Great game with amazing gameplay but crashes from time to time and that can get frustrating we wouldve given it a five star if it hadnt crashed so many times but after all its still a free game to play.
The new update has level 90 players back to getting beginner level chest even for legendary missions. It has become pointless to play.
Ive played both the first and this one and couldnt see our self through the whole campaign the first is way better and gives more room to win in multiple ways.
We love this game. We truly hate ads though. We will play this game for a long time. Until we have to start paying. Very interesting game. Top game for Tower Defense.
They need better server maintenance. 2-4 times a week, u cant even login fir hours. And little lack of contents. It does not matter how you upgrade the number of towers you can build, 20 rounds limit are not enough to enjoy number and upgrades of 8 towers on your selection. We suggest they can make a contents like a Unlimited Rounds PvP. Rounds keeps going on until you fail to complete.
The experience that you earn and the next level requirements are well balanced.

Been playing for years of and on. But for 2 days running cannot not connecte.
We wish the store wasnt so expensive we love this game a lot and its kept us busy for a while its just the prices are a little crazy.
Now dont get us wrong, we have nothing against FAIR monetization, and am willing to spend, but $240 a year is an absurd amount to pay to get the most out of a mobile game. 1. The premium pass is $20 a month, which is absurdly high for a mobile game. 2. If you dont have premium, then you must play the game at half-speed (relatively) and 3. You also get half the rewards. So not only are you playing a slower game, you are also getting less for your achievements. Why both? Why double dip like this? Why not pick one or the other? It just makes no sense to punish non-subscribers so severely especially since the game still has micro transactions that your free players can still spend money on. But why spend money when they dont get to fully utilize their purchase without a $240 annual subscription? It just stings because, despite the bloated, gacha nature of the game, it is one of the best tower defense games on mobile, certainly one of the only with complex mazing strategies. We have 36/39 achievements earned so its obviously fun, we just cannot see ourselves playing this long term, or even spending any money on it whatsoever, if we cannot get the full satisfaction and enjoyment out of our purchases without a $240 annual subscription.
Left this game for a few years. Returned. $240 per year? We respect reasonable charges, but no game should be so arrogant as to charge this.
Its like other tower defense games that Ive played, but with more detailed graphics. Its difficult to get the more advanced buildings and weaponry because the greedy company makes it hard to acquire them. Apparently, youre only allowed to watch 10 videos to get 10 free shards a day. This includes the towers/weaponry, spells, and heroes. You only get one shard of video and a lot of the good ones are 100 shards. As far as the stars, which you can also use to really help in the game, you can watch a video, but only for one star Incredibly greedy. On top of it, the game gets really slow to where you cant really do anything because fights on the map just dont show up unless you use up stars which arent very easy to come by. All in all, couldve been a great game, but yet again, greedy companies like this one, love to overdo it.
We actually like this game, however we did not paid for the game through Apple, we watch 2-3 ads almost every 5 minutes, so we paid by watching ads fed to us. Now, we attempted to report this server issue via the Report An Issue link in the Apple Store. Im redirected to Nivals website and asked for our Apple ID. Then we get a message that we have not paid for the game so we are unable to report the sever issue to them. Great customer service.
Im level 59, and for some reason, the league mines stopped giving rewards. The mines just say waiting. No explanation. We tried resetting our iPad and deleting and reinstalling the app. It is a fun game we dont want to give up on. We will check back often. But if it isnt, there will be no point in continuing.

Opening the app just shows a black screen saying Connecting to server Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still just stuck loading.
The game is fun to play, and the community is fantastic. Unfortunately the company behind this game has no integrity. There is a free option, but if you want to make the game tolerable, its pay to play. Thats not uncommon among apps, but in this case if you do pay, the company will take your money and then deliver only a fraction of the promised product. Servers crash routinely and stay down for days with no refunds issued. Developers do not care about their members. Rumors of more dishonest practices abound.

Imagine you play a tiny pointless game on your phone that youd be slightly embarrassed to have your friends see you play And you spend ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a digital package lol. The companies that do this are a joke. To the devs: Too bad you didnt focus your energy on something that benefited anyone. Instead you went hard on making stupid games that prey on peoples addictions to give you $100 bucks for meaningless in game currency.
The advertisements that are displayed in the game after a months period of play are not appropriate for children. The ads get more and more inappropriate as time goes on. Showing inappropriate sexual content to download inappropriate sexual games is irresponsible of the developers and of Apple for allowing such advertisements to be displayed to children. In order to advance in the game the child must watch the adds to get shards to upgrade cards.
We wouldRecommend this game for a couple of reasons. First theres a lot to do so youre not bored the graphics are really cool so youre visually entertained and its pretty easy to enhance or upgrade your towers without spending money.And lastly its pretty challenging so it keeps you going.

The developers continually take away opportunities for older players to use resources theyve built up for years while the game was stagnant, instead of rewarding loyalty, they punish you for having too much even though you worked for YEARS to build things up.
We play this a lot while we wait for calls at work. Its fun, interface is great, and it provides a great challenge.
In our opinion, best tower defense game since Tower Madness 2. Would give 5 star but bugs have prevented us from playing at times. Although fixed the same day, the downtime kinda sucked. May change to 5 star later on because the game is that good! Thanks to the creators and the hard working team! Please dont let this game fade away.

