Juno: New Origins Complete Ed. is a Education/Simulation game from Jundroo, LLC, first launched in 18th September 2019.
It’s rated 4+ and currently has 1,171+ ratings on the App Store.

What Makes Juno: New Origins Complete Ed. Stand Out

Bring to life anything you can imagine from rockets and airplanes to cars and more. Automate them with a visual programming language. Explore 3D planets and download more from the community. Share your creations online. Complete contracts, conquer milestones, and unlock technology in the newly added Career Mode.

AEROSPACE SANDBOX
Juno: New Origins is a 3D aerospace sandbox where players can use customizable parts to construct and test rockets, planes, cars, or anything they can imagine in an environment with realistic physics across land, sea, air, and space.

CAREER MODE + TECH TREE
Take control of your own aerospace company and earn money and tech points as you progress through the game. Complete contracts to earn money, and discover a mixture of hand-crafted and procedural contracts that offer countless hours of new gameplay. Conquer milestones and explore landmarks to earn tech points and unlock new technology in the tech tree. Interactive tutorials are available to show how to build and operate rockets, cars, and airplanes.

RESIZE AND RESHAPE PARTS
Stretch and shape fuel tanks, wings, cargo bays, fairings, and nose cones with easy-to-use tools that help you create exactly what you want. Resize solar panels, landing gear, pistons, jet engines, etc to fit your needs. Paint your craft custom colors and tweak their reflectiveness, emissiveness, and texture styles.

DESIGN ROCKET AND JET ENGINES
Engines can be adjusted in a myriad of ways, such as changing the power cycle, combustion pressure, gimbal range, fuel type, and adjusting nozzle performance and visuals. You can customize an engine to be a power house for lift off, or to be a super optimized vacuum engine that maximizes Isp for interplanetary travel. The engine's performance affects its visuals in flight too as shown by the exhaust's expansion or contraction based on its interplay with the atmospheric pressure. Shock diamonds are pretty but they are a symptom of suboptimal engine performance! If you don't care about any of this, then you can just attach a pre-built engine and hit launch!

PROGRAM YOUR CRAFTS
Easily drag and drop code blocks to program your crafts to log telemetry, automate them, design your own MFD touch screens, etc. With Vizzy, a programming language designed specifically for Juno: New Origins, you can expand the capabilities of your crafts while learning programming, maths, physics, etc.

REALISTIC ORBIT SIMULATION
Orbits are realistically simulated and support time-warp so you don't have to wait several months to reach another planet. The Map View makes it easy to see your orbits and plan future burns, which you can use to set up future encounters with other planets or satellites.

DOWNLOAD CRAFTS, SANDBOXES, AND MORE
Download from a huge collection of user-uploaded crafts, sandboxes, and planets on SimpleRockets.com. Upload your own crafts and sandboxes and share them with the community. Rise through the ranks from a white level builder to a gold level builder and beyond.

Community Insight:

We recommend a think that like the astrounat inside the rocket can repair damage example airplane Dante in the left wing the astrounat can tre to fix it and also a earth repair option when you and on earth.

When we opened the game it was dark.

It has everything even though building is complicated but idc too perfect.

Whenever we make a planet texture, and planet studio it always pixelated.

We love the look of mars because we explore it it literally nice and one more thing please make simple planes free download plz.

This has been by far our favorite mobile game and is a great challenge. If we had any quarrels with this game, we would like to see the coordinates of the center of mass and lift. This would make helicopters possible and slight adjustments easier. Another thing would be to be able to subtract simple objects such as fuel tanks or struts from each other. Great game, lots of fun.

We hundred percent agree with plasmicfox add more parts, etc. Make a mining atmosphere. We need it. Itll expand the capabilities of making stuff in the game or make a thing that anchors you to the ground.2 make it so planets have realistic weather like one spot could be super windy with maybe a tornado depending on the weather and other spot could be warm and sunny. This would make it so you have to time out your launches with the weather. But make this in a separate game mode. So people that want to experience it can, but its not going to interfere with every day-to-day. Usage. Two make it soon as you launch rockets, the atmosphere can be impacted by it and make colonization of other planets possible again in that same game mood as last we mentioned.

