Roleplay in any scenario you can imagine, with artificial intelligence creating infinite possibilities for your character to interact with. Lead an army fighting back an alien invasion, or be a mythical detective investigating the attempted assassination of the fairy queen. Be the Dungeon Master in your own Dungeons and Dragons campaign. AI Dungeon is the first ever artificially intelligent open-ended text-based role playing game (rpg) adventure game. It uses cutting edge artificial intelligence technology to generate infinite content on the fly, giving you a completely unique and dynamic experience every time you play. AI Dungeon is also the first app to use the Stable Diffusion in-app for image generation (similar to other AI image generators like Midjourney and Dall-e 2).

We cant believe they have this on mobile now. Theres no need for mobile games or other pointless entertainment. Peak human invention peak humanity.
We love this app because we dont have to pay monthly and theres no ads.
Its very impressive how well this AI bounces ideas around and back at you. We wouldnt call it a full player of a game of D&D, but it can really help flesh out story ideas and see how situations might happen.
It has so much potential for any story or self made dnd style story how you can basically make your own world where you can be or do anything you can imagine its very customizable you can play worlds that have been made so the story is already driven toward what your looking for and its has bugs every now and then but thats mostly user error in our experience we have had entire 37 page storys that evolve into anything you can imagine or want. So overall we love this app if you play games to get away from life and do things you cant or arent brave enough, ect to do then this is for you and the so will also do lots so its not full your choice with makes it better in our opinion but if you dont like what the air put your can undo and wait until it makes a good sentence that satisfies you or you can just write it the possibilities are nearly endless.
Fun to play and mess around with.
We love this game because you can do pretty much anything in it. The ai needs corrections at times but other than that we love it. We joined the ai dungeon community 2 years ago and cant get enough. Please continue to update.

This app is absolutely fascinating. We heard about this from a professor and it has exceeded our expectations, the AI used within this app is beyond anything we’ve seen before! It offers a unique experience for those looking for an adventure wether it be for D&D or just a choose your own adventure game, it delivers. The interface is user friendly with a guidebook that can answer the main majority of questions. It delivers tools for the user to build a story they want to participate in. You can create your own worlds and scenarios with tons of different options for creators to choose from. If anything more options/tools for creators and such would be welcome. The creator community is great with endless worlds and scenarios for others to explore. There are tons of genres ranging from Fantasy to Zombie Apocalypse. For those who dont want to pay the monthly premium subscription it isnt necessary you can still have all the fun of premium with the base game. As a fellow game developer we appreciate what the developers are doing here with AI and we hope they continue to further and better this amazing product over time.

We had fun with this, but we just didnt use it. So, we emailed the support team and asked them to cancel our account. We didnt receive a response and forgot about it. A year later, we noticed that we had continued to be charged. We forwarded our email to the customer support again. This time they replied, they apologized and refunded all of money.
This app lets you simulate how something might turn out, so if you are like and have a TV show you like, make more episodes!!

When playing the AI often messes up but AI Dungeon offers a retry button and an undo and redo button which helps out. We really like all the setting options and have never had an easier experience :D.
We love this app and we do apologize for our previous statements. However, with the new updates, the ai bot doesnt make any sense based off of what the story is. We typed up a memo for it to remember and it always goes the opposite way or it isnt detailed/ doesnt finish its sentences. Is there a way to fix this?
Occasionally the AI is a bit buggy but thats to be expected as AI isnt 100% fool proof. Despite some goofy ai it has lead to some entertaining encounters. Super easy way to explore and attempt to role play.
We play this game a lot, we would say that its one of our favorite games on the app store, and the AI has improved greatly since we first started playing, we are a western movie fan, so this game would be nearly perfect to us if it had a western quick start option, sure we can easily make a custom one, but it would be convenient if we could very quickly start one.
Limitless options and so much fun definitely recommend.
We like using Ai dungeon, we’ve been a user since around 2022 and our complaints are minimal. We would prefer a switch to not see advertisements for ai dungeon premium.

Welp, went into a Fantasy land, entered a living Skeletons home that had CNN playing on the TV, then proceeded to get sexually assaulted by said skeleton. We just wanted to turn him human, then he literally tried to r*** us. (4 letter R word, yall know it). We wish we were joking, anyways, we give 3 stars because theres this tiny issue thats annoying us where at some point Id become a side character and start talking to our main character we created. Just the problematic nature of AI, clearly someone fed the AI that scenario multiple times in order for it to go a very predatory and NSFW route that we quite literally couldnt stop no matter what input (story element) we put in. Like the skeleton took over our story.
The concept is fantastic and we would really love for this app to perform better, but unfortunately it doesnt work very well. We have the free version, as a membership fee is ridiculous, and it is very lackluster. The AI comes up with strange responses that do not connect or make sense and we have to hit the retry button about 3-10 times before getting an acceptable response. We had some fun and will continue to try it out, but it seems quickly to be turning into us writing a story to try help the AI along we want a response driven story that we dont have to worry about every little detail.
The concept is very exciting, however most small menus are not responsive with the talkback built into iOS. It would be great if this got worked on to make this a fun entry game for the visually impaired.

It is a good game but we would enjoy it more if the AI understood what we were trying to say.
They dumbed down the ai that makes the stories so ultimately the new responses are dull, repetitive, and short this makes us sad because we really enjoyed ai dungeon and cant seem to get the same spark in our experience with it anymore.
Its set up great but first, the idea of paying to make the AI process faster implies throttling it down for the free version. 3$ doesnt immediately rewrite software. Also the AI takes too much initiative, we say we walk away, it tells us we walk a block hail a taxi and drive off? Its fun for 10-15mins until it keeps contradicting the flow you want and then its just fun to mess with it like the free Google Chat bot. Good concept but have the developers actually played it? Not just tested it but tried to play?
