Did not realize that we had spent over 2 hours playing this game and we wanted to play more.
We have been a player of mytonas other game, Seekers Notes, for years. But we recently discovered this and love it so much. We really enjoy that it is more relaxing and not too many extra things going on in the game – just enough. And you can obtain nice rewards without having to play an unrealistic amount of time every day. We are in our 30s – please do not make all of the levels super easy for elderly people. We see a lot of people complaining because they are old and cant see the small things. Well, younger people play too and we enjoy the little challenge :) Thank you for this game.

This game STOLE progress and achievements we earned!! Levels we worked hard to get to!! Not to mention the money we spent getting those achievements!! Fix your game!! Give us our progress back.
Freezing issues, too many ads, energy doesnt last very long, etc if youre into that sorta thing this game is 100% for u. There are some things we cant really judge on, not sure if this is meant for offline play etc that we just have to look into.
We love the game. However, it can get very expensive to play!!! We may have to delete although we really enjoy the story line.
Hi. Brian here again. Im getting tired of something thats really making us uncomfortable every time: the blue dress in the Reception location every time. Reception location definitely needs to stop making us find the blue dress in the location. Its really uncomfortable for us.
Every time a new version/update comes out, we are starting over from the very beginning. We are done with this app. Also we have used the app for several years.
We like playing this game very much. However, the rewards we receive are very disproportionate to what we have to pay to get boosters, talismans, etc. 1 coin from friends, 5 coins here and there, while we pay 10s and hundreds of coins for energy, boosters, etc. Mytona, lets be more generous, please.
Game continues to freeze. Over and over. Time to delete.
We just did an update on the app and now we cant access our gifts because it freezes and we have to close and reopen the game to continue to play.
Day 3 and still no flowers in rooms to get for our quest.
We recently downloaded Ravenhill, a game we loved until it left some years back. We still enjoy, but our main complaint is it is impossible to obtain items to help such as time freezes and magnifying glasses. We dont mind paying, but the prices they ask for such a small amount of items is not tempting to us. We wish you had some special where it would be easier to purchase items needed with more than one time freeze or one magnifying glass. It is the same old items for sale day after day. Same with purchasing extra energy. Please consider offering more diverse packages for purchase.
Game could be better. Too many glitches and too much money is needed to compete in events. Do not waste your time or energy downloading this app unless another developer purchases it. Mytona is a greedy developer that has rigged the game to compel you into buying and spending a lot of money! We will never trust this company again! Theres no compensation for your money or energy when the app fails. We have already had to delete and download app four times in 3 weeks. Game has great players just lousy service and not good quality.
Was very happy when the game was reintroduced, and really liked the fact that the rewards given were great and because of this we were eager to play. How ever, we started noticing that the rewards have been reduced or completely removed, this has made the game rather aimless there is no real goal now.
It doesnt refill the energy when you level up, we can only play as long as we have that, then have to stop. Would like to level up faster, but cant.

Several years ago Mytona ended this game. Left many people with high levels hanging. Now they bring it back with no offers to restore our previous levels. Shame, shame.
We enjoy playing the game. Im a long time Seekers Notes player. Our biggest issue that keeps us from playing more is that the game keeps freezing. Mostly when trying to claim the rewards from the Order of the Lily competition. And not a mild freezing but enough that we have to exit the app repeatedly until we get so frustrated we just dont play it that day. Please fix the issue.
Very entertaining game. We loved it so much, the only thing we dont like which might make us delete the game is how difficult is to win. Some objects are literally invisible and thats not fair at all. Im not going to pay to win. Thats for naive people.

