We LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH IM SK BROKE IN IT BUT ITS SO FUN.
We are obsessed with this game but it often glitches out in the middle of a game and deducts the 10 energy points we used. We opened the app today and got rewarded 5,000 coins 10 gems and 75 energy. We closed the app and re opened it 5 minutes later to play and we were at 2,995 coins 0 jems and 50 energy when it was at 125 energy ????? We had 8,000 something coins and it also it took them. Current jems we had also. And it randomly resets the calendar where you log in every day. Also the game needs to put the food farther from eachother or be able to put it back or undo. Because im constantly mis clicking.
We really love this game but we have been playing it since it came out and we beat all the levels a long time ago. However they used to have tournaments every weekend so at least we could play more levels. We see the new chefs thing but we dont need money we have so much so its pointless for us. Please bring back the weekly tournaments. Also only a handful of airports were ever opened in the tournament. Please make some of the other airports the tournament. Otherwise there is nothing left to do on this game.
This game is so fun to play! We agree with everyone else about it being too expensive though. Also, the passengers remarks are very off putting and unnecessary. Wish there was a way to hear the food prep indicators and warnings and turn off the passenger comments.
Takes forever to get fuel back up. Updating now and maybe it will be faster.
Are you all right, airplane chef? We just opened the Tokyo airport. A few days ago, we played the twenty-fifth level. Suddenly, the fuel changed a lot while playing. We thought the plane chef sent it for free. As a result, we clicked on the Tokyo Airport and returned it directly to the first level. We just hit the 14th level yesterday, and today we went straight back to the fifth level. Deduct our gold coins, the upgraded things are all in white, and the gold coins are gone. Are you all right? When will you repair the server? We can't stand it. We're uninstalling it.
- Fuel/ lives generate very slowly so if you want to play more than a few minutes you have to pay to play or watch endless ads 2. Even if you play an hour or more you will not earn enough in game currency to progress in the game (redeem the game currency for upgrades to planes or purchase new locations It was not always this way. Nordcurrent has made this game terrible. We used to make in-game purchases; but now that we realize the greedy turn this game has paid, we will not do that anymore. This company does not care about customer experience nor do they appreciate their customers.
We enjoy games that involve cooking but this right here is one of our new favorites !! Its different and we like that , and its challenging so its not boring at all because you have to be on point to make coins and buy new stuff !! We like it a lot , wish there was a few more planes to cook with because after the same one or two its like you did it all already.
Well-made game! But am we the only one having server issues? Game kept restarting mid-level and sometimes wont load at all. Server issues with Happy Clinic as well.
We think this game have good feeling to us but they have many problems such as when you play games you are exit suddenly. And to eat players reward we think they need to change.
This game is addictive and so much fun! Its a challenging game that will have you playing for hours. We love it and would recommend. Totally worth it.

It's fun, but there are always a lot of bugs. After this update, we lost a lot of game progress.
This game would be great if it werent for the bugs. It constantly kicks you out of a game in progress to try to get you to buy in-app purchases. It will even do this when you are pretty far along, and will make you lose multiple levels of progress and upgrades. It constantly says there is no internet when there is. We think the glitchiness is purposeful to try to get you to pay for upgrades, but we honestly wouldnt even trust it to keep the items you paid for.
Not necessarily a review on the game but the ads they run between games are wild, some of the games they promote are so off putting. We dont like domestic violence as much as the next person but idk if we want to see ads of girls running away from Abusive relationships and being stuck in a shack with broke windows. Ijs.
We enjoy this game, but we dont see the purpose of earning coins when you need gems to make upgrades. We have completed all levels with three stars and we have 6,498,702 coins. Whenever a new airport is installed, we will still have to purchase gems to complete the airport. We can still play the older airports, but you can only play 5 games before you have to buy more gas-which requires more coins.
Your game actually crashes more then any game Ive ever played, we cant even finish a level without it crashing.
So frustrating, the disconnecting and and server issues. May have to delete the game if it isnt fixed soon. Its frustrating to lose items because of a disconnect.

The connection is unstable all the time, it always shows come back in 15 minutes. The fuel and coins sometimes just missing. The game itself has so much fun but the internet connection is really poor.
After collecting so much money, can you repair your junk server? The network is so rotten that the server is so rotten that it can't play the game well, right? Did you charge so much money just to see a server suddenly popped up unresponsive? Are you serious.
For whatever reason, the app crashes and restarts when there is a lot of tasks going on. Ive lost diamonds and gold from this. Just before writing this review, we were playing the race in Tokyo and its crashed in the middle of the round! This is frustrating. Please fix this bug ASAP. Thanks.
Cannot start the game all day. What is going on.
Originally, this was a very fun and exciting game. As a result, without Krypton, one cannot play at all. No, Krypton gold can't play at all.we hope zero krypton players can also easily play.
We sent an invite to our fianc. He downloaded and started playing however, we didnt get our gems for sending the invite and him downloading the gam. Ive been playing this game for about two or three years. We have spent money on gems. We never receive the 30 gems daily like you said we would and we never received gems for him (fianc) not our daughter so either youre lying to get customers to play your game or its a scam. Not spending any more money until we begin to see our additional gems added.

