This game is anything you could want from a point and click adventure. The story is surprisingly deep. The puzzles are intuitive but challenging enough. The controls and interface couldnt be any simpler to use. The voice talent is awesome, especially with Elijah Wood and Jack Black. You are playing as one of two characters, and can switch at any time (for the most part) between them. Each has their own adventure going on, so it plays like 2 separate adventures that intersect.
We have been a fan of Tims work for years. This game just continues his great work. Excellent, unique puzzle mechanics make this a tremendous point and click adventure for those who grew up with the classics. Thanks Tim.
Time consuming and you can die in the game. Also realize that if u get stuck theres a lot of walk thru but since the game is on many platform and has different variation the puzzle will not be all the same answer. We loved it and our 11 and 7 years old both are addicted to it now.
Very fun, good story. Seems a little easy at first, but there are some puzzles that are tough. Not old-school tough, but enough to make an enjoyable ride and a worthwhile purchase.
Im a point and click game creator, and had only played Broken Age on PC. When we finally realized they ported to mobile, it blew our mind open. Besides the game being beautiful, amazing and fun to play, they nailed the transition to touch screen UI. Brilliant simplified controls that dont take away any feeling of full gameplay from the player.

We downloaded this game years ago & just recently went to find it again. We love this puzzle/search & find game. This one really stands out, it was really challenging and NOT boring. We hope if we look, this developer has more games like this because it is out of this world awesome.
We love this game so much. Ive seen it since 2015 but we were just now able to get it. Act 1 was super good and we were confused at some parts but we eventually made our way around it. Im still working on Act 2 so we wonder whats in store for it. We also do see one issue, the app icon is tilted in the wrong direction. We think thats about it though.

We love broken age! There are two characters to play, so if it gets difficult with one you can switch to the other.
Im not one to leave reviews ever but this game pulled us in with its whimsical art style and we stayed for the endearing voice acting, amazing world building, unique characters, fun puzzles that increase in difficulty as you play, and an absolutely WILD story line. We can usually guess the end to games and movies but this one had us going whaaaaaaaaaaaa..?? At every turn! This game is so much fun and you kinda feel like a genius after completing an area. They should honestly charge more because it was WELL worth the $5. Play this game.
Even though we havent played this game yet, we watched others and seemed super cool. We love the space one. But their one small problem, it not downloading for us. So thats why you need to fix it.

We were play Bella in shell mound and we deafeated mogchothra and Bella didnt wake up we dont know what to do.

This game was the best game we ever played whenever we were little like five years old we played it but we never go through any of the levels and we just replayed the whole thing yesterday and it made us feel like being a kid again and it was great as soon as we finish the game we searched up for any like second game or anything like that like a sequel but to our luck theres nothing as you probably know since you are the creator of the game by the communityOf this game really wants a second game so please.
This is one of our favorite mobile games Ive replayed multiple times over the span of a few years which is something we dont usually do.

Loved this game. Nice long gameplay and in interesting story. We do wish it were a bit more intuitive – some of the puzzles take some slightly boring searching to figure out, but we would play another game like it in a heartbeat.

We love the game sooo much. We keep it even though Ive beaten it multiple times just to replay it. We love the look and the storyline. Sometimes the area is hard to navigate but its honestly so beautiful and we loveeee it.
Broken age is such a fun game!! We love that you can switch back and forth between vella and shays stories! So much fun! We would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Alright, Ive played this before when we wasnt really about puzzles. But now we understand the things. We think Shay and Vella being two very different people who just want to do there own way of life is showing very strong character. The graphics are absolutely stunning! Cant wait for Broken Age 2 to come on mobile! Thanks devs.

We love this game when we played it on our iPad, and now Im here to ask that you please update it so we can play it on our new Mac. We feel like it could be a whole different experience. Im willing to pay for it again, but the Apple store wont let us until it gets updated. Please.
This game is just amazing. The way you play this game is just amazingly by and well thought. You can control what your character says and where they go. And in the end, it was worth it to buy. People may say they dont like how they have to play it so why are they here anyway. The story is just beautiful. And at the end of the game ( we havent finished yet we just watched the tutorials) the two characters paths finally intertwined and it is just an amazing storyline overall. We have never played a game that we loved so much, but now Broken Age is our all time favorite app. We love this game and it has a lot of unique characters and a awesome way of telling the story. This game is amazing so we suggest you get it.

We dont remember how much the game was when we bought it a couple of years ago. But we just re-downloaded it and it had all of our saved stuff and we started a new game and we must say this was the best 18 hours Ive spent on a game in our life.
We absolutely loved this game! The music, art style, and the humor is… Just the best! We especially love the art style, we swear this style needs to be used more, its gorgeous! And the story, we wont spoil it but it was beautiful… And the puzzles were difficult too. The characters were all fun and quirky. The gameplay can get kind of buggy, but hey, this game was probably meant for PC and/or console, the fact that its playable on a phone is just amazing! So, yeah, everyone needs to play this game right now.

When we walked into a teleporter Vella disappeared as if she could go through walls.
We LOVE the game but theirs a problem it take 9 days to load!!! We cant live like that plz fix the bug.
We usually never do reviews but this has been such an amazing experience and we loved every minute of it. Very challenging at times but everything about this was just magnificently done; the artwork, the plot, the storyline, everything was great..the only thing we wish was different was that we wish it was longer! Not that it was super short or anything, we got a good 6 hours or more of game play as an experienced adventure gamer, but we still wish it could have been much longer. There were two and a half parts. Next time make it 5.
Please, please, try this game! It was an incredible time for us when we played through with the beautiful graphics, the funny dialogue, the awesome puzzles and games…Im actually sad that we finished it and have been looking for a mobile game that even comes CLOSE to how amazing this game was. If any game deserves to be in the Apple Arcade, its this one and we hope that something like it comes along some day.

This is amazing! No matter how many times we replay, the story never gets old. We love to play this on road trips, just laying in our bed, or anytime! The style is so simple and beautiful. The ending is so amazing! The way it Segways into act 2 is so clever. The writing is amazing, it invests you into the charactors. You dont have to pay anything extra, its all there. Small thing that bugs us, the voice acting is kinda dull. In shays part its amazing, but in vellas, her voice is dull, and the beginning in sugar bunting is too. Other than that everything is amazing. We could go on and on, but that would take forever to write lol. If youre thinking of getting the game, do it. Just furnnvjrhrjidmc.
We were logging on to the game Sunday the 29th of September and we go to our save files and when we click our save profile it sends us to the very beginning of the game and we save and exit because we thought maybe we clicked a different button and it turns out it replaced our save file with a brand new one any way we could get it back please otherwise very good game overall Thanks.

This game sticks with you and Ive never loved a game more! The two different perspective and wildly creative scenes pull you into a different world- an immersive escape from the present and into a captivating dream. We were drawn to all the puzzles, characters and scenes. We wish there were more like it.
This game was so much fun. As a previous review mentioned, this story will stick with you. We love this style of game and Im constantly looking for others like this. There are a few l parts where we needed some online guidance on what to do next, but still one of our favorite downloads to date.

Ive loved all the Tim Schaefer games Ive played, and this is right up there with the best of them. This is definitely the best mobile game Ive ever played, and it isnt that close. It would be a bargain at $20.
We played this 4 years ago and we still remember the fun adventures. Im going to replay it from beginning to end again. Its enjoyable and we adore it. To this day we still enjoy the story.
