Dragon Home involves you into the world where the dragons built their home. Hello! We thought Id re-download and play again since we had spent money on this game a few years back, however it seems the game itself wont load past 60% in addition the tech support doesnt even have this game as available on the developers website. Is this game just dropped? Did players get their money back since the game seems to have been stopped on the developers side of things.
Absolutely love this game we find ourselves slipping into our own little merge world.
Great relaxing game. Wish there were more videos to get free life for levels. But really enjoy playing.
We really enjoy this game! We havent stopped playing since we started several months ago.
We like the game only we are stuck on one island and cannot go any further. And it is making us play less and less.
Around two weeks ago, we started getting a warning, Network anomaly please restart it. We have restarted it and it still doesnt work. Ive tried playing the game at other locations with a different Network and it still gives us the same problem. No matter what we do. We cannot get back into this game. Very very disappointing. We played everyday.
It states that we have to restart from some kind of abnormalities or something like that and its stops at 60% reloading helptwice our game has restarted from the beginning and Im losing all of our money and effort with this game if you can help us to regain our old game please do.
We love to play DragonHome. We play everyday. We even pay to open up the island next to our home for the eggs and blue gems. They are quite handy. But there are days like today when we cannot get the game to load no matter what we do. It keeps saying connectivity issues. We have powered down and back up, turned off wifi and back on, gotten totally out of the game and tried to reopen it. All afternoon we get the same error message. The support link on this app site does not even have DragonHome listed in the games nor can we access a support link. Can someone please advise.
We enjoy game but repetitive special events are causing us to lose interest . New events and updates would make people play longer.
But we tried to log in today and the app wont load at all :(.
We play a lot of these kinds of games. But we find this one quite stressful. The home island is so full of stuff and you keep merging,merging, merging and merging and then you just get more stuff to merge. You can never clean it out, its overwhelming. We really want to like it, but its not relaxing at all.
Needs some tutorial. Levels have impossible goals with.
Need to create different challenges.
We were excited to play this, looking for other merge games like this because they are our favorite, so mind numbing. But when we downloaded the game and started it up, we kept getting a message saying warn! Network anomaly, please restart it would be at 30% for a minute then we would get the error. For we restarted the game about 4-5 times before we gave up.
We are tired of building back up every time game crashes or update fails. Now Im stuck with it telling us our Wi-Fi is not working and yet EVERY OTHER games work. And we can reach you but not open game! We tried loading on another device and lost everything again. So we deleted that one. This one just will not let us in. After playing for years Im done! We cant keep building up to just get kicked off over and over. Up till then we enjoyed the game.
Was working good but the last couple days wont let us sign in.
We can no longer play, we love this game and now Im getting a system error and it wont let us in. We are so frustrated and since we cant get in there is nobody to complain to.
The puddles/water are near impossible to get from clouds as it is and they turn to mushrooms far too quick. The level "Crystal Plain 7" is impossible for us because of this.
Loving the game but the constant crashing is ughh.and the message about not able to connect is annoying . We had to install on a fife truck device to play .Nice game very vibrant.

