Please fix the stupid Royal Match ad. You cant get out of it.

To many ads. You have to. Close and reopen game to get rid of them. Dont bother playing this game.

We had to start all over because the game wont load on our we phone 13 now its doing it again we think we are done.

After trying it out for a few days we decided to spend $19.99, one thing you get is 2,000 coins or at least what the ad in the shop said. Some of the levels are very difficult & designed to use more coins. After playing four games, using 150 coins four times we have no more coins left. It takes you to buy more? Fairly certain basic math that means we used 600 coins. We have decided to delete it and move on to something else. We have no idea what we wasted $19.99 on.

Love game Wish there was unlimited lives instead of 6.

Have to keep turning off phone and restarting as game freezes often. Other games dont freeze like this. Very frustrated.

Its a great game when it works out well. It doesnt give us the items needed for the play then it takes a life away thats cheating plus we dont pay money for coins we won thats redundant. If you fix this problem we will continue to play otherwise it will be deleted and put as a false game.

How do we get the Christmas themed one it shows on its ads.

For the last several days, bonus videos do not load. No chance of additional wheel spin, no bonus videos to watch to get a booster, no chance for additional plays. Please fix or remove the watch bonus videos to the daily tasks.

We paid $3.99 for 200 coins and 3 hammers, but we only got the coins and now there is no way to contact anyone to get it fixed. So we are posting in hopes someone from their company will make it right!!! Well see.

When playing offline (no internet connection), twice when we finished a hard level, it would crash. After relaunching the app, we have to redo the level. It happened at 586 and 590. Recently it crashed on an easy level. We are holding off in playing until we have internet connection.

Over and over again we have never been able to use the app when you can pay to get three/five more turns or buy the hammer for 1 or 3 hammers. We have set some long wins only to lose it because the prompts to add a few more turns NEVER work. We are on a fixed income so we are unable to purchase more turns. Please please fix this bug or whatever it is. Our favorite game but not for long. And, perhaps you dont care because we are not spending money.

We used to REALLY enjoy this game; so much so that we downloaded their pirate game. But this one became so frustrating that we finally quit and deleted it. We enjoyed it so much we started to pay a few dollars every month in addition to watching their ads. But even that wasnt enough. Instead of relaxing, we felt stress and aggravation. We dont need that.

Way too many adds. Like match three game but refuse to use a game that puts an add after EVERY game.

We love this game but it keeps going black.

The game is fun, BUT it frequently crashes. This results in losing lives and any bonus objects obtained during winning streaks. We shouldnt pay the price for game issues outside of our control.

Where are the Christmas graphics shown? Graphics are basic. Why lie about them.

Clearly this game has had some sort of catastrophic failure in code. We currently have no social life, so Im pretty devastated by this. Specifically; At 15 moves in on level 1643, the game stops working and the jewels no longer move. We can play older levels, but there doesnt seem to be an option to purchase levels past a certain point. We will still give the game five stars, but we hope this issue can be fixed sooner than later.

We love this game but had to reinstall it twice after getting to 800+levels because of glitches. Now on our third try we're finally in the midst of completing a level that took us a long time to conquer and the game just shuts down , takes us back to our Home Screen and we lose the level and all the help we had earned and was using for the level. It's so frustrating.

We are at level 1643.on ver 6.5. At 20 moves left, game stops working.

Can you update the app to address the glitches.

Glitch on level 1255. Logged in and out. It goes no further after a few moves.

We can go back and play the older levels but level 1643 will not allow us to complete it. It has hung up over and over again.

Every time there is a new update to change themes the game has glitches. If you use a booster the game freezes and you have to close the game. Then you start loosing lives. This is very irritating.

We love this game and its one of our favorites to play but currently on level 2889 and its keeps crashing. Not sure if anyone else is having this same issue but please fix this ASAP.

There was an update a couple of days ago that broke the game. Two days ago, one of the levels wasnt working properly, which eventually corrected itself. Yesterday, we had to restart every time we moved a level because it wouldnt open the next level. Now Im at the last level of a chapter, and it wont load the last level. What the heck. Dont push out an update thats not ready. ETA- aaaaand its happened again as of 3/3/22. Now we have a level that literally freezes every time Im about to clear it. We even wasted 100 coins to play on and it still froze. We want our coins back. Plus, the app help webpage is in Chinese and if you go to it, it causes your iPad to crash and restart. So thats not at all creepy.

Our game freezes at this level every time! Everyday we try again and same thing. This is day 9! Keep thinking SOMEONE monitoring game will catch this. Must be on vacation.

Currently on 1430 and that board just freezes up. At first we thought it was a time feature built into the board but that doesnt seem to be it. Why does it freeze up. Can you fix it.

Ive played this game for years, Im finally at level 654 and we truly believe theres a glitch. It seems impossible to win.

This game is funas long as it isnt glitching. Unfortunately, it glitches a lot, and those glitches van be costly, and are very annoying. Today it freezes after the completion of every single game play is finished, and must be closed down and reopened in order to move to the next level. This wastes a lot of time, and robs time away from timed game play boosters.

Why does Level 1387 keep freezing and we cant get any farther in the game.

Ive been playing this game for years! This last update has caused the app to freeze after every level! Its frustrating to have to close it and reopen it and lose where we were! Please fix! We love this game.

For days, this level crashes every time the columns on the left of the puzzle is activated. Cant figure out how to report this anywhere else.
