Okay, so saying simple words like game is blocked. Having conversations is difficult in the game due to not being able to have proper flowing conversations.
If you want a game that is full of bugs, cheats and constant shut downs, this game is for you. If you want to spend lots of money only to be destroyed by wealthy players, this game is for you. If you want to see gradual declines in the variety of events and opportunities to obtain needed items, this game is for you. This is a pathetic game.

Well this game just went down it was going to be for only 1 hours we are going on over 3 hours now not knowing if our caslte is protected and a ton of money invested. These developers are not right! The reward is going to be 200 gold for what? 200 gold will do 0 and has no value at all when you a high level castle. We hope that our castle has protect by developers.
Hello, we have tried to get help many times now with gaining access to an account of ours that the developers/technicians have granted access to another individual that is trying to take our account from us. Everytime our response we get is that they need the receipt of first purchase on the account in order to validate ownership to get our account back. We feel this is a very poor choice of options in which to deem ownership of an account due to lack of ability of getting a receipt from years ago from no longer having access to the said email that the receipt was delivered. There are many other options and ways to go about validating rightful ownership to an account examples: requesting one to provide proof by video and or screenshots of other purchases made on accounts over a period of extended time that nobody had reported account to be stolen and or hack and we all know that a server-sides application has full capability to look back at report claims made within the life of the account given the fact they are even asking for the first purchase receipt made on the game. Another example being that a player deciding to not want to play the game anymore and decides to give the account to someone else and or sell it to someone else and proof could be given of the transfer of ownership by screenshots of given conversations between receiving party and current owner. Im addition to those options you could also ask for proof of payment if account be sold to an individual that would set new purchased ownership by obvious decision of owner receiving payment and accepting. In our particular case not one time did any one of our attempts to regain access to our account did we even nice get offered an additional method of verification or validation in which we be the owner to our account we are telling them we’ve been kicked off from and given the fact that we’ve even shown proof of conversation of this person contacting Age of Kings support representative/technician/developer talking to them and trying to say they are the owner of our account when they in fact ARE NOT the owner and after stating this to them, access was still given to this person! This problem is huge given the fact that lack of customer service and more than one way of validation requirements arent made and not just a request for a receipt that who knows if they had also gained access to that owners email and was able to get there hands on the first purchase receipt with knowledge that this is what is to only be requested. The fact that we have spent huge money within this game as well as others, youd think that higher precautions and protocols would be in order. We are VERY unhappy with this problem we are currently experiencing and to be very honest we are appalled at the fact that AGE OF KINGS support is now paying near no care to help us with this matter but clearly on top of helping this THIEF gain access to our ACCOUNT!
Just updated the game and now it does not work! We can not even log in! We are using an iPhone X so our operating system should be good. This is unacceptable!
This is a great game for players who like simplistic strategy types mixed with a somewhat pirate aspect to it. We think this game is great mainly because it teaches players how to cooperate and most importantly in the game would be to cause chaos. But if you want to really get in to it that may come at a price for most players since the rate of time it takes you to lvl up is greater as you start it slowly starts to become more difficult to grow as your castle grows so the only logical way to get stronger is to buy things for the game so you can keep up with other players. We been trying to log in for the past six hours game still says server maintence what the deal. Some dont have shields to last that long. We hope you guys put an auto shield on the ones who dont have shields.