It gets to 60% and comes up with Warn! Network Anomaly, Restart. You wont get in, it seems it has not been updated in 2 years either.
We just downloaded the game & cant get past the initial load screen. It stops at 40% then says network anomaly please restart. Is this a server issue by chance? The reviews did say the game would lag or force quit but we were still pretty interested in checking it out until we couldnt Hope you guys get this fixed soon.
The game was working fine yesterday. Today as soon as our game gets to 60%, we get the following error, Network anomaly, please restart it. Ive tried on two separate networks and get the same error message.
We loved the game. Then all of a sudden it stopped working we can open then the progress line would start at 30% go to 40% then 60% and then get a pop up saying Network Anomaly Lease restart it. Nothing happens and we can no longer play this game on any device.
This is a crudely rendered copy of Merge Dragons. The art is inferior, but copied from that game.
To play this game we constantly have to uninstall and reinstall. We notified customer support to no help. We dont what the Network Issue information box is all about, but please fix it. It would be nice to actually able to logon with no problems every day.
We just unlocked the island you can open for a week or a month yesterday and now today we are not able to open our game. It. Gets to 60% and says network anomaly, please restart it. We have restarted game multiple times and we have restarted our iPad. We have tried to connect when using several diffferent internet connections, we.e.; home, cell hotspot, Walmart wi-fi. We get same error and we can not find a support link to chat or email customer service. We do not even see this game listed on the website. If this gets fixed we will gladly change our rating, we love this game and have spent money on the permanent islands you can unlock as well as the event bonus islands. We just want and need help! We dont want to lose todays gems or eggs.
With as much as this game freezes watch out for hacking possibilities of personal info,warning on screen network anomaly asking to restart game,it cant be deleted.
This is an awesome game to waste time on.
We play the other merge games and none of them have as many side quests as this one! Really enjoying this game! Ive spent over 50.00 and one of our purchases didnt give us the items it stated we would get but overall Im enjoying the game.
This game is so food to use when you trying to relieve stress.
This level is almost impossible to finish! The first thing is, clouds only come in one at a time. When they do, it rains for so long and only one item pops up, which could be a small puddle or a stem. By the time you have two bigger puddles and working on your third, one turns into a mushroom and you have to start over, making it an endless cycle. Please help by making more items pop up or make the puddles last longer than they do now please. Other than that, it is a great game. We almost deleted this game, but decided we should try some other things before giving it up for good.
Fun game and enjoy it but struggle to sign in sometimes.
Absolutely in love with this game but we cant get the app to open, Ill click on it and it starts to load and shuts down- Im assuming this has to do with some sort of bug since Ive restarted both devices we have this game on AND deleted and redownloaded the game ans Im still having the same problem. Hopefully this can be fixed soon so we can play the tail end of the event that is currently happening.
This is a fun game to play. There are a couple of things we would like to see done better but otherwise its good.

We love this game. We have one issue Ive reported about 20 times and nothing. Our we sue is where does our merged items disappear to? Ive merged a bunch of point hearts and then poof! They disappear never to return and this is time consuming trying to clear the event boards. Where is our merged items and why do they disappear.
We enjoy playing but the game keeps closing in the middle of playing. Very frustrating since we have to go through the entire sign in process and the loading. We also play Merge Dragon and Merge Magic they do not have this PROBLEM. Can the developer team please look at issue? On the POSITIVE. We absolutely love the fact that we can get coins and valuables at the events and win high level dragons that we get to keep. We love so many things about this DragonHome game so even it the developers cant fix Im going to keep playing because we enjoy so much and we feel they should have our support while they keep fixing issues. Thank you. UPDATE: we received a response from the Apps Team but its an automated requesting we send a screen shot of error message. There is no error message. We just get closed out of the app in the middle of playing frequently. Can the developers please fix this????? Thank you.
Ive tried all day to get in our game. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Yet it wont open out of ideas as to how to open it.
We really love the game. However, after installing the latest update, the game does not load.
Game is fun when we can log in but it just started saying to check our connection and wont let us log in. Other than that the game is finest.
This is a fun game, but we started getting an error message that wouldnt allow us to sign into the game (said to check our internet connection). We switched to data (full signal), error message still popped up. We uninstalled and reinstalled the game, now it wont get passed the initial loading screen before crashing. Would have loved to keep playing, but we apparently we cant.
We have never had a game with so many problems! We have deleted it and reinstalled and it still wont work. So disappointing.
More than half the time in levels the game glitches out and all of our dragons from camp are in the level frozen in front of important aspects. Logging in is a nightmare, 50/50 chance of not even being able to log in, like atm it keeps saying our connection to the internet isnt on, but it most definitely is. (we can play similar games right now because we do have internet). If we cant log in soon Im just going to delete the app altogether.

We love this game. Ive been playing for weeks and the only problem Ive had was the latest event messed up. We contacted customer support and they immediately responded and tried to fix the problem. We contacted them again and immediately they got back to us. They have worked hard to please us and make our game an enjoyable experience for us. No other game has ever done that! 5 stars.
We like just like the others easy to okay and fun.
They have the best burgers and fries we ever ate.
