Its cheap and easy to get into. We recommend doing the stories before buying any decks, but you dont really need to, because they give you enough points for the battle pass.
The creators thought of everything!!! We never have issues there is one tiny thing though we cant obtain ash blossom & joyous spring no matter what but that doesnt matter. Every other thing makes up for it.
The recent banlist was great. In terms of balance and overall fun. Now all thats left is for Pendulum to get some love. Pendulum has a lot of untapped potential, both in gameplay and in the broader media. Just like how Mitsurugi introduced a new legit Ritual Summon theme, we hope Pendulum receives improvements as well.

Playing Yugioh is our favorite game of all time and this app helps make it possible. However, when Im dueling other users, its difficult. They keep taking too long with their turns and use cards that make it impossible for us to play. Can you add in-game character duelists from the shows so we can duel our own way? We like the solo mode, but we hate the scenarios.
Can you add on the ability to play with backbone controller.
The game is awesome, the data recovery part is complicating tho, we had all our stuff and we assumed it woulda been easy as too re-install the game and it remembering you and giving you an option too regain your data but you have to manually go to data transfer and it gives you an option of have your data transfer from Game Center and Komi id so we click Game Center because as soon as we open the game we got a icon notification of it saying welcome back player name so we were like oh so it does remember but when we click on Game Center transfer it tells us we have too be signed in to the account we created the save so we go to Komi and we guess maybe we didnt make one or cant remember, we go too Yt on how to regain your data nothing really helped so in short we gave up and deleted the game cuz we are not starting from scratch again, game is awesome tho but due to our incompetence we screwed ourselves T_T if your looking for a fun deck thats good Ill tell you try The Dark Lord/despia combo deck and the scareclaw deck there simple straight forward, intermediate to learn, but power house decks one is full on destruction and the other is defensive destruction but both have one main card you want out and itll slaughter everything, swordsoul is also a fun great deck but a little more complicated, youll be fine tho have fun guys for us Im gonna miss The Dark LordT_T was our favorite.
We love this game and the card game so it lets us get better with both games.
We genuinely have fun playing this game Ive been playing for about 2 years now.
We need more structure decks. Maybe a stardust deck, and an ultimate crystal deck, or a paradox structure deck. Just some ideas.
This game has its fun moments and its not so fun moments. We will say this out of all the things in this game that piss us off, that FACT we cannot do our dailies quests in casual as a new player, we are forced to play ranked to get gems is stupid. This type of mechanic is gonna deter any new players as well as players who dont have it in them to sit there and play a game for 2/3 weeks just to get enough for a new deck and you dont know if that deck will work or not cause everything you see online is fake other then these annoying op deck everyone uses. Next is the amount of time people can take on their turns. We swear to God we can sit there for about 15 minutes and wait for somebody to finish their turn. There has been times where Ive even fallen asleep. This game needs to have a time limit on so that we dont have to sit there and wait for these people to get unbreakable boards that theres no point in playing against. Everybody in this game is uncreative and unimaginative. Everyones playing some sort of meta deck that has so many broken cards that if you go first, you automatically win the game, especially if theres no ash in your deck. And sometimes even if you do, it doesnt matter because they have another card they can just summon and go through their end board Im at least 20 levels into this game and we can say Im genuinely tired of it. Deck is the same and no one plays different. We can only say there is been a handful of times. We played a game and Im like dang that was an interesting deck. So if you find this review, please save yourself some time and some potential money for wanting to do good in this game and dont install it. Huge waste of time, especially if youre waiting to do nothing in the hopes that you can.
Very fun game. Plays just like the traditional card game. Our only issue is the price. Getting cards is almost as expensive as buying them and actually owning them. Ive spent over $100 USD and still dont have a complete deck.
Every time we play this game, we do the standard dual, and people are going OVER their time limit. Some cards are overrated to, like Ash Blossom or Max. CC. We think the Infinite Inferance should be limited. Some cards are just rigged, and then some cards that are related make things rigged to. Now Im only speaking for ourselves, but we think a lot of people would agree with us. Now here are some things- Ash Blossom- Overrated, used in every deck basically. Max CC- Overrated, used in every deck as well. Infinite Inferance- Should be limited.
We cannot in good conscience give this game five stars, though we wish we could. Yugioh is one of the many franchises where you can rightfully say that no one hates it more than the fans. Every few months a new meta deck comes out and suddenly every ranked match feels like a diddy party. Not to mention the abysmal deck editor that makes deck crafting slower than turbo before steroids. This has been sped up with a plethora of new features, but from a non yugioh players eyes, its nearly impossible to grasp. We dont think itll ever live up to five stars, but the fun Ive had with it is most certainly a five star rating.
The only thing we dislike is how hard it is to grind for gems.

