! Ive played all three plus Aurora Hills. Ill be playing the Prologue next! Keep em coming guys! We will say that we relied on the clues a lot. We dont know if thats just us or if the puzzles were particularly difficult. For example, the red and blue (not wires) but the chart. That was abstract logic. However, some of the puzzles were just the right amount of challenge for us.

We look forward to the next game from this very talented group.

We really enjoyed all three chapters. The game felt polished and held our attention. Lots of good puzzles.

We enjoyed solving all of the puzzles. They were challenging at just the right level. Also, the story line drew us in. This is one of the best games we played – we really had fun playing it.

A great puzzle game and Ive played them all. Looking forward to more of the same.

We cannot express in words how SHOCKED we were to discover that this game was entirely designed and programmed by only two people we expected a massive team for something of this caliber! You guys are truly a force of nature, thank you so much for this wonderful game!! We are so excited to see what comes of the aurora hills series :D.

What an exciting game. We havent played a game like this for two years. We are so excited that we found this on Apple. We enjoyed our self for the last week. We hope you come out with something you.

Playing the whole series from the prequel to chapter 3 is a must. At the end of chapter 3 you will understand the title of our review. This is beyond Myst, way beyond. This game has meaning. Being former career military, we really do get it. Yes this epic is full of some mind bending puzzles, fantastic graphics and erie sound effects, but it also makes you think.

The game was excellent, we hope the developers keep it up and create more great games like this one.

We rarely pay for games but these were worth it. If you like escape room style puzzles, this hits the mark.

We have been searching for a game similar to Myst, a game that Ive played growing up both with our brother and father. We cherished that game. The Meridian game series is a true gift and honor to play as it is very similar to Myst. Please keep making more games like this! Additionally, as a Software/Firmware Engineer we truly appreciated the game and the puzzles especially the one with the chessboard, as Im also an avid chess player. Black had mate in one, but hard to tell if white/red could have check his/her way to a mate as well. If you are looking for an additional developer, please reach out. Though am still employed so would need to think about it lol.

Super puzzles, story and graphics. We also had trouble with the stacked boxes puzzle in Chapter 3. But, it wasnt because of a bug. We got too immersed in the game and turned into one of those things. We look in the mirror now and see a dark form with funny looking hands. How do we get back to normal, Dude.

Over all we thoroughly enjoyed the ride. The visuals and story were well thought out and beautifully done. Thank you.

Really enjoyed this series! (Totally freaked out by the silhouettes, by the way.) we did need guidance on one or two puzzles, but over four parts, Im fine with that. Already started the new game, and it looks just as promising! Nice work.

Team, you captured the essence of what games like Myst and Riven so good, with a storyline that is totally unique and engaging. We had a blast playing through. Bravo! Cant wait to see what you dream up next.

Great game! Story was interesting but not overly complex. Puzzles mostly not super hard, although we did need to look up a few hints here and there . Game had many rooms and levels to explore. We felt you really got your moneys worth. Occasionally some of the traveling back and forth got a little bit tedious, but really not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Thanks for a fun time.

Absolutely loved this game! It was so well thought out, even the storyline had us hooked. The only downfall is that it ended and there arent any more chapters. :( we are definitely looking forward to anything NovaSoft comes out with. GREAT GAME.

Please put out more of thesehard as hellbut Wowzer. This blows every adventure puzzles out of the water. Graphics, storyline and we the fact we havent thought this much EVER shoots this series as #1. We stumbled along the way to the point of giving upthe EUREKA moments kept us motivated to keep going. The camera was brilliant thinking on your part. We deleted the maps as we entered a new area a mistake we wont repeat. When is the next game release, because we are 100% gonna play it.

This has been a very interesting game to play. The puzzles although difficult at times were very fun to work out even though at times we had a little help. We look forward to the next adventure.

We play every escape game we can find, and we have long touted that no game truly stands at the same caliber as The Room and its sequels. Well, this did it. The puzzles were often intensely difficult (though we felt less so by the end), but the hint system that doesnt require watching ads and doesnt just skip you past a puzzle (although it can if you approve it) is well thought out and well programmed, with good relevant hints when you need them. The story was intriguing from the start, but continued to grow in complexity and scope, keeping you reading journal entries and emails that were fantastically paced to give you tidbits more to keep stringing you along. The pay off in breaking through the harder, longer puzzles was satisfying, with enough little puzzles to keep you feeling like you were making progress the whole time. The cut scenes! Oh man, the CUT SCENES. We started tilting our phone away from us during them, afraid of a jump scare, left extra uneasy by the expert use of perspective and music. From the beginning they were outstanding, but that final cut scene is one Ill be thinking about for years to come. We dont regret a single cent we paid for all 4 of the Meridian 157 games. They were spectacular.