PFFT we are not asking for giveaways and luck, we are asking for no more FUEL like Cooking Fever! Also PLEASE add experience so when we level up we earn coins and gems. And please RETURN coins to levels. Its so hard to earn coins now, when we grind for smiles on levels ive already done before, we barely earn 100 coinsHOW am we supposed to get coins now? This game became worse than cooking fever, and cooking fever adding shards was the cream of the crop. Im not quitting but im not spending. We REGRET how we bought from this money hungry company. We will say it again, EVERYONE would agree that fuel needs to go and so does Airbucks, we want to earn the amount of coins we should be getting. We didnt upgrade the food just for the currency we earn in levels NOT to be coins. Original review This game has the best graphics, mechanics, sounds, and good and culture! BUT the fuel throws us off. We could care less about gems, thats what TOURNAMENTS are for. However, we also play cooking fever and fuel doesnt exist, we bust our butt to play tons of levels at night just to win the gems and coins and is it worth it? YES! We dont have to spend money. In this game, the gems arent that bad, but the FUEL is. Just take it out, you have enough games that need energy. Cooking games arent meant to need energy, they are levels, why should we pay fuel for ones we ALREADY beat? Oh wait because you guys dont want us to grind smiles for gems. Also please revert back to the old way of coins, airbucks is stupid and makes coins even harder to get now.
This game used to be really fun but now you have to watch ads after finishing a level even if youve made purchases in the past, which they used to promise meant youd never get ads unless you chose to anymore. Now theyre asking for money to skip ads, but why should we trust that.
Updated the app this morning (8/31), and it keeps saying "check the internet connection" when we're playing the games and we're standing right next to the router. The advertisement videos run perfectly, ZERO INTERRUPTIONS WHEN ADS ARE RUNNING, but the games are interrupted every customer you serve. Highly recommend a fix.
(This is gonna be a long one but if you want an accurate review of the game you should read it!) we really love this game, have had it on multiple devices and it has always ran smoothly. The graphics are nice, there arent as many places to cook at or airports to unlock as there are in cooking fever, but theres still a good amount, and they say more areas are in the works. Theres also a lot of things you can unlock and a bunch of foods to cook which also enhances the experience, and another good thing is that the different foods are pretty accurate to the location of the airport. We just have two issues with the game. While it is fun and all, the gems are a big issue and Ive noticed a lot of other reviews talk about the gems as-well and how its not exactly super easy to get them. (Cooking fevers gem problem is so much worse than airplane chefs, but it could still use some work.) While you can get gems by beating all of the levels of one airport, daily rewards, achievements/tasks or inviting your friends to play, the problem is that whenever you actually need to spend gems on upgrades to beat levels, theyre so expensive for so little gems you actually earn. Whenever you earn them from daily rewards, youd only get 1 or 2 gems, and you barely even get the gem prize for 31 days of logging in each month. You dont get that many gems from the prize you get whenever you max all levels of an airport, neither do you get that many gems from completely achievements. It gets really really hard to keep progressing in the game when most of the upgrades start to cost ridiculous amounts of gems when we get so little! But even with all of that, theres a way bigger problem with the fuel situation. Theres also a lot of people talking about this, so we thought Id include our thoughts on it. Basically, to play any levels of airplane chefs, you need to have fuel in your tank. You start off with 100 fuel whenever the tank is full, and each level costs 10 fuel to play. So you can only play 10 levels before your tank is empty and it has to re-fuel, but the issue is, it takes such an incredibly ridiculous amount of time to refuel. It takes about 12 minutes for 1 fuel in your tank which is just so surreal, and you cant really relax and play the game for hours on end like some would like to do. Instead, we can only play for about 30 minutes before we have to sit down and wait for it to fill back up again which takes a very long time. You can earn fuel by watching ads or daily rewards or beating levels, but you really dont get that much to keep playing for as long as youd probably want to. We wish they would make it at least take less time for it to refuel, like 12 minutes for 1 fuel? Really? Its going to make people want to quit the game because they cant even play it as much as theyd like. If we were a developer, Id make 10 minutes=20 fuel. Meaning you can take a break for 30 minutes and be able to play 6 levels, way better than what it was before. Id like to play the game for longer but you cant really do that if your fuel tank takes years to re fill itself. Anyway, aside from that, the game is great, just those two issues that made us take off a star from our rating. These issues we think shouldve been fixed by now considering how long this game has existed. If the owners of the game see this, please take note and listen to the advice all of the other reviews are giving you. Its going to make your game better, and less people will quit. Im no game developer or anything but thats just our opinion, thank you for reading.
We really enjoy this game and the chances it gives to earn through watching ads rather than spending actual money. Lately, however, it will not stay connected to the server overnights (USA Time.) And if we restart the game, it still takes the energy out even though we were unable to play the game. App stays connected in the daytime but every time we open it overnight, we cant play at all.
Occasionally the app is force closing during a level meaning it uses fuel for a level you cant complete and have to restart the level.
Its a good game, but the more times they updated it, the more technical issue showed such as not able to watch ad or you watched it and it showed the reward cannot be claim, and you close it down, reopens it, the rewards are gone. There were other issues like the game froze during the time you were playing and you just lost fuels for no reason or it kept showing connection lost when your Wi-Fi is functionally super well. Ive submitted several complains and asked for help with those issues, but all they said is we need better device to play the game! And they were not even trying to resolve it or compensate our lost fuels, what a disappointing services.
Achievements such as 'compress trash 300 times' and 'blend something 500 times' do not count properly in Mexico City.
Just downloaded the new version and every few seconds the game blanks and says to check our internet connection. Our internet connection is just fine so it seems like there is a bug in this new version. You cant complete a game because it happens every few seconds. Thought it might just be new city but checked other cities and its happening all over this app. We ran several internet tests and our connection is stable and very fast for downloads and uploads.
This game is awesome but the way the fuel system works is stupid but besides that this is a assome game.