In this latest update you can no longer swipe between towers and spells in the runes view. This is a huge pain. Now you have to click two or three times to go between viewing runes on each tower or spell. We also wish there was a way to see total runes even if they are applied to a tower or spell so you could know if you can upgrade runes by detaching them.
All it does is say update is available. Click the update button then it takes you to App Store. At App Store instead of update button it has an open button. Click open and it takes you back to the update button.
Give it a try. Youll not be disappointed.
Downloads our profile and gets stuck at synchronizing… Just sits there forever on 3 separate devices. Ive rebooted, reinstalled, deleted and reinstalled and nothing works. We hope we havent lost years of playing. But as of now we cant play at all.
Ive been playing this game for a month and this is game is the best TD game Ive ever played. Hope developer could improve, develope more. Need clan mode where people could talk to their friends.

They charge silver to play each round ..which u eventually sooner than later have to spend money and the graphics are horrible..THE FIRST DEFENDERS we WAS BETTER.
Ive been playing this game for years. We loved it. But the devs keep bumping prices for silly things to astronomical rates $20 a month to have a faster game speed. Seriously? We did do premium when it wasnt obnoxious. But this is just too much. Not even going to spend a tiny bit to get stars anymore till you all get your act together. In response to developer response , no the rewards have not Grown to the price youre requesting for your premium, we think you need to look long and hard at other games. Im not going to pay you more than a Netflix or other content delivery service , or even apples own arcade for fast forward. We hope you enjoy the less is more aspect of your subscriber base until youve driven away all the people willing to support you. Again no. Youre premiums is NOT work $20 a month for a tower defense game.
It is fun enough but after you play it to get a daily reward and it FINALLY gets to a day with a purple or orange reward it quite often very conveniently bombs off or skips past the card reveal resulting in NO reward. We hope this is just a bug but it makes us very suspicious that we rarely get the best dailies. This does not happen with normal or blue rewards. Hmmmmmm.
Loved the game for years. New MASSIVE changes in recent updates have destroyed the game and then they raised prices for premium by 350%. Insane to think that you can raise the price when you break a game. Edit. Dont bother complaining. Everyone gets the same canned responses. They assure us that theyve improved the game SO MUCH,that quadrupling the price is worth it. Well,people arent going to pay these insane prices for what basically amounts to speeding the game up. Oh,and they nicely say that they increased the treasure that we get in chests,without addressing the fact that we should have been getting this loot all along and that theyve been cheating us out of it.
You will get zero support. Tickets are a waste of time as they will not acknowledge them.
Long time player here. The game was amazing for a long time, then greed took over!!!!! Its understandable to have a small cost for great play but recently price went from $5 a month to $20 a month, which is a joke. Only a moron would pay $20 a month. Very Disappointed.
Very fun game and would give 4 stars but crashes or freezes way too often. Last update really increased the frequency and Im about to call it quits. We also cant believe the prices if in game purchases. Good thing we dont have to have everything right away because we rarely spend anything.
The 1st one was pretty good. Same towers from 1st game and The maps are of poor design. Can sometime get 1 to 5 stars from a completed map. Need 50 for epic chests and 100 for legendary chests. Each chest drops 5 cards, lucky to get 1 or 2 tower pieces each chest. Only basic towers can be farmed from game need chests for all higher tier towers. This is just a chopped up version of 1st game and added a ton of iap. It will take years of grinding.
Loved this game for a long time. However this latest release has a bug when viewing your ratings after the battle ends. It freezes, everything on the screen freezes and causes you to force quit the app. Issue #2 is with the new update to the rewards where you get more after a battle…. It now slows things down. If weve earned all cards in the chests why do we have to then tap 5x to reveal each card over & over again? Please change the speed of the chest / reward delivery. Its too many clicks (especially if weve earned everything). If there is a price for each reveal, then include an option to reveal/purchase all at once. This goes for the events too, overall chests need to be sped up and less taps.
Wait locks on everything. You cannot play this game when you want to, when you have time. We still play defenders 1 instead. Huge disappointment. No camera view. Cannot move it. Deleted.
We like it. Its actually fun and the devs have done a lot of improvements since the first game. We still think a lot of the economy is still unbalanced and Im left with the impression that it was done that way just so we would by the premium pass. Wished we could continue stacking xp by doing harder and harder rounds. Wish we had a steadier source of runes. But Im only level 46 and still grinding to get to the late game. Hopefully things get better at level 70.
If you get reach high leader board, you will be suspended by any foolish reason. If you pay money for this game, you will lose everything at once. Do you think we are kidding? It happened to us and they still dont unblock us from the game. We will try to solve this problem more aggresively.
There is no optimus prime. Cool game tho, great designs and art and stuff. Pretty addictive too, very nice, really helps to drown out the crushing existential crisis brought upon by our impersonal and disassociated culture of wage slavery.
And with the deactivation of daily video ads we cant even convert eyeball time to better gear.
Ive really enjoyed the game thus far. Nothing impossibly difficult, fair enough RNG for reward drops and the card(s) you get from chests, and the different towers provide a bunch of variability for gameplay.
Not a bad tower defense game. Lots of levels and tower builds to enjoy. Tons of towers and enough spells to enjoy, plus heroes too.
