Been playing this game for many yrs.
At times it can be frustrating. If you miss one da, you go back to the beginning except you get to keep your points. We had been playing over 1,200 days and misplaced our phone. We think responses from the company are very slow and often there is no response. Still, we like the game.
We downloaded this because we have it on our MacBook and we love it. If they would take the best of both it would be great. About the only similarities is the name and the little Irish host. Not even the same games. On the iPad you can watch a video and up the boost. Not an option on the MacBook which has much better graphics and a better format. We rarely play on the iPad. Now the iPhone is similar in graphics to the iPas, but no video options and with the non-removable ad at the bottom, its almost impossible to spin without opening the ad. We really like the MacBook version best and quite frankly, we havent found anything better for any device. So Slots of luck trying to find something else as good. Let us know if you do.
If you dont buy credits from them there is no jackpot. Just a typical gambling game that is a waste of time.
Needs better reaction in customer service. There is no response to inquiries at all any more.
The support for this game is really poor, like non existent. Played this game for a FULL YEAR and am still waiting for credit for doing it also won the progressive jackpot and have the same situation. And SUPPORT refuses to answer emails sent to them.
This app worked great until they started google ads now its locked up! Please take ads off.
In all the years we have been playing this game we have had, at first, great CS. In the past few years they have been petty, horrible and mean spirited. Original of this game gives added credit bonuses for days played in a row. They missed giving us ours so we asked them to fix it. We made mistakes too, but always admitted them. Now they are not sending us credits at all! Have blocked our emails and so much more. We wouldnt recommend this, once our all time fave game, to our worst enemy. Sad that they have decided to be so petty.
2 – 12 – 2019 For 28 days Ive tried to get them to reset our game to show the correct number of consecutive days played. Now our emails are being returned as undeliverable! Im very upset because no one will even answer us! 9-12-17 WELL! We're at 950(?) consecutive days & waiting for TOMORROW! It's still THE BEST SLOTS GAME! EVER This is absolutely THE BEST SLOTS GAME!! So if you want a game that does not add to a stressful day this one might be what you are looking for. Two improvements IMO would be; more game choices and we don't like the way you need to buy each level up.
Played for over 4 years then all of a sudden they changed our status so Im back to day 1! And they do not respond to support email. This game used to be fun with lots of extra ways to get points but it has definitely gone downhill.
This is a good game. It is very addictive but at same time good time pass. It can be make interesting by changing bonuses and by adding more bonuses. Players are jumping from level after level but without any define goal. We would like to see more changes to the game. Next time Gabu we didnt see any changes in this game .
