We love the gameplay plus the storyline and the tasks plus the decorations options.but one thing we are not happy about the hard levels please make the levels more easy and do more updates finishing with keep up doing a great job.

This game is very fun. We love museums and we are even going to be an Archaeologist! However every time we want to play a level, the game stops and goes back to our home screen. Please help us with this bug because we really want to play this game again. It is very entertaining. Thank you.
But… Not enough excitement. No rewards. No incentives to keep playing. Explosions are too small. Need starters at the beginning of a new game. Sorry , but it can be dull. No motivation to keep playing because nothing to look forward to.
This game is the hardest 3 match game Ive played. Its addicting! Just wish it didnt take so long to refill lives.
We like this game and so do our kids. But we are on chapter 8 and have been there for awhile. When is the next update? We would really like to continue the story. Other than that we like the concept and the story.
Game is fun and entertaining. There are events to keep you going aside from the main story. So even if you lose all your lives, you'll have an alternate experience with a different set of lives. Also, it doesn't work without internet. Which, doesn't make any sense to us. Downside, events cause forced "cutscenes" and the latest one won't load. Now we can't play anything at all.
The game is fun. But we cant connect to Facebook threw it.
We have been playing this game daily for a long time. We lobe the concept. Big fan of the match-3! We like the restoration tasks. However, this game keeps kicking us out when we are about to win a level on our last turn. It gets very aggravating! Spend all that time, only to get kicked out of the game.
No updates in over six months. Getting tired of playing the same boards again and again. Game is super fun and interesting. If they can fix the glitch that keeps telling us its not connected to the internet when we clearly am.
We find the Museum concept of this game to be a really interesting and enjoyable topic of a matching game and have recently become addicted to it. We enjoy that the ads are optional and not forced on us like so many other games do. If we get a iTunes card as a gift we will most likely use at least a little of it on this game, however we dont expect to get a gift anytime soon, our birthday is in August and Christmas is a ways away… We hope we are still enjoying this when we do get our next iTunes card as a gift but we do switch the app on our phone Im addicted to about 3 to 6 months ish depending on how much we enjoy it and how hard it is, but it has happened that that we played one certain game for more than a year but this phone has 132 gigs of memory and that makes it worth keeping for longer than the others but Im not super happy with the iPhones after generation 6 because they took away the phone jack and this is a 7th gen that our Brother in law bought. We dont know how long we keep playing but its been about 3 weeks so far. We would like to connect our Facebook account but its not working for some reason which we dont care for. We might have ideas for the game sometime while Im playing it and will definitely be glad to share, when we see our ideas get implemented Im more likely to stay for at least a few more months. Keep updating and improving please.
Its a great game but limited ways to collect extra lives.
We use to play these game since its first moment been posted and now with the updates and all the change it still having tha le same issues, once you try to start the game it block and came on the screen a problem with the internet or the internet app, and Ive been about 3 wks trying to enter and no way to do that because of that error and data problems or graphics, it would be an excellent game if Avery time they made updates and major changes wont have those problems.
Love this game but it will not connect today. It keeps telling us that we are not on the internet but we are and everything else on our iPad connects just fine.
We love the game and got about 800 levels in. Then we stopped playing for a while (as many do with apps). When we came back in, the game now claims we have trouble connecting to the internet. We dont have any trouble with internet connection, as every other app on our phone operates with our internet perfectly. We saw someone else had this issue in another review here, and that review was over a year ago! We did send an email to support and Im trying to be patient, but it has been over a week with no response. We tried deleting and reinstalling the app and that did nothing. Is this bug going to be fixed? We really want to get back into the game but the app is making it hard to do that.
We love this game but its hard for us to play it because every time it claims Im not connected to WiFi when we are.. And keeps popping up interrupting our game and make it impossible to play, it pops up every 5-10 seconds and if you click exit.. It closes the app completely and we deleted the app and it still does this.. None of our other apps do this.
2/23/20 Havent been able to play for 3 days as it is stuck on a phone call. Funny Ive seen lots of responses to the positive comments but negative? Not so much. Come on. Please fix this so we can enjoy playing again. Thank you 02-02-20 Not good. This past week we have had to do everything twice.go to the checklist , do the item then when we next return to play its back on the list. Double the coins? Not always. We watch the ad then hit to collect we get nothing. Today when we started we were notches down on that sword. Whats with that? Seems the gains we make are eliminated on several fronts here. Not good . Not so fun. We like this game but wonder how we are to collect scrolls for example when we make multiple matches and blow things up and no scrolls appear for many turns. Just makes it less fun and rather frustrating.
We enjoy the game, however, how do we get friends.
This game is fun until we have to watch an ad in order to double our coins. It worked the first time and hasnt worked since. We will continue to play without doubling our coins. Until we cant.
Since the new update they took away one of the free daily spins which we do not like. We play this game the most and already spend money on it we want yall to bring back the other free spin please.
Up until now we have enjoyed the game but lately Ive watched the videos to double our coins only to not get credit and it tell you to watch to double. Ive watched the videos as many as 4 times only to have to hit the skip button to move on. It works correctly about 25% of the time. Our 2nd frustration is those stupid restoration games… One day to complete 18 levels is absolutely ridiculous! Why even bother?!? Like we said its a good game but if it keeps ripping us out of coins for watching videos, we will delete it.
When we first opened the game, it showed the usual cutscene, and when we got to the first level, we had no hearts at all. We had to wait 20-30 minutes just to get one heart and play the game. Also, it said click here to complete the mission so we can turn on the light, and we couldnt do anything at all. We tried to reboot the game, nothing happened. Do you think you can fix this? Thanks.
For the last three months or so the game has us going backwards and redoing levels Ive already completed.
Every day for a week it says check internet setting- every other app works. This happens on both phone and ipad.
We like The Game and Story A lot!Just a few problems that can make this game go down.we play lots of scape games and all of the characters will move when your not doing anything.Well these Characters dont.The second problem is that the levels got really hard really fast.Last of all when you have a new challenge about how to break sand or in the beginning of how to play a tutorial is not to be found.
This has the potential to be a fun game. But it was constantly freezing (and we have the newest IPhone), and shutting down on its own. You also cant speed through the inane and inordinately long conversations between the avitars.
Challenges cant be completed without purchases. For example a goal to collect 80 tiles and you only receive 72.
We love the game but it is impossible to pass levels after a certain point. Time for a new update to make it somewhat easier to pass levels. Starts out great but then the frustration sets in. You havent updated this game for awhile….we had to delete it after never passing advanced levels. If you update, we will give it another try….Your new update was 6 months ago. We hardly see that as new…Please listen to your customers who want to support this great game and make the levels easier for gameplay. A win win situation.