We love this game its THE BEST but we have one complaint. Please make it so we can get mods on ipad thats the only problem just please do it. Jundroo we think you will do it.

This game is just like sfs but 3D and more planets and more stuff. Numbers 1 in cool space or rocket games. Im still getting used to with the controllers. Its better than we payed.

Im genuinely still surprised how well this runs on mobile. Even with maxed out graphics settings, we get little to no lag. As for the rest of the game, theres no limit to what you can make and do. Ive even built HOUSES(they usually end up strapped to some unholy rocket though)! Overall, great game.

AWESOME who cares about the one stares they just make it 6 stars if you think enough! 6 stars outta 5.

We love the game 1 it has a great community 2the gameplay is great worth it.

We dont ever write reviews for anything, but this definitely deserves it. There arent words that can describe the beauty of this phone game but Im incredibly grateful to the developers for making it.

The game is cool with all the physics and crashes. But the only problem is that they cant do time warp when the engines are active.

The worst tutorial ive ever experienced. If you can teach yourself how to use it, its kinda fun.

Parts need updating and building expansion.

THIS game needs fixes many bugs the physics makes no sence and the game crashes all the time whats the point of that and THERES no heat in the game fix now or its staying at a 2 star.

We love this game, and it rivals what ksp 2 wanted to be. We just wanted to ask about some features that could be nice: 1) could you make a tab in settings that lets you change what your map setting is, and then implement a calculated navigate to system like in sfs? 2) could you add more parts like drills, isrus, atmosphere collectors, gas/ore tanks, and more cockpit types (ie private jet kinda one, airbus kinda one, rover adapted ones, etc.)? 3) could you add mining and atmosphere harvesting so you can convert atmosphere to things like xenon, methalox, hydrolox, kerolox, water, and liquid hydrogen, and convert ore to solid fuel, monopropellant, and jet fuel? (You can only ours ore on rocky surfaces planets, otherwise if its ice you get water, a gas giant you get nothing, and atmosphere harvesters can only be used on planets with atmospheres.).

We LOVE the game, but we think it needs a leeeettle more, like we think there should be a detachable rope where you can lower the craft down and then detach it, like the NASA curiosity rover, (props to nasa tho great rover) and there should be heating systems like in real life like a polonium chamber thingy that heats the craft or something to keep the crew capsules, modules etc. Cool. And a new radar dish that you can instantly place instead of using fairings. We also think that you should add a few more solar systems and solar sails and even interstellar bases! We also think there should be weapons and space lasers and maybe multiplayer! There should also be more than just spacesuits and there should be MORE clothes like scientist, regular space clothes, and robots! You should be able to see INSIDE the capsules, crew compartments, etc. We need retractable antennas too! Pistons do NOT work well! Pls pls pls add more engine variety that does NOT overexpand at low altitudes! Like another nuclear engine that fits the previous criteria! But Great work jundroo.

We have been playing this game for 3 years now, we have learned so much about orbital mechanics and engineering from it and its players. The amount of realism that you get from it is amazing. We hope this game will get better in the future than it already is.

90% of a quality desktop sim, a bona-fide rival to KSP, in some ways actually better (programming framework), on your iPad. What more could you possibly ask for? This is the prototypical 5-star app.

Overall awesome basically ksp mobile but could use some work on the re-entry effects cause right now it doesnt look great.

We love this game and would definitely recommend to anybody who loves creativity and engineering. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because we cant sync the game between our iPhone and iPad. Devs please hear us out and add cloud support so we can sync this game across devices. When you do we will edit this review and make it 5 stars because we love rocket simulators. Im really impressed that you could run this on iOS and we think this is just as good as ksp and even better cause you can play it on mobile. THANKS DEVS FOR THIS WONDERFUL GAME.

Im tired of this bugged rover mission, both for Luna and Brigo. We land the rover perfectly fine on the moon, no damages or anything, but when we get to the sample site, it still says Im 900 meters away and Im right on top of it. Also, once you retry/undo the mission, the rover payload disappears and we have to unaccept the mission and re accept it, costing us millions each time.

