Really enjoy playing this app. Liked playing their Event game and getting points to be able to change the orientation of the pieces. Then one day, the events stopped working. We deleted the app, lost our points and reinstalled. The Event games still will not work. What happened? Hope they fix it, we enjoyed going up step by step with each step getting harder up to step 48.
Generally fun but too many long ads if you want more coins. Game freezes & the event/journey tab doesnt do anything. Daily games to get rid of gems is fun but thats only 2 a day.
We like the game but we cant access the journeys mode. Other than that its not bad.
We absolutely loved this game! We played it every day and every event which were so fun! Sadly, a few months ago the events stopped working and after much hesitation, we finally deleted the app (and all our achievements in it) in the hopes to fix it and it still doesnt work. After updating the app we Cant listen to music or YouTube while playing the game. Most likely wont be playing anymore.
We used to obsessively play this game and had bought a subscription but they haven't made an update in 4+ months!! And during that four months period of time, you can only do the daily puzzle or create your own. NONE of the JOURNEYS WORK!! THE JOURNEY GAMES was the reason for us paying a monthly fee!!! You put out a new one every week and we have missed getting to play these so badly, we canceled our subscription. We're probably going to just delete the app.
Same thing Happened to us Really enjoyed playing this app but out of nowhere the event portion of the app stopped working, and there has been no resolution or update Will this be fixed.
So we really liked this app but was tired of the ads. We went ahead and paid to get rid of the ads and the game stopped working. It keeps telling us there is a new game but when we select it theres a countdown counter that never seems to hit 0 so you can play. Going to ask for our money back.
To whom it our concern Ive played this game for a few years now. We had lots of progress, then one day on the journey the start at level 1 wont let us open it. So we deleted the app then reinstalled it. It worked for a few weeks it then stuck again. We lost all our progress we pay for no adds. Every time we get lots of coins it sticks. Again tonight 7/15/24 we dont want to delete our progress again? 7/25/24 we have to delete this app again the journey event will not open again. We pay for no ads & coins they take our money but there is no support. This will be our last time playing this game.
We paid $6.99 to have ads removed. But we are being absolutely bombarded with ads after almost every play. Why.
We were forced to update to this app and it is a complete disappointment. Your update/upgrade made this game less interesting and not nearly as much fun. The only good part is that we wont be playing addictively.

We like these games but they are not the best im glad we git this its so good.
We love the game and how it actually feeds you blocks that you can use and not three plays that are impossible. It does take strategic planning but thats the whole point of the game. However we do not like the free spin for tokens. Why even have it if all it gives is one or two coins when everything cost much much more than one or two coins. And its obviously fixed not to give more than one to three coins. If you spin daily and it never goes above three it makes it quite obvious.
Enjoy the game but the Journey event does not work. We click to start but it makes a sound but does not open.

The game shown in the ad that led us to download this game is not this game. The game shown in the deceptive ad is another game you have to buy or get separately. Pure counterfeiters.
Its an ok game to play but the ads after ads after ads. You okay a round then boom an ad plays. Need to use an ad to get coins great but sometimes the ad to get coins doesnt work but then if you lose the round then an ad plays but it wont play when you need to get the coins. Makes no sense. Toooooo many ads.

The advertisement made it look like another version of Tetris. You know, like when the blocks fall at a certain speed and you have to line it up before it touches down. Well, its not like that at all. You get 3 random blocks at the bottom that you line up at your own leisure with an option to put one to the side if you cant/dont want to use it right away. Like we said, definitely not as advertised, but still not a bad game.
Why isnt the game designed to flip the pieces around.
When we click to play a level of the event it kicks us out of the whole app. Before the newest update, it didnt do this. Please fix.