Its crazy that oponentes summon up to 4 strong monsters with more than 4000 attack in on turn its fun but overpowered.
Turns take entirely to long and the timer needs to be reduced. Having to wait 6 minutes per turn is to long.
We want to pay real life money for certain cards that we want to make it more enjoyable and better to play faster instead of having to grind so much for the cards.
This game is nothing but a stressful, boring slop of a TCG. All our friends left because of this meta nonsense and having only one format made the decision easier. This app will be permanently deleted like all our group members who are tired of this game and its lame format.
Great game but you will randomly lose connection.
We think the solo leveling and deck building is pretty okay for a freemium game, our main gripe is it doesnt acknowledge the nuisance of the games many formats. We get it they prioritize the new formats but we would love to play GOAT format, hoping this is improved when they add genesys format support.
This app has potential to be great. We love the graphics, game design, and mechanics. Im an old school player who recently started playing again. We tried to adapt to the new playing style, but its really hard to acquire the cards you need; and your favorite deck from 2010 isnt gonna cut it anymore. We wish there was an option to play older formats.
They should add all Yugioh duelist with their respective decks that we can duel against. They should also have 1 or 2 alternate decks as well when playing solo.
Obviously, you downloaded this game because youre a Yu-Gi-Oh fan. Nearly every card is here, and deck building is genuinely solid. That said, the actual gameplay experience is borderline unbearable. GOOD LORD, 99% of players take an absurd amount of time. Half the matches involve waiting 10 minutes or more just for your turn to even start again, all because someone needs to overthink every single possible line of play. What should be a fun, fast duel turns into a painful exercise in patience while Timmy triple checks his spreadsheet combo. Im an old school player, and this game desperately needs a separate mode or matchmaking option for people who dont want to play this modern, solitaire style Yu-Gi-Oh. Shorter turn timers, legacy formats, or speed duels should not be optional extras theyre necessary. As it stands, the pacing alone ruins what could otherwise be a great experience.
We don't hate it, but Blue eyes is nerfed.
Im really enjoying this game. We love that the creators are giving us multiple ways of getting gems and cards. This game is also a really great way to learn how to play. We just hope they add the alternative version of some cards to be generated soon. We would like to see every card that is in the game to be generated.
First of we switched over to master duel because they allowed more freedom with deck building. They also have more variety and versatility in gameplay. Why would you ever wait to be stage 7 in duel links when you could just craft cards from the start.
The game should have more visual updates more closer visuals for the monster card similar to duel links.

When we were younger we hated the game but now we love it but there a problem. Like the raid raptor deck it is so OP people use it to often and we cant even get a turn and we lose instantly plz nerf the raid raptor deck it is to good.
Game is terrible constantly limiting and semi limiting cards to keep the cash grab going. Doesnt allow for diversity in the game. Kashtira running rampant uninstalled these people dont know how to run a game.

This is a great game, but sometimes we get hacked or something will happen and ill automatically loose the fight. We just lost a fight that we litterally just entered, without even making a move, and we were first. Please fix this bug.

We love the game Ive made maliss, ryzeal, goblin biker, memento, mimighoul and azamina white forest while being completely f2p, the biggest issue we have is its hard to get into, you really have to dump a few days until it makes sense but after that its fun comboing figuring out where to hand trap and playing through boards. Also ban maxx c :].
Honestly, this game has got us back into the TCG and we couldnt thank it enough.

Super fun! We wish there was a separate app or mode for classic fans like with battle city rules or something. We downloaded this app after seeing a clip of the old anime on social media then watching a few episodes. We were really surprised by how the game has evolved and to be honest we're not a fan of it at all. Every turn is 8-10 mins long we actually used the restroom and someone was still banishing cards and re- summoning them. We feel like there's too many ways for your opponent to set up control of the whole field in one round. That isn't a problem with the app though that's just the game. We've still been playing and enjoying as much as we can. We were able to get so many of the old cards and we haven't spent any money at all! You don't need to there's a way to get rid of cards you don't really want and search for your favs! Pros: -deck building is pretty much free if you put in a little time -we were always able to find a match Cons: -limited customization? We think customization options might be seasonal or something? Someone had a kuriboh avatar but it wasn't available when we checked -App kills your battery -matchmaking is inconsistent, we just started and we were battling people who clearly have played for a very very long time.
