Sailing is fine. So dont let these cry babies say otherwise. Honestly since it was announced we have been dying to get our hands on it. Got scammed by a fake Facebook ad in the process losing EVERYTHING. We waited for this and now its finally here in what is the longest winter of our life. Its smooth, precise, quick, and easy to use. And for the people who are upset you have to start over, THEY MADE IT CLEAR IN 2014 when they rebooted the servers and opened up a whole new game that everyone would have to restart. Dont give it one star just because you didnt even bother reading the fine print. The app is amazing and the one flaw we would bring up is how it may get spotty while using the keyboard to type. Other than that its absolutely amazing and we would recommend anyone who played runescape from 2006-2012 to give it a little try. 9/10 -it was worth the wait.
We spent the first 10 years of our childhood existence trying to hack Red Hat Linux into playing RS. Now we can play it on our phone.
We could only dream of having OSRS in our pocket as a little boy in 07, this game on mobile bus so smooth, fun, we cant get enough.
Deepest mmo, can be the most chill, exciting, or stressful. Looking past the visuals it grows on you once you realize what this game has to offer. And for those who think its slow progress we used to as well once you realize the most straightforward way to do things is just do the right quests before anything and youre set. Main obvious things in this game is questing like missions unlocking and leveling your character up fast, pvp/pking which is very competitive and can be fun once you understand it, leveling characters to max, collecting rare items and pets, minigames, and these are just tip of the iceberg. Playing this game passive is great to do it on the side of other life stuff so helps pass time when needed and unwind. Lastly the more people you play with the better but can play with randoms.

We played this game when we were younger and we first got a pc. This version (osrs) has added sooo much more that has increased the depth 10 fold. We havent tried rs3 or the other versions but we are addicted to this one to say the least. Highly reccomend if you have days of time to kill. Im over 80 days played in game over 4 accounts.
Great game great upgrades time spent playing progresses account just hope thry add more skills.

We love playing runescape, it has been 10 years since we played this game and Im just getting back into it. We just created a new account on our iPad and we look forward to play on the go, but its sad to say that the music doesnt play to the iPad version. The music are the one of the best part of RuneScape and it said that its not working hopefully on the next update, you guys can resolve the issue.
First off we want to start saying that this game is very enjoyable, but we find there to be a pretty annoying problem, that is the membership system absolutely cock blocking us from the full experience. F2p is pretty fun too but ive finished all the quests. The only two bosses in f2p are boring and dont reward the player enough, and only like 1/4th of the map as well as the rest of the content is unlocked for you to enjoy. Now we understand that you have to find ways to make revenue somehow, but would it hurt to unlock a little bit more of the game? We dont want to grind 14 million gp just for 14 days of membership and 10 dollars is an absurd amount of money to pay for monthly membership. After seeing all there is to see in f2p this game feels incredibly boring now, plus we have heavy schoolwork to do leaving us no time to grind gp for 8 hours per day just to get 14 days of membership. So please either lower the price to membership or just add a little drop of content to us broke boys.
Love the game and giving a 5 star review but at the moment our new iPhone 17 pro max wont charge while playing the game. When we close the game the phone charges.
This is a simple honest masterpiece of a game.
We first played in 06, played on and off until 2013. Started again in 2020, found out this released for mobile. If you had told us in 2010 Id be playing this on our phone one day from anywhere, we wouldnt believe it. Absolutely amazing.
The only gripe we have with them is the customer service.
Love this game played it since we were a kid we hate the membership aspect though we understand it but membership used to be 5bucks for 5-10mil gp the 14mil is to excessive if you want to grow the community.

This game is everything to us. We started playing with our BF 3 1/2 years ago now we are married and planning our Varrock wedding. Sailing is fantastic. If you are not playing this game you are the family disappoint. All our luv.
A classic that never gets old. Do all the free things you can with a standard account but in the future plan to subscribe and become a premium member its so worth it.
We tried to play RS3 but Oldschool RuneScape just hits the spot.
We started playing again after not playing for almost 3yrs and we love all the quality of life updates. The game is way more accessible to people who want to casually play. Still tons of adventures to be had with constant updates being polled for the community to decide the direction they want to go. Still keeps the old feel that if you played the original game in 2007 you will still have fun today.
We click on sign in with username and it takes us to a legal page. Which doesnt load due to an error. We love the game. Just unable to play on our phone.
Been playing close to 20 years on/off. Only mobile gaming experience you need. There is so much content that the focus from now should only be to optimise mobile, fix the bugs, more qol features. Most importantly the battery drain and server stability with the tick rate.
We played on f2p for a good 3 years before we decided to get members with GP we made in game. We like that you are able to grind for memberships instead of being forced to pay if you ever wanted to see the main game. You can always buy a membership but if you wait and grind some GP in f2p once you get enough in game coins (varies from 13 mill to 15 mill prices fluctuate) you can buy a bond (membership) from the Grand Exchange. That was the main reason we downloaded the game to begin with. It doesnt have annoying ads you have to sit through to play the game and we love that you can play it on mobile or PC. Warnings: DONT DOWNLOAD IT FROM STEAM! Ppl have many issues with false bans and get hacked through steam. If you want it on your computer, get the client on PC through Jagex official website. Runelite.net is the ONLY safe plug in site that Jagex allows! Runelite is still the game client but you are able to download a lot of helpful plug ins from it. Dont trust ppl trying to get you to download something shady! Id advise looking on YT about runelite to know how it works and also about OSRS scammers if youre new. So you know who to avoid. In this game, if its too good to be true it probably is so dont trust an offer too quickly! Some ppl be they will befriend you to rob you blind lol. Anyways, what we dont like about the game? Too many bots! Especially in f2p, it used to be a lot worse but imo its still bad. There are still some in mems but not nearly as bad. We havent played f2p in a min so hopefully they nerfed some. All in all, Its a chill game, theres lots to do and you can play it anywhere. Look up guides on YT! There are a lot of helpful vids to get you started and a osrs wiki with a lot of helpful info! Theres a few moments when sailing when you cant click to pick a direction for your boat to sail. This happens frequently and needs to be fixed.
This is just so awesome even as a young kid. We always wanted to be able to play RuneScape on the go! The iPad even performs very well also.

We play mobile a lot and its beyond annoying being logged out after switching apps for a mere 30 seconds. This needs to change.
So Im on the go a lot, and we use our iPad for a lot of school and work related things. It also SHOULD be the perfect thing to play OSRS in our free time on. However after THREE or more years this game STILL crashes whenever you do ANY action in the game. Successful mining chance? Crash. Talk to NPC? Crash. Nothing doesnt crash you except movement and inventory stuff. We want to play the game SO BAD on our iPad. It is a 3rd gen iPad Pro with IPadOS 18.7.2. Please fix this.
Devs need to make a quest helper like on runelite. Everything is twice ad difficult on mobile.

It's amazing that the game we used to sneak out of bed in the middle of the night is now something that fits in our pocket. The new auburnvale area is our current favorite place. Immaculate vibes, and the fletching minigame really hits just right. Play on a forestry world for a raucous renewal, or on a quiet world for a contemplative hike.
WE NEED A MAD SCIENTIST TO SOMEHOW TRANSFER US INTO THE GAME. We click all the spam emails intending to sucked inside the Internet so we may enter the RuneScape world. We wish to fish by the river in barbarian village. We like pop tarts. We like turtles. 5 star rating. Super enjoyable once you find what you like to do. Great way to spend your weekend. Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you for this game.

Really have a great time playing RuneScape. Never played when we were younger but always wanted to and we have been having a blast. Our new favorite game.
