Easy to start off with and has many challenges worth the download.
Love the game but have been charged twice for in-app purchases without receiving the feature. Support didnt respond to our inquiry. One charge happened when we clicked to see how much it cost which wasnt visible.
Great game! Would be nice if you could expand on the homestead. There is no room for all the gifts and buildings.
We love the game but the newest level it wont let us press anything we cant go forward or back. It wont let us go to our home farm either.
Ive been playing for about 5 years about 2 months ago we lost everything was like boom everything just disappeared. We spent a lot of money and we asked for help to retrieve our game back and no one answered us. So now its a new beginning with a lot of stupid ads that you have to watch every time you want something because no more money from us ha ha.
We love this game wish more land would open so our buildings and animals don't look clustered.
When we first started playing this game, we loved it! Now that the developers seem to only focus on side quests instead of working on regular game chapters and content, it stinks! Bring on the regular content. Also why the need for level 61 to go to the next continent. It will take a lot of MONEY to buy our way to that level. Must be what the developers want. Really takes away from the enjoyment of the game.
Anybody else having an issue with the game sticking when you click on something? We have to constantly hard close our game and log back in to give the game time to catch up.
Stop telling everyone what to do for to long people aint dum.
We love this game! We play it everyday and we dont want to know how much money Ive spent but you absolutely dont have to pay to play. Its better than its more popular competitor in our opinion and has frequent events and updates. We were not paid to make this review.
We really love playing this game its fun and full of adventure and surprises, but watch out because the bastard have raised their amount how much they take from your energy when you get rid of some items that you need to get rid of.

Very pleased that you went back to the original ad. Some dont like that its the same video but we like that we can watch without fear that our game will freeze. Well done!!! We however am not happy at this moment, we have another game on our android device and we are unable to get on. We paid for the 17 day pass so this is unacceptable.

You expect to much for the things needing to be done! Make challenges so they dont ask for so much energy! You get to the point where you just stop trying.
This is our all time favorite game, but Ever since the update we cant connect. It just says connecting to server 0%. Ill rate higher when we can play again.

Having issues uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still wont load to play the game since its been upgraded. The game its our favorite game just if we can get it fixed so we can play it. It would be awesome thank you.

It would be a really good game to play, but it doesnt load all the time. We have to check it several times a day just to see if we can get it to load. Ive already tried updating it. Ive already cleared cachets Ive done literally everything that we can think of and then some Ive tried reloading it, it only loads like once a week maybe.
We open the game and it has Sarah and the dog walking along the bottom of the screen and says connecting to server 0% but wont load. Ive uninstalled and installed the app twice now and didnt help. Really frustrating. It would be nice if this issue can be fixed seeing as quite a few ppl have written reviews addressing this EXACT issue.

Us having to complete so many orders before being able to move on slows down the game.
We love this game and have been playing for a long time. Just did an update and now its not allowing us to proceed in the game. When we click on the next task, its acting like its not there. Do we just delete the game. If so Ill lose years of playing.
Error on login 1007 after update 10/15.
When we first started playing this it was before they added the estate leveling. It was more fun before because now we have to get to level 62 on our estate in order to move on to the next line of the story. We also find it annoying when the events are double the energy. Its a very fun game dont get us wrong, but it takes so much energy to clear even one thing without having to spend money to get more energy.
We just deleted this off our iPad and am also going to on our phone but not until we write this review, we actually loved this game but theres no way to complete an episode without buying energy. Energy for 1 task is 2,000 for 1 thing! Cute but not wasting our time anymore, Iv played this for over a year hoping they would give something, sadly despite the feed back they ask for after an adventure nothing has changed.
Ive been playing this game for a while and was at level 81 or 82 and this morning we were dropped back to the beginning. We have lost all our buildings and rewards.
Cant log back into game accidentally logged out and have no clue how to get back in we didnt bind it to Facebook if we did we might have deleted it and we have asked customer support on text and still nothing we paid money to play and we are really far into the game. We dont want to start back over.
We really like this game. It is very relaxing. However, you dont gain as much territory per amount of energy used. We think they could give you more of a broader area especially when youre putting real money down on this game. We like the fact that there are various ways that you can get materials, coin, and energy. But we dont think not as much. The game is actually designed for you to spend more money than you should. Its a great game for pastime, but as much money as we have put into this game, we should definitely be a lot further, in achievement/levels that we are. We will give it a couple more months and see if things change. It would be nice if they did. Because it really is a fun game.
We play game a lot. It was great until last update. We watch ads to get energy, but get nothing. Energy is hard to get but frustrating now.
Lots of lag time in the game after tapping. Way to much energy wasted killing big bullet creatures with very little reward. Otherwise fun and creative.
We love everything about the gameplay. There is plenty to do between crafting, scouting, fishing, and orders. However, lately the events have been increasingly getting more difficult requiring more time and energy than before. We used to be able to participate in events by logging in a few times a day. Now it seems like no matter how much energy you craft its not enough when goals want 100 items collected that require 180 energy each within 2 days. Just set reasonably attainable goals please.
We like the game but since our iPad died and we can't replace it at this time, we would like to play on our laptop. Unfortunately the developers think only those on the run with conveinient mobil devices play thes games. Our phone is to small to properly see to move items around the screen. Please make the game Mac OS compatable.
These events are taking too much energy to complete.
Very fun the only reason we didnt rate it a 5 is we wish you could zoom in more!! The different events and islands you go is hard to follow because you can zoom in just a little bit- for your hard of seeing people.

We loved the game and played avidly for over a year, but recently the special events have become too expensive to play. We cant spend $30 of real money every event! Since the events were our favorite part, we stopped playing.
Ive been playing this game for years. We play every single day. It used to be a lot more enjoyable until something changed. When the events take place, the amount of energy needed is ridiculous. The way it is set up now requires so much energy, you would have to spend a lot of money to be able to finish them. If the developers would even put the amount of energy you gain from your available energy making sources, it would help. For example, the current event we are in requires 120 energy for 1 item. Im on level 105 and can only have 135 energy before the game stops filling up our energy automatically. When you make an item in the kitchen most of them are 10-20 energy it doesnt make any sense. We had 2500 energy saved up for the event and within 30 Minutes we were out and am not even 1/8th finished. Something has to change.

For no reason the game started completely. Went from level 95 down to 1..was working fine the night before next morning back down to level one..would love to know what happened.
We love this game and we been playing for years but with these events we have to use to much energy and you all dont give us enough yall never even give a day hour minute or nothing where we can use unlimited energy ever now and then we think this will be our last event ill just play our regular map from now on. Ive spent to much money and time with this game a little reward would be nice.

However..need a way to use our own avatar or photo. Would greatly enhance the game with neighbors. AND the game is way too reliant on order fulfillment. Most of the time that is the only way to progress and it is tiresome and frustrating for us longer term players. Please adjust this.