Deifnetly worth the money, and the fact that the free edition is that good and close to the premium is amazing.

We want you guys to add volumetric clouds that you could fly through and not appear when you are very high up please PLEASE add this it would make the game super realistic.

This game truly lets you do it all! Much like its Predecessor SimplePlanes, SR2 is an incredibly fun gaming experience that lets you put your designs, piloting skills, and creativity to the ultimate test. The in depth renderings of orbital trajectories is quite complex but still relatively straightforward to learn. The full atmospheric and aquatic models and force-based damage systems are stellar. This game is absolutely perfect for anyone who wants to dabble in aerospace/mechanical engineering without having a crazy computer, degree in aerospace, or too much patience, but still allows you to increase the complexity of your experience exponentially. That said, this game has some notable drawbacks compared not only to the PC version, but also to its predecessor game, SimplePlanes. Firstly, performance. Its not really their fault, this is a hardware limitation. The physics simulation stops at 10km away from your aircraft maximum, usually less if you turn it down to save RAM and processor power. The graphics can look great but at the cost of framerate (we play on an iPhone 13). Further, selecting targets and relying on automated machines beyond your render distance is extremely hit or miss. The game also lacks destructive abilities (think bombs and guns, especially their guided counterparts) and a lot of parts that should be in the game ported from SP (like helicopter rotors and tail rotors) are not available and have to be made manually. While its nice you can do this, the systems are often extremely unreliable, prone to glitches, and don't work as intended due to how the physics simulation is accelerated and decelerated. We yield that SimplePlanes by comparison has very simplistic modeling of these systems, but at least the destruction sandbox and themes are consistent throughout. We suggested that they try to improve upon these systems and port them to JNO/SR2. The response? Make it yourself. You can make missiles in this game manually, Which is true yes. But the missiles have to rely on you learning the in game programming language, which there is no tutorial for using and is a little bit jarring to get used to, and even then theyre limited to 10 km, if the game decides to let them work without them flipping out and exploding. As for implementing weapons, this is a Spaceflight sandbox game, weapons dont fit, if you want weapons, you can use fuel tanks that self destruct as bombs. Isnt that kind of a weird narrative when they have a fighter jet, apc, and military hauler prop as stock vehicles in the game and an entire military base with a general to run it? Im not sure why they changed their minds here, missiles and guns on such a long range battlefield, especially against AI across the horizon, would honestly be some of the best jet combat on the entire mobile gaming space. Missed opportunity and Im bummed they refuse to even consider it. There is also no way to target crafts at long range unless you open a map menu that covers the entire screen, which in flight can be problematic when youre trying to see. Navigating this map on a planet can be extremely clunky. Trying to click a craft and missing tends to make the map pan to the planet instead, costing extra time and throwing you out of your pacing. You could use the search bar, but this has its own input delay. It kind of breaks the immersion and this could quite easily be solved with some sort of radar or radar homing part, or an emulation of the base concepts. The earth map is also incredibly bare, there is one village tucked away in the middle of nowhere, one space center, one military base, and a ton of random shuttle stations, all spread out across a giant globe with not even a city, town, or even a road between them. In fact, the only real road in this entire game is a 3 meter long stretch at the gate of the military base that ends abruptly. They could have added even one small town with an airport or dock along the coastline to help give places do stuff. If you look for things to do on the earth/droo planet, youre kind of out of luck. Besides these relatively minor gripes, the game is extremely solid. We would give it a 5/5, but we feel like this game is missing a few things that would really push it to its potential. Hopefully with SP2 they continue to improve experience and address these issues, but we guess well see. Im rating this a 3/5 in the hopes that the developers see this and try to address our concerns. Well see what happens. Overall? 7/10 Probably our favorite game on iOS, right there with SimplePlanes. Hopefully this was helpful. Enjoy your day.

Things thats we feel like would make the game more realistic on mobile, since we do not have mods would be Contrails to wings when an aircraft reaches a certain speed, possibly a sonic boom, weapons, a campaign and or challenge where you build An craft to fight aliens or enemy pilots. Ladders to help your little astronauts climb into a large craft, cargo door options like the C-130 to build space planes and load a rover in the back, (Not really needed) weapons, buoyancy tanks to make submarines go up and down. A gyro you can place anywhere in the aircraft. Have rocket engines/jet engines produce thicker smoke cloud. And the most important thing a JUNDROO FLAG So we can put it on all the moons.Thats it lol thank you for reading our suggestions.