Would really like to play but you cant even get it to open to play.
So after the most recent update of restore the artifact session for two days we havent been able to progress past the selecting play of the event which it makes u do so it just goes to blank black nada and we cant do anything so havent gotten any play time or coins which you have to ours and hoard cause every special item is expensive! So will this be fixed the black screen at least.
Stagnant – new levels under development for weeks. Game crashes after adverts so avoid playing them at all costs. Its a pity because the game started off strong.
Two stars just to walk someone to the doorwasting our time n stars which are usually hard earned to walk a friend to the museum door is ridiculous in our opinion n it tends to make the game boring. Now we would like to say your game has been off line for almost a week n it keeps saying to check our internet connection our connection is just fine for everything but you????. Well since update things were not improved – now only one spin on wheel and you have to watch ads for that what is up with you people.
We are on level 14 and we push play and it crashes. Multiple times different days. It keeps crashing. Happens again we will delete. It delays in opening then we spun wheel it is fine we push play it crashes. Just frustrating.
If your not spammed with ads for coins very shortly in the game the levels will require power up after power up with more moves than allotted. Avoid.
This game is a complete scam, when you get into the game it says complete a quest but it you do it, it takes you right back and you have no hearts.
We really liked this game when we first started playing. We took a break for a while and just recently tried to come back to it. We cant even play it. It just keeps telling us to check our connection wether we use Wi-Fi or data. Its been that way at least a couple of months. How do the developers not know this is happening? Disappointed to say the least. Do better.
This game still wont let us link with fb and if we try to play the game it keeps kicking us out its been like this for 6 months now and still no fix we even got a new phone so we know its not our phone please fix the game it is a great game when it works when it gets fixed Ill change our review rating.

We loved playing this game but may uninstall it due to lack of updated play! This game hasnt been updated with new levels in a very long time and Im not happy about it.
Have been getting-new levels coming soon message for months now Have not been receiving rewards even though we win the leaderboard.
We currently cannot progress in the game because of a restoration event of an item we do not yet have- upon entering the game it will try to take us to introduction to said event only to become stuck on a black screen presumably because again, we dont have the artifact yet. The artifact in question is the sitting statue/second restoration (the one after the Poseidon statue).
We just downloaded the game and went to play it and it told us to check our internet!!!!! We had to have the internet to download it!!! Never got in to play has been deleted.
Basically same game as gardenscapes. Same level unwinnable as gardenscapes without buying stuff. Im not wasting our money unless we know we can pass a level. Deleting this bad game just like we deleted gardenscapes.
Wont open on any device. Cant play because app says we have no internet connection. Obviously not true since Im posting this.
Hello, Developers Your app wont let us play it. Because it is saying on the screen. That you dont have any Internet connection. Even though on our iPhone XS Max we can get online with no problem. So fiqure out why your app isnt working properly.
