Topple! is a Entertainment/Word/Board game from Sean O'Connor, first launched in 24th June 2010.

What Makes Topple! Stand Out
The letters of a well known quotation have fallen down and been randomly scrambled. It's your task to solve the puzzle by dragging them back up vertically to their correct positions to figure out what that quotation is. It's obvious when there is only a single letter in a column as there's only one place it can go back up to, but the more letters in a stack the harder you'll have to think as to which letter goes where!
It's fun and addictive and each game takes just a few minutes to play. There are 288 puzzles, and even more extra ones to buy as in-app purchases.

Artificial Intelligence cant solve these puzzles. Some we got right away. Some we had to pause and come back to. Eventually we came across one that stumped us. So we sent it to ChatGPT. It thought about it for 5 minutes and gave up. So we tried Grok. Nope. It couldnt solve it either. The human brain is still an amazing thing.
We enjoyed this so much, where is the next wonderful set of quotes.
Its a great puzzle game but best of all the game isnt collecting any data from your phone. There should be a category in the App Store for apps that dont collect any information.
Ive only played this game for three days. We find it to be challenging but without the pressure of a time limit. Once you get into a rhythm of developing a technique in finding the correct answers, the game goes quick. A great game for those that like word puzzles.
We absolutely love this app and it has definitely helped us with stress many times over! Our only complaint is that Ive played all of the puzzles too many times. We would gladly pay for additional puzzle pack/s (for iPhone/iPad)! THANK YOU SO MUCH.
But you only get so many before you have to pay $10 for all of the rest. Thats way too much.
Please add some Spanish puzzles.
Still a favorite and Ive had it for many years. Always loved we could play this with no data connection. So glad its still being updated as many old apps we have are not.
For a $2 game, you barely get any puzzles, considering how much in-game purchasable content there is. Half of the Quips puzzles are quotes by one person! Its so lazy! The two pages of Quips are basically the same 4 people over and over! This is ridiculous, there are hundreds of thousands of diverse and notable quotes throughout history and they used the same handful of people for every puzzle. Its a fun app but some of the puzzles are so incredibly lazy it takes the fun out of the game. Diversifying should not be such a novel concept, but we guess you get what you pay for with this app.
Our husband and we LOVE this game. We play when we go on cruises. We have been on 19 cruises and need new material. Please, Sean. Write new quotes. There are so many that you should be able to add a lot of pages. Thank you, The Podgorsek Couple.
Ive had Topple since it first came out, and its still one of our favorite apps. When we complete the many packs we have, we delete and reinstall it and start all over again. Good brain sharpener whenever we have a few minutes to fill.
The free app worked fine, but this one doesnt. Im using on an Ipad Air 2. The last letter of the top row wont go up to its spot. Disappointed because we just waisted money.
We love this game! But, we need more puzzles! This is our clear our mind before going to bed game. What will we do now.
Love the game, but the sound effects keep cutting out on our iPad Air. We have to reboot in order to get them back, but that only helps for awhile.
We enjoy this game, but was quite disappointed that it no longer restores a puzzle in progress. Before the update, we could replay old puzzles without finishing them and upon re-opening the app, our unfinished puzzle would display. It is discouraging to finish half of a puzzle, then lose it all when exiting the app.
We love the game but keep losing sound. Have to cut device off and reboot.
On the latest version, the screen is shifted to the lower right corner and is compressed. You cannot see half of the board and cannot use it when in the horizontal view. The normal vertical view looks and works like it always has.
This game is fun to play and relaxing at the same time. Great for long drives or flights to pass the time.
It's just the right amount of challenge.
We thoroughly enjoyed this game. Some small glitches here and there but definitely worth getting.
We bought this game a while ago and we have bought all the games groups available and completed them all. We would like it if we had some way of clearing out the checks in the groups so that we can replay all the puzzles in the group and not have to keep telling it that we want to 'Play again' for each one. New groups of new puzzles would be nice also.
Love Topple. Please put more puzzles out. We're totally hooked and love the challenge.
Love this game! The puzzles are addictive! The cost, however is not. If one purchases all puzzles the cost is nearly $30.00 for the full game! However, for a buck at a time…cheap entertainment.
…a handful if the puzzles have an error (wrong letter provided) that make it impossible to complete.
Really fun game!!! However, would like a hint tab somehow.
This is our latest app addiction. It's challenging, but not so challenging that it's frustrating. The additional pages of puzzles are way too pricy though. We will not purchase those unless they get bundled. Wish there was a hint button. Otherwise highly recommended if you like word puzzles.
Why do the letters drop down. We move them all back up. Easier to use.
This is a good relaxing game and worth the money for the app. For that we give them 4 stars. We paid $2 for the app and 6 pages of word puzzles, or 288 puzzles total. Now they want to charge half the original price for 1/6 of the quantity! $1 for each additional puzzle page of only 48 word puzzles, not happening! We would recommend the game. We would NOT recommend buying any of the in app pages unless it includes a bundle of pages. We would pay more if we could create our own puzzles with quotes that we want to add.
You have to pay for each category. That adds up quick. We downloaded it for free and enjoyed playing the free categories. We will not pay for each additional category though. If you lump it into one lower price then we would consider purchasing it.
Challenging puzzles if you like word games.
A fun and sometimes challenging word game BUT $1 for each of twenty additional game packs is an unreasonably high price to pay compared to other similar game apps. All the extras should cost no more than $2.99.
Not a real east puzzle unless you are an Einstein. This game would be much more helpful if there were access to hints.
NO HINTS..NO ANSWERS…or are they going to be an in-app purchase??? Give us a break!…for an app that demands precise letter placement, an irony that the developer spells the name as "Ghandi".
What's the answer to puzzle 41, 47, & 48? We've been trying to solve this for the longest time.
New update fixed the problem. It is working and is so much fun.
We really enjoy this game. It's all of "Wheel of Fortune" without the cheesy, campy drivel. The "but…" part of our comments is born of our frustration in that they offer no "single letter hint" option if you get stuck on a puzzle. What gives, guys? Give us a hint option instead of just having to surrender. An added touch would be the ability to shuffle the fallen letters, much like you can shuffle the tiles on a Scrabble game. The first is a must for a five-star rating… The secondary idea would just be icing on the cake.
We love this game! It makes you think in different ways and the sayings are a treasure too. Buying extra puzzles is way too expensive. Please bundle 3-5 sets together for the $1.
We don't mind apps that have SOME additional costs for extra chapters… But this game is over the edge we. Charging for every additional page. They really ought to group the additional pages – say, charge .99 for 10 additional pages instead of just one. There are a lot of people that would pay an additional few dollars this way, but won't pay .99 separately – DO THE MATH DEVELOPERS.
We just updated it and it is still broken. Half the tiles won't move. It needs to be fixed.

Love the game but can't move tiles after update.
This is fun to do, you get many games with the first installation. But after that, each additional game board is $1.00, which seams cheap enough, but can add up quickly. We would buy more if they offered many more game pages with the purchase, but a buck a page….too much.

Game was really fun, but now the tiles are frozen. Not fun anymore.
Was fun now it's just stupid. The tiles are frozen and won't move. What's the point of trying to play when half the tiles won't move.
FROZEN tiles still and can't play…but the sad part is they know and yet nothing is done about it. Reported the problem over month ago. Not good, not good at all. :(.
Loved this game till we got to the Presidents game. Quickly discovered that most the quotes of Reagan were quotes made to belittle him. Tired of the left wing BS.
Bought it. Was loving it. Then the tiles froze. Reported it. Nothing has happened. Can anything be done.