Yay! It's back! We missed this game, and so did some of our friends. Just wish the Facebook login worked, and the amount of energy we have to use would increase.
Boosters are horrible no helps work.
We were so so excited to see that you brought Ravenhill back. We were one of those diehard Ravenhill fans who played for years and kept it on our iPad hoping that one day you might bring it back for two reasons, we had invested a lot of time in the game, and as importantly we had invested a lot of money in the game. So we jumped for joy when we received notification a few months ago that an update was out. What brought us crashing down was it reset our game and wiped EVERYTHING OUT! At first we thought ok maybe they made significant changes to all the locations that warranted a reset. But now at level 60 so far having opened at least 12-14 locations nothing is different except the one of the new event locations. Now we can even almost be ok with starting over as it doesn't hurt to refresh the memory, HOWEVER, almost ALL the COINS and ASSETS we had WIPED OUT AS well were primarily from purchases that we received NO compensation for when the game was yanked the first time. So why shouldn't those of us that had the game still and did an update had our ASSETS rolled over.
Ravenhill was one of the games that kept us sane in the first year of the pandemic. Our guildmates were among our best friends and helped keep us sane. We were very sad to see it go when it shut down at the end of that year. But we are thrilled to have it back! The art in Ravenhill is beautiful, and vibe is supernatural steampunk. The characters are fun, with dialogue that occasionally contains touches of light humor, which we enjoy. The storylines are intriguing and move at a brisk pace. Occasional animated cut scenes add to the fun, but you can skip them if you want. There are several puzzles in addition to the hidden object scenes. A great guild makes playing much more fun. The Lily tournament happens weekly, and competing alongside our teammates is half the fun of the game. Our only complaint is that, due to the nature of the trapped in a mysterious small town premise, the number of search locations is very limited. And they are often unrelated to the storyline. For example, one of the main characters is a doctor and characters are often injured in monster attacks, but there is no Hospital search location. Seems like it wasnt thought out well. Nevertheless, we blinking love this game.
Love this game, just started playing and we also play Mytonas other seeker game. Strategically keeping us busy but enjoying the puzzles, stories, graphics, its all amazing.
How do you get prizes to find things you need. We dont seem to get any prizes at all. Its not very fun to play. Or maybe we dont understand the game.
We have been playing this game for several years, and even continued after it was shut down. So imagine our excitement when the developers decided to bring it back. That excitement was quickly turned into disappointment when we realized that the entire game had reset. We went from level 167 back to level 1. Lost our approximately 32,000 coins and numerous booster items. Achievements back to zero. All locations/puzzles were open and we were playing at virtuoso, expert or master in most of them. To say we were bummed would be an understatement. We decided to keep playing regardless and we would be willing to accept all that except there are several things in this reboot that make it less playable and almost as frustrating as losing all our progress. Energy now regenerates at 90 seconds instead of 30. We get a whopping 10 minutes of playtime before Im out of energy and its hours before Im back at 150. The puzzle games used to give you your energy back for successfully completing it; not anymore. What happened to the daily spinning wheel? We dont want to waste the few coins we have on boosters at this point. So its really hard to enjoy a game we had previously liked a lot. We know Im going to get the same cookie cutter response that all the others in our situation received for leaving similar reviews. But we still felt it necessary to speak up. We get that you want everyone to be on a level playing ground as the game reboots, but how about some appreciation for your longtime fans who have stuck around even when you abandoned the game? Id be happy with our coins back, even half of them. We think thats the most aggravating thing. Some of us paid actual money at some point and now we have nothing to show for it. Not a good look Mytona.

The biggest complaint we have is when we try to log into Facebook it come up that there is an error the developers are aware of. Please fix this bug because we would hate to lose progress.
This game has good graphics and we would like to see more challenges and more adventures. We love playing this game because it keeps our mind guessing and exploring different locations. Im very upset that this game is closing. This was the best game that we have ever played.
Please reconsider shutting this game down. We really enjoy it and have been playing for quite some time.
This is a fun, challenging, interesting and beautiful game. The very best game of its genre Ive found. Its the only game Ive ever spent a lot of money on (although you dont have to spend money to progress through Ravenhill). Im so disappointed its being shut down because we have enjoyed being in Ravenhill and will greatly miss it.

Closing it down dont bother to download played a year and now theyre shutting it down so dont download it.
Since we heard this app will be discontinued Ive tried Seekers Notes and it just does not even compare! We much prefer the locations and MUCH richer feel of Ravenhill. The only thing that will make us happy is that if the new release is BETTER than Ravenhill. Very sad to have to play Seekers instead (not nearly as nice as Ravenhill)…but our guild did make the transfer, so at least we can still keep in touch with our favorite people.

The tone deaf, greedy developers who wouldnt listen to feedback are now shutting the game down. This was a really great game but they ruined it with their greed. We are one of many WHO WILL NEVER DOWNLOAD OR PLAY ANOTHER GAME FROM MYTONA.
We like the game a lot yall have made it better we know that this virus hasnt helped but its better than any of the games Ive played its even more fun then a few months ago please dont take the game away we will be very heartbroken thank u very much.

Im so bummed out to hear that Ravenhill will no longer be available to play. This is one of our favorite hidden-objects games ever! We really hope mytona will reconsider keeping it. We dont know what else could even replace it! Anyway, we just wanted to say thank you to the developers and staff for the countless hours of fun, which we will surely miss.
This was a good game, but guess it didn't bring in enough $$ for greedy Mytona. Game cancelled. Mytona didn't even show enough respect for loyal players to continue support for the last weeks. Game is now so glitchy that no one can even finish it. Don't trust and dont play Mytona games.
We are leader of HarmonyForLives guild. We have been competitive for over a year much of the time at diamond level. We wont repeat all the complaints about changing the game from lives to energy at the start of the pandemic as you have very grudgingly made some changes to decrease that impact, or about the ongoing glitches with each frequent supposed improved update. However our big dissatisfaction with your company is your decision to drop tech support cold THREE MONTHS before ending the game. The glitches have been snowballing since then with repetitive losses of chat, incorrect scoring during the Order of the Lilies, and now the failure to start this Lilies competition tonight. You HAD a great product but now its degraded, and the lack of support is shameful. Overall it shows the Mytona company values do not include a true commitment to customer satisfaction. Our guild is very disillusioned with Mytona and is actively trialing other games as replacement, with Coastal Hill our most likely option. Many other Ravenhill players and guilds have migrated there as well. We encourage anyone considering this companys products to look elsewhere. This review may not post, but we at least have stated our opinion.
