We have been playing these criminal games for years we will always play them we have it on another tablet we cracked our screen on our other tablet we so love them all we could not download them on our kindle we had too get us a different table to play thanx for such a kool game.

This one has been our favorite out of all of them but the way it just ended without warning turned us off . It truly was our fav of all of these.
Ive been playing this game non stop and it is just so addicting. We dont like the fact that it takes 2 minutes to refill energy tho. But thats besides the point. Yesterday we stayed up till about 3am just playing the game. We love that there is more games like this and really enjoy playing them. We play on our moms computer, our computer, and our phone.

The game for supernatural is where you are found with the fbi and you are supernatural hunter.
Its a good game series, dont get us wrong, but this game specifically has a ton of bugs. First, most ads break the audio, and only the music can be heard. This can be fixed by leaving and entering the game. However, this brings us to issue number two, where sometimes, if you do the fix for the audio problem, the last star you collected disappears, and you dont even get your energy back. This is extremely annoying because most ads these days are 1+ minutes long and you have to wait at least a total of 53 seconds to actually get back to the game, but again, ads break the audio. Lastly, one time we were using a star to interview a suspect, but then it still gave us the option to interview them, and once again, it didnt give us our star back. Went back and got another star and, just like we thought, the game sent us to the interview AGAIN, and the same thing happened. It was only after we restarted the game that we were able to progress.
Game wont open on our we-Pad Air version 12.5.7. What can we do.
Yes we are having issues logging into Facebook for this game it says app isnt active so im not sure whats going on.
We really do enjoy this much we play it more than anything else love the cases, characters have some humor to and we always cant wait to go to next case.
We have ALL the Criminal Case games. We have so much fun playing them!! They are our go to games. Very thought out and original and great to play. If you love to see arching for hidden items and working a murder case, this game is for you.
We play most of theseon the 2nd time through some. New ads are popping up that there is no way out of except closing the app. This is more than annoying! Otherwise we love these games.
Only thing about this is it was too short. The others had like 50-60 levels and this only had 30. It was fun though.
The gameplay holds your attention by working the next case into the end of the first. The only problem we have is that when opening sticker packs it says we get a specific sticker, and the gives us a different one instead. Love the game.

This is one of our favorite games, Ive played one of the first versions of another game of this developer and type since we were like 2. This is one of the best games Ive ever played.

This game is very best game we have ever played.
Of the crime scene games Ive played so far this the best one so far. And we live in the Seattle metropolitan area so its great. This game really holds your attention. Please make more great games like this one that holds your attention. But we do have to say the crime scene game that goes back into the past, the 1800s we believe, is more like a comedy than a investigation. But this vampire investigation game is just fantastic. Thank you very much,Ken. P.S. Concerning moving on to the next case we shouldnt need 3 reports from friends, the person playing the game only needs to write a report. We know thats a way of getting more exposure of the games, but some people like to play the games in private on their own, we think you should consider that. Thank you.
Love the game just finished it and was wondering if you are going to add more levels for like around Europe and Asia. That would be so awesome.

We really enjoy this game. It has a touch of everything: supernatural, great characters, fun mystery, and just enough challenge to keep our attention. Another thing we like about this game and the others like it is it represents diversity. Characters includes disabilities different gender representations, sexual orientations etc.
This is one of our favorite games ever!! We play at every chance we get. The story lines are super fun and its fun challenging ourselves by remembering each scene.

Love this game. Fun, engaging stories. We understand the need for ads, but they seem way to frequent (every 2 minutes or so). Also, once an ad plays, the sound for the game quits, requiring you to close and reopen the game (every 2 minutes or so). If this was fixed, it would get 5 stars.
Wont let us play with facebook keeps saying error and developers know about it.
We wouldve rated this game a 5, but its not available for Kindle. All the previous games were and we dont know why they would change it. If anyone knows how to, please let us know.
We remember playing the first in the series on Facebook. We saw this one and thought it would be fun to get back into. The game is a lot of fun. But the amount of ads is extremely annoying! And paying to speed up insanely long tasks aint worth it. Its a game to play for maybe 15 mins then ignore until the next day when you can do stuff again.
We had to delete game because an ad got stuck and wouldnt let us play the game. Im going to restart it hopefully Ill not need to start over.
After every game on the app there is an ad which then glitches the game. We dont understand why there is an ad after every game is played.
This game is short by a half of the other criminal case games. Didnt even have time to finish growing our Frankenstein dog. We dont think the developers even care anymore about the people playing these games.
Its just like all the others, and like those we dont like that we have to earn a star to go to a next chapter. Still takes too long to get to the next stage if you dont have Facebook or want to spend money to get there too. And the boosters came late, if they did that in other games we cant remember.

