It doesnt matter how long you play, you cant do much without purchasing gems. They have this piggy bank that takes ALL of your gems and the only way to get the gems out is through purchase . Another example: You get little stockings while you upgrade a room or appliance, youll win certain tiers for generous rewards but if you dont purchase you dont advance to bigger wards . We just uninstalled because if youre not purchasing you wont get the fun stuff.
We have been obsessed with Rent Please Sim lately, and so we had got this game thinking that maybe its similar? Let us tell you it is a little bit, but theres so many pop ups, over time the pop ups are just annoying as all get out. Making money is slow, Id rather stick with our Rent Please Sim.
We were enjoying this game but if you always like to be behind the 8 ball, this game is for you. Your way to needy tenants are always wanting something new. Ive lived in apartments and the furniture inside has never changed, let alone 4 times in 4 years. The cost of these new items is way too much, it takes days to save and now 15 others have piled up behind it. People complaining for diamond items is another flaw, you dont make enough and a $ grab. This game has a lot going on but the move around is slow, real slow. If your willing to spend $, it could be fun but we dont believe it will get you anywhere. Just more stuff will fall down the pipe.

Its not fair or cool that the only way to get a big amount of gems/diamonds is to purchase them. Some upgrades can only be done by gems. And the upgrade costs for items are getting ridiculously high. We likes the game but Im about ready to uninstall because its becoming unbearable to update houses now.
We thought this was a developed game but its like its new. Not much going on. No idea how to get to the third city. Almost maxed on non gem in 2nd city and 1st city maxed.
Ive played this game for the past week or so. Keeping that in mind, you would think we would still have a while before the game starts to get more difficult. Youd be wrong! Im stuck because to upgrade 1 apartment item you need gems. Shocker! Gems are really hard to get. Especially in the amount you need to upgrade. We follow the Facebook page and they give a promo code but its only a hundred gems a week?! Id have to wait for two-three weeks just to get enough to fully upgrade 1 apartment. The best part is thats only to get to the next level! Could you imagine how many weeks Id have to wait once we leveled up, assuming like usual the prices go up. Ive played the mini games, ive followed and searched the Facebook page, but this game is borderline unplayable if you dont have gems which you either wait a week for barely enough for 1 apartment or you buy them.
The one thing that bothers us is that youre forced to spend money to complete certain tasks, like the To-Do List. It literally forces you to spend $2.99 for the Repair listing, $4.99 for the Electrical Box listing, $6.99 for Childrens Activities and $8.99 for Wipe down facilities. Thats pretty much $24 youre trying to force us to pay. They make it so you cant claim the other prizes without paying first. Diamonds are few and far between and you need those for certain things. It pretty much seems like a cash grab.
We dont honestly know how many hours Ive played this game for but we cant anymore. Most of the screen is ads to buy items in game and managers etc. Not to mention as soon as you log on you have to x out 3-4 different pop ups for in game purchases. We get it but maybe limit the amount of popups and purchase options in a single tab or something, literally anything else but on the screen in which you play the game. We know that theres always going to be that aspect to every game nowadays. Its a good basic point a to b game upgrade more money etc etc. Easy to understand but Im deleting it cause its been to repetitive most the events are paywall blocked in game purchase for diamonds is always a battery option to upgrade faster. Farewell idle goers also maybe get rid of the quests for the top offs since if. You dont have the gems youll need to buy them to complete that quest also non of the tents will be completely satisfied unless you get them the stupid simple wall painting. 50gems and up depending on building. More money. We have watched enough ads in the game for bonus etc to know its all a gimmick.

Hey Ive downloaded the game on both our iPad and iPhone we want our progress that is in the iPad to be in our iPhone too, why cant we do that.
Hello again we have another suggestion maybe lower the upgrade costs of the rooms and other buildings because as you get to level four or five on furniture the costs get very high you can barely upgrade 3 items at a time even when earn offline income.
Game is tons of fun but once you have completed built all apartments there is no where else to go. No new tenants no new locations to unlock. We uninstalled the game.

Initially its fun, but it doesnt take long before premium currency is required for basic needs. You generate income from rents and services, you spend that on items and upgrades. Then when you expand, basic apartments require items bought with gems, needed upgrades cost gems, parking spaces cost gems and you get very few free gems. Also, the rental income does not keep pace with upgrade costs. You can get free money by watching ads, soon thats all youre doing.
Teaches great real life and is fun doing it . Very motivating for kids future.
We loved this game but im at cloud city now with both apartments open, 3 stores on shopping street, 6 items in the museum, etc and felt like money is slowing down so we looked at how much people were paying when they checked out at the market and its way less than what im buying it for?? They get 2 of everything every time and theyre paying closer to what 1 costs us to buy it. We just went back and checked again and a lady bought x2 pieces of ham for $312, its 260 a piece when we buy it? So we spent $520 buying those 2 pieces and lost $208???? Ive been spending so much money keeping the market stocked and we were losing money the whole time? Why would yall make it like that? Thats so much money we wasted for so long.
Really fun game but you have to spend money in order to really play and to have fun.
There were too many ads. And the ads were too long. Otherwise the game is OK.
We enjoy playing the game but Ive been noticing when we watch the video to do the party or when it offers 3x the amount of money we never receive the money after sitting through a long video. Other than that the game is cool.
This game would be pretty enjoyable if u could play but u watch adds literally 75% of the time cant progress cause u have to watch another addsmh.
Im really trying to enjoy this game, there are a lot of positives to it. But we dont know if its just us or the earnings are far too low for what this game demands. There are many components and much demand for upgrades. Diamonds are impossible to build up to 50 but a tenant is unsatisfied unless we buy a decoration for 50 diamonds. Im sure this is how being a landlord actually is, but Im stressing about money so bad that Im not even even enjoying the game. Tenants are becoming more and more dissatisfied because of the time its taking to earn the money to A. Satisfy their needs B. Build more buildings C. Upgrade services all that for 3000/30sec come onnnn. We have two apartment buildings and a supermarket and still not making any money.

