This free app allows you to focus on learning poker basics in a no-pressure atmosphere distinct from other money driven apps. No manipulation. No distracting advertisements. Characters are basic but that results in early successes that draw you in and make you want to learn more. One of the best Ive played so far.

Ive been playing this game for years now. Its fun, but it could use a real multiplayer. Maybe it does work and nobody is there, but every time Ive gone into multiplayer we always just wait for other players. Our winnings are at 82 million. Our stats are 12% first place, 8% second place, snd 4% third place. Winning something 1/4 of games when Im playing tournaments with 36 players seems high. And the fact that the percentages are going in reverse of what Id expect (1st should probably happen less frequently than third), suggests the game is being a little too generous to us. But its free and fun, so five stars.
We seem to be in the money about 40% and taking first around 10%, regardless of player count. We will say, the game has some reckless ai players. So, as in real Holdem, conservative play is well advised.
Still the best after all these years and they brought it back.
One of the few games left that has not completely sold out to the Ad mafia.
Seems the best on www, dont have any players coming on just to make the clock wind down to zero every card. Then followed by a h h. Pretty weirdo. Their time s valuable. Anyway this platform is absent from the infected pusss heads.

Is a great game except that once every game the dealer pushes the pot to someone who did not win, super annoying. Especially win the actual winner was us! After having a flush ignored for a pair of sixes,we are deleting your app.
Offline play! No in app purchases! Great to play on a plane and Im glad its back!! Our only feedback is sometimes the computer will call our bets with absurd hands that they cant possibly win.
We are up to $191,812,867play nothing but Macau tournament and enjoy it. Going to see how high we can go.
Really love the app and play daily, only problem is we have won into the billions and it stops at 999,999,999 and we cant go forward any way to make that happen. Thanks.

Game is ok, is poker. Playing it on portrait is a nightmare, play it in landscape from the start. Game is fun and all but after winning 1st play in Macau the game is just not hub anymore, we need a bigger challenge.

Excellent graphics, lighting, using real people for players. Makes beginners feel at home in casino setting. Makes learning fun and easy. Have no desire to download any other app, even though this is the first poker app Ive ever used. It seems really top notch.

We just discovered Apples Texas Hold Em game a few weeks ago. The only poker we had ever played before was Caribbean Stud, and that was on cruise ships. We were very lucky for some odd reason – got four 9s two years in a rowAND the dealer qualified both timestalk about holding your breath! LOL!! Anyway, re: Apples cast of characters in the single player setting, what we want to know is whats up with a few of the female characters who are at the games regularly but play poker like someone forgot to tell them the object of the game or how to play??!! LOL. Oh well, good luck to all our fellow Texas Hold Em fanatics!! (we guess theres nothing like unpredictability to keep a poker player on her – or his – toes?).

Very competitive and fun we really enjoyed it did we really went $125.
No ads, realistic play, requires skill, patience and risk…it has it all, including the inevitable bad beats…just like real games.
This is one of the best poker game out there, especially in landscape mode. Easy to play without a lot of interruptions.
Ive played alot of card games on our computer, but have to say this is by far the best card game we have ever played we like to play speed poker and this game can be as quick as you want , because you are the dealer. You will love this game. Bob in Lakeland.

It was our intro to Holdem and even tho Ive still only gotten to Casablanca and lost all our money and am currently back at garage. 2 big things this game needs: An option for online multiplayer, not just local. Game is great because its paced well so you can actually follow whats going on the other multiplayer games are just too fast. You hardly know whats happening because it is just too rapid.

Switch the players to keep from being bored.
We have played this for over a year. We were up to 122 million at one point. The app glitched and we had to delete then reinstall. We went back to broke. We had to delete the app before and didnt lost our money . It has been fun. We dont know if we have the patience to build back from nothing. We have been playing only 100 grand buy in for a long time. This start over is a bummer.
We wish we knew how many players are on board with out waiting though.