One of your videos does not show video. You finally have to X out an dont get spin. This is happening on all your games.
Dont know what happened but know with all your criminal case games after watching the ad you hit the X to close it keeps going to the down load it does this repeatedly and is very frustrating please fix we do enjoy playing all your games but this is something recent.
We used to play Criminal Case obsessively a couple years back and loved it! So we tried it and this new one(new to us) but it gets so aggravating because not only do you have to watch a video ad after you play a crime scene but the bonuss they give like 12 hours of Hints or 6x for a certain tome period! We have not been able get none of our bonuses to work and Spend more time watching ads than we do playing! So most definitely gonna delete and save our money( yes unfortunately, we make in ap purchases in games we like)!! Hope you have a better time with it!! So DISAPPOINTING.
Ive played games in this series for several years, but lately an ad has appeared for Match ball 3D that wont close, so we cant move on in the game! We have to close the game, remove the ad, then restart every few minutes. We sure hope the children dont get killed on Walpurgis night, but at this rate, Ill never find out.
Played to level 10 and now have ads after every level – we do watch ads for boosters and such – Its 7.99 USD to get rid of the ads after every level, so, NO, thats way too much.
This game would be the best game out if it were not for so many commercials.
Ok, lets get an update on this game. Now they have jumped on Flood the Consumer With Ads that perform in a continuous Loop (meaning you have no control of getting out of it. Loving this game is not enough for this developer. The more the ads, the more the money. If you like tapping on the word Done this is the game for you. Sometimes we have to tap on the icon done 10 times before getting back to the game. Hopefully the developers will fix this, but money talks & gamers dont. Why.
We enjoy this game very much. We love crime scene games and this has a supernatural component which is even better.
The Supernatural games is your best one by far! You need to create more like this one and add more levels to the current one. It takes too long to analyze, etc. And would be nice to eliminate the extreme time you have to wait. 15 min tops would be nice and also be able to go on to a new case without waiting 24 hours. We are almost thru all your current games.. Except Time Travel (do not care for that one) PLEASE create more games soon! Most other games have unlimited play for 30 min, 1 hour, 3 hours or 24 hours. Would be great if you added something like this.
If you're like us and you're a big fan of the TV show "Supernatural" and you already liked the original game "Criminal Case", this game is literally a culmination of the two. In one of the cases, we caught a glimpse of the Devil's Trap from the show, so that's our confirmation that this version of the game is pretty much based on the show, since it's about a group of investigators who travel around in a trailer and go wherever their cases take them, posing as FBI agents and reporters when interviewing civilians. Sound like our Winchester boys to you? Once we completely finish this game, we will replay it over and over to feed our Supernatural addiction.
Supernatural Criminal Case is awesome to play. We play other Criminal Case games while the analysis are going on and we have used up all our energy to get more stars so that Im ready when the analysis are finished. We could use some more teammates as we love to give energy and reports and receive energy and reports from our teammates.
This game and the others that are linked to it are some of our favorite games ever. Out of all the games we play(and we play a lot) this is our 2nd favorite so that is saying a lot. It has a little of something for everyone. Whether it be hidden objects, the super natural, mysteries, solving crimes, while also following along with a story involving all the characters throughout the whole game m, if you like games with different things involved in one game then this game is for you. It keeps you coming back for more. We absolutely love this game and spend a lot of money on it but we do wish we could get some more spins a little easier so we wouldnt have to spend so much Or at least win at least one of the contests. Ive been a page top fan forever so it would be nice. We also follow on all the other social media sites. Customer support is usually very fairy and quick to help with any concerns. Keep up the good work.

We really love all the games in this series. Each one has a different setting, and all are really fun; they are the most fun of the hidden objects games. We especially like this one really creepy and fun.
We were glad to see that Criminal Case had a new game. We have downloaded all of them and enjoy them all.