Since google no longer support game after April who will be the new server or will age of kings be deleted all together very frustrating . What are the plans with age of kings.
To bad this game doesnt have a server anymore. Spent 3 years building our rank evidently for nothing.
We LOVED this game when it first came out and then it became apparent that in order to play and have fun you needed to spend hundreds of dollars to even have a fair battle. Sadly Im not exaggerating when we say hundreds. We spent some money trying to get ahead to have fun but then one person would destroy us and then it would take all week to rebuild just to be attacked again and start over. Would be nice if you could battle within a similar strength so its even and more challenging but not gonna happen. Sadly deleted the game.
Havent been able to access the game all day. Yesterday was kill event and no one in the kingdom k75 could deploy troops (attacking, farming, killing monsters and dragons). Not sure if this was isolated to our kingdom or whether it affected all kingdoms. Heard another game by the same devs will no longer be around (Blood Tyrant). Is this one the next to go? Hopefully not because apart from the typical game glitches, it is a decent game.
To start this game doesnt get a star rating in our book. When we first started this game back in 2016 with some coworkers of ours the game was fun and enjoyable. Players had nothing to worry about really besides shielding from invaders on kill events. We quit over 6 months ago due to players that cheated and bot accounts; even though the developers said there was no cheating or bot accounts in the game. Every other week there was an epic castle that would come to our kingdom and wipe out everyone who wasnt shielded outside of a kingdom kill event, which is clearing crap in our book. We started back up on this game less than a few weeks ago and there has been three new updates and one was to add a new hero called Sphinx which the hero takes your troops for good. So not only do you loss resources you now loss troops and thats all the epic players do and wipe out everyone take the resources and troops and gain a great amount of power in a short amount of time. The developers do nothing about this and they say weve made the game for everyone in fair play and theres no cheating or bot accounts in the game. This is a lie and they allow this to happen so they can keep filling their pockets with cash and not listen to the players because they only want to listen to the cash roll in. No matter what actual players say or do they will keep getting robbed and it forces them to quit because of people that dont care about the players, but only their self gain so we hope other people read this and not download this game because of crappy customer service, developers and down right unfair game play.
If you enjoy never doing anything on your own and just following a tutorial for an hour this is the game for you. All you do is tap the quest and tap the object and press upgrade. How is this even a game.
We’ve played this game a few months now and have had several problems. When addressed with customer service. No resolution is made to the customer. This last problem is why we are writing a review. The game offers rewards. Then when you spend many of your resources and gold to receive the rewards. Only to find the rewards have been changed. Back and forth with customer service for a couple of weeks and they still blame the customer. Additional problems: unfair to iOS users. All updates are a week behind for iOS users. Which leads you at an unfair disadvantage. One item can take all your troops and resources that they make readily available for heavy spenders. Translation algorithm is very poor. Game crashes and lags with certain events. And troop can disappear from randomly.
Este juego es adictivo. Tiene muchas formas de crecer sin comprar tanto. Aunque es mas lento. Pero puede mejorar. Una de las formas es que expliquen los eventos o cambios que hagan. Pueden crear un Blog donde cada ves que ponen algo nuevo lo notifiquen y as sabemos todos. Ademas de poder obtener heroes de forma mas simple ya que complican mucho eso y hablando de heroes. Busquen una forma de que sepamos las habilidades y a que posicin pertenece estos heroes ya que para saber hay que buscar mucho y eso hace que perdamos el tiempo. IMPORTANTE los Moderadores nunca pero nunca contestan los mensajes que les escribimos. Aun no conozco a alguien a quien le contestaran. Deben vigilar el sentir de todos los jugadores ya que gracias a nosotros ustedes siguen aqu.

Definitely not what we expected packs are waay too expensive theres no starter packs thats kinda sad and we wont recommend this game to our friends theres better ones out there sorry.
Its fun, played on several servers. Itd be more motivating if you didnt have to spend funds to move up faster. Seems like the smaller you are the more difficult it is, to wanna play. Some ppl cant afford to spend tons of money on this type of game format. People are interesting, but the game is difficult to enjoy at times. Its be nice if you were rewarded more often. Without having to be motivated to spend money to get rewards.
Its a nice game and we would really be happy playing it IF we could switch between our two accounts without having to uninstall and reinstall EVERY TIME we WANT TO SWITCH!!! Fix this and Ill give you a better railing.

The game shows a lot of promise and different ways to keep a player engaged. Hopefully with more popularity the game will evolve to its full potential. A little lagged at times but that’s only from the massive interaction allowed between players but overall fun.
Fun good if got 20$ if not look for a different game.

We’re being robbed after buying fearless plate armor and the boots, but never received these items. They won’t answer our inquiries or nothing… Very lame way to run a Business, we’re very disappointed in Heavenly Games…

We have put over a years work and a decent, we mean decent amount of $$ into our castle. As of 9 days ago, in the middle of a teleport during a KVK event, we no longer have access to our castle. We have messaged customer service daily with little or no response, let alone any answers about why. We just get that it’s been handed to the relevant department. Blah blah blah. This game has robbed us of a decent chunk of money and time. If we do get our castle back, we will give it a better review, but until then, save your money and don’t waste your time. It’s sad because it’s actually a fun game. They just don’t seem to care to help you solve THEIR game problems.
Game was fun until the bullying began. Lots of degrading, name calling, and persecution… Deleted on both our devices and won’t play again.
This is a cool game! It takes some getting used to in order to play it, but overall… Pretty great game! (I still like clash of clans tho)