Best simulation rocket app in sandbox mode !!! Only gripe is, it needs a manual control to deploy parachutes. Works great for earth landings. Havent found any parameters to make them deploy for Mars.

On mobile you literally just cant delete or its just to hard to find, it doesnt even tell ya.

The sound hasnt worked since the day after we downloaded it. Ive since beat the career. We suggest a Wetpaper towel as a heat sink for those long orbitals. Wipe, then blow dry, repeat and enjoy extra battery.

The game is overall good but the planet studio is extremely limited.

Excelente.

Ive been playing this game for at least 1 year and we love it this is one of the best games Ive played on mobile its fun to play and the graphics are amazing its like your not even playing on mobile realistic graphics plus rocket ships is really amazing we love messing around with rockets, planes, and cars and boats this is just a really amazing experience we recommend playing this game its good when your bored or just want to play a solid game experience Great job for creating a masterpiece.

If youve played SFS, then Juno is a step up. Adding a third dimension is challenging, but doable with practice. Plus you can make airplanes and we havent touched SFS in months. There needs to be more tutorials, like how to land a plane and the building controls can be confusing at first. If youre willing to practice, then youll get the ideas. Ive never played KSP, but this game is the closest you can get to a mobile version. Through the Droods lack personality.

We love this game but we have trouble making space shuttles because theres no space shutle command pod and plus this game is like Ksp there is a lot of comand pods in ksp but here its lacking more command pods add a space shuttle command pod and add other ones if you whant to.

  1. We dont just want to well DOWNLOAD RANDOM PEICES OF FREE MODEL LIKE ROCKETS. We wish you guys in the Jundroo team add new things that make it easier to build like the space shuttle things. 2. The games graphics is greater and better than Simpleplanes but we wish there was a internal view like in KSP1-2. Also if you guys add our feedbacks, this game would be a better rival than ksp by being cheaper and better.

Very good game love it theres so much to do and lots of stuff to play with from rockets to full auto aiming missile to explode stuff speaking of that the physics in the game are 10/10 and its so cool and you can make like anything in this game and the best part is that you dont need Wi-Fi to play we know it cost money but we see why its because this is the best game ever you need to try this game you will see why its so good.

The fact that they took the time to give us a game like this on mobile is a blessing. Thank you for everything.

WE ARE STILL STUCK IN 1.11 WHAT HAPPENED? DID YALL FORGET ABOUT US.

We like this game but theres a few problems, 1 when Im facing the heat shield at the right direction, we when Im halfway through the atmosphere, we blow up! We hope you fixed this. Other than that this is a good game.

Our career contracts now completely consist of boating challenges but even in sandbox with buoyancy maxed out everything sinks or cant exceed 5 m/s without exploding.

This game is great the graphics of the engines and the planets form space are amazing but the textures on parts (aside from engines) arent the best and crew cabins and space compartments dont look like what they are. There is also another where a maneuver doesnt say how lon fit will take or when to start. This game is still amazing but we think these small improvements will make a perfect game.

We love this game yeah sure the building could be a bit weird sometimes and the controls are a bit confusing but once you get used to them its not so bad Im a kerbel space program super fan and basically having that on our phone is awesome.

Great game just add some guns and bombs ,also add online mode and more engines.

We have been playing this game for over a year now and we love it. We still have suggestions like giving the player money to launch their rocket when they first experience carrer mode.

As a simple rocket 1 player, JNO was pretty amazing, not only because of its improved physics engine but also the beautiful scenes and the mobile friendly designing.

The game is great, but every time we try to launch a rocket, event if the rocket only has a few parts, it crashes. It just stays in the loading screen, and then kicks us back to the home screen. Please fix the issue, and then it will easily be the best rocket simulator we have ever played.

Please add back the cheats and naming for the astronauts.

The original game was great!! The last update screwed up,a couple things. But this revamped game is terrible.