Ive played through this series four times. Its always a great puzzle series to come back to when your looking to stimulate the ol cranium. Ten Stars.

Did not see this series coming! It blew us away! The biggest, deepest, richest story! Challenging, not condescending. Took a loooooong time to play- love that! Please, please, please make more like this.

Really an awesome series. Really look forward to future Stys brothers work.

We really enjoy the game play, waiting for chapter 3 was almost as good as waiting for MCU End Game to come out. Great story line, and amazing puzzles. Im a little indifferent on the ending, hope it wasnt rushed because of Covid. Maybe once we play the entire story line again, we will change our mind. Hope the creators make another game very similar to this with a different story line.

We liked the creepy storyline and the riddles.

Found this engrossing. Loved the story.

Nice challenge enjoyed the thinking NOT reacting to the Kings Nightmares.

We would give it 10 stars if we could. Thank you so much for the excellent entertainment.

We loved the whole series and this was the best of them all. Bravo! Great puzzles, and an intriguing story.

Needs more of an ending. We read all the paperwork and get the gist of it but a little added info at the end would make this great.

It is an incredible game from start to finish where it has challenging puzzles and some subtle patterns to keep you stumped for a while. Has an unsettling kind of feel yet keeps you curious throughout. Thank you for making this game.

The puzzles are well thought out and diverse. Not impossible, but fun and explorative. Thank you to the developers for a great game.

We played Myst with her mom. This adventure with our granddaughter. So blessed. Cant wait until the next adventure.

This journey, by far, was the BEST ride of our life! We couldnt believe how nice and long the game was and how everything made perfect sense in the story. The writers of this game have so much talent! Cant wait for the next adventure.

We had so much fun playing this series. Wish there were more.

Thats what we call a game where the artwork is so absolutely, incredibly phenomenal, it actually distracts from the game play. Many of those vignettes were so good, we just started appreciating the artistry that went into them and forgot the whole reason we were there in the first place. We are so sorry we finished the series.

Intriguing story, amazing puzzles, and overall a fun game.. Our opinion, we hated to see it end but a wonderful conclusion. We hope to see more from the developers and designers. They rock.

The storyline and the look of the game kept pulling us back. We would find ourselves coming up with solutions a lot of times when we were away from the game and then have to race back to it. In the beginning it was super frustrating but that was what kept us noodling it around until we got the answer. It was an excellent game.

Great story, every Chapter is better than the last, looks awesome, music and sound on point. We loved being able to go at our own pace. Dialogue is nice at letting you know your characters personality and making sure you dont fruitlessly click away at things. Hint system is great by being actual hints instead of just giving you the answer straight out. The puzzles are fun and have enough variety to keep it interesting. We really enjoyed this game. Spoiler our only feedback would be to recall the women who were working at the cursed site, because we think all of the artifact figures we saw, especially at the end, seemed to be male.

Wow! We just finished the game and we're breathless. You two are masters of the game. It is the perfect balance of difficulty and playability, meaning we can leave for a week or 3 and figure out where we left off. And big mahalos for adding a hint button. Nothing like getting stuck in a game and having to pay extra or search for answers online. We admit we used it 2 or 3 times and we got just enough of a nudge to get us back on track quickly without ruining the experience of the adventure. We can't say enough how much we loved it and now, if you'll excuse us, we shall begin the series again.

What a great game. Its so hard to put it down. The puzzles are tough enough and the hints help get you started. Good graphics and a few moments that make you jump. Make sure to have your ear buds in.

His is the third chapter in the series and in our opinion it is the best. Exploration areas are interesting, puzzles are challenging but not maddening – they make sense. If you do get stumped there is a nice hint capability that can give a subtle hint or fully solve, but we invite you to not rush – savor the adventure. The story is engaging, told through found notes. Well done effort, we experienced great performance no glitches playing on an iPad Pro. The game works well with an iPad with touch interface – sometimes need to remember to use two fingers to rotate an object! Looking forward to developers next production.

We have played through all 3 chapters of Meridian 157. With a 5 star rating, we clearly enjoyed the games. The story was very engaging. The puzzles range from simple to complex and everything in between. We know Im playing a game on a screen, but there were times when we actually was nervous to see what was behind the next door or down a dark hallway. Well done! Thanks for all the great hours of entertainment! Im looking forward to whatever comes next.

Thoroughly enjoyed this game. Left us wanting more adventures.

Excellent game! If you like Glitch games, they are much akin.

We have thoroughly enjoyed this game. Good puzzles, engaging story. We will look for other games by these people.

Loved the final scenes and music. Great job devs.