We are enjoying the game. So much so that we have completed the first area and was wondering when we would be able to move on to the next area. It shows up but says its not available. If we have to wait much longer Im going to be searching for a similar game.

We have all the stars ready to unlock a new city, so far we have 200/180 . Everything is decently good but its getting boring.
Fun game but its kind of challenging due to the task bar at the top of our phone, we cant see how much money we have and am collecting.
We are enjoying the game however the next location still has not been developed and from us reading the other reviews we can see even back from August it was not done. We know eventually we will get tired of the 1st location if we know we cannot progress forward.
Its a really fun game but its so annoying because we have an iPhone and everything is so zoomed in we literally get lost and it takes too long to go where Im actually trying to go. Please fix this! Also when is this new scene going to be released.
We really enjoy the game, but its hard to play when our iPhone camera space is blocking the amount of money we have. We have no idea whether we can do the upgrades or not because we cant see how much money we have. Move the info bar down lower or something so we can see it. We stopped playing because of this issue.
Huge issue. When using an iPhone a player cannot see how much money they have because of where the amount is displayed along the top of the screen. The physical phone does not allow for it given that all later models of iPhones come with this Dynamic Island that blocks the view. The Dynamic Island is part of the hardware and cannot be removed. Poor form from the dev and testing teams. We have never seen this issue on any other game.
We have enough stars to open a new city and Ive already done the currency exchange to euros and it still wont open for us. The exchange of euros took away our money in dollars and we cant get it back. We need an update to take care of the problems.Im stuck in the beginning city.
We love the game we just need help with passing a goal we don't know what to do we have done everything we're supposed to we do not know if there's a glitch in the game if you can please respond to help help because we would like to move on in the game.
We cant get any new tasks we cant see what people need in our building we would rate more if this is fixed our game is up to date and if not fixed we will remove just playing and cant get no achievements or nothing.
Really love the game fun to play until we got to open level three apartments screen blocks out, all we have is plus symbol and cant do anything. Fix the bug.

We were hesitant to download this game due to the low star rating it had here on the App Store. Im glad we gave it a chance, though, because Im enjoying it very much! We have a tendency to get bored with these types of games pretty fast, but Ive been steadily engrossed in this game for a few weeks now! We guess maybe the developers have fixed a bunch of things since the earlier reviews, because we personally have no complaints. Im generally pretty hard to please when it comes to idle games, as well. This one has a lot of different components to keep you interested, engaged, and entertained. The graphics are top quality, the gameplay progression is smooth and feels reasonable, and its enticing enough to make us want to open it first thing each day, just to check on things and upgrade whatever we can. If we HAD to list a complaint, our only one would be that the second location hasnt been developed yet. But the first location is so thoroughly comprehensive, that it alone will keep the player busy for quite some time (weeks, even)! Overall, we would absolutely recommend this game to others who like role playing/sim/idle/tycoon type games.
We love this game but there seems to be an issue with our power being stuck at – 20. Please help us.
For some reason our energy is stuck at -703, even if we upgrade the energy units, all our tenants are unhappy because we cant upgrade their apartment, Ive put so many hours into this game and now Im stuck.
At first we were really enjoying the game until we got to the second location. For some reason no matter how much power we have brought the meter is stuck on negative -185. So we cant upgrade any of the apartments or anything Im just stuck. So we stay on the first location but there isnt really anything else to do because Ive pretty much upgraded everything on there smh so now its nothing to do. The daily task still hasnt unlocked like can we get an update to something.
We cant build anymore on the second island because of the fact that the energy is at -422which dont know how that is when we have upgraded all the batteries to max. So we can no longer do anything.
Good game, but how do you unlock the gift bag ? / we think it might be a bug.
This game is hard to play with phones with the island because it blocks off the amount of money we have so when we play we dont know how much money we have.
Still a grocery store problem. Why the heck are customers asking for things bought in the store? It happens every time the dang bus comes we reported the issue last time we downloaded this dumb app. It was told it was fix and it wasnt.
The game is pretty standard, and the English translations arent terrible. The only problem so far is that we cant see how much money we have because its hidden by the Dynamic Island.
Game is good overall. Only problem is sometimes the screen freezes on the ads when we try to press x. We know for a fact that its not our phone because we just got a new phone.
The area that displays how much cash you have is covered by the iPhones Dynamic Island. This make the game very difficult to play as you have no idea how much money you have.
