We had the game running in good condition and then it changed to error reload continuously. We deleted and reloaded the game and it doing the same thing, cant even put in a support ticket for help.
We’ve always been drawn and obsessed with the Atlantis legend. So as soon as we saw the as, we just had to download. We got through it pretty fast! We have one question tho, is it possible to open the other islands back up? (Idk what else to call them.) the imagery is beautiful and would love to explore them more. If not, we totally get it! We were wondering.
Knocking things out of your way requires too much energy. The daily limit is too low. You can make 5 moves then go make some energy with the side game and you can make another 2 moves. So you log on and make a total of 7 moves. And thats it, nothing else to do. Thats NOT FUN! We dont want to buy a pack EVERY Day! Lower amount of energy to knock things down. Raise daily limit. Give more ways to earn energy.
Always waiting on an update or server is under construction. Not very well thought out before release.
They allow you to cut down about 4 trees before your energy runs out and you have to wait. Not worth our time.
We really enjoyed the game,until Im stuck on level 15 cant do anymore further, hope you can do something about it…
As others have noted, the waiting time between completing the beginning to the update is unacceptably long. And having completed the update, we really dont want to wait another several weeks for the next one. Take a hint from the developers of Lilys Garden; there is a weekly update. And the cost of bushwhacking, compared to the number of energy points that can be stored without paying for them is also unacceptable, and continues to worsen as the game progresses. The biggest disappointment, as far as energy points go, is that the number that can be passively accumulated seems to cap at 92. In the update, that will allow you to remove one or two obstacles, period. A more reasonable progression would be to continue to increase passive energy storage throughout, and to be less expensive in the removal of obstacles. We understand that the objective of releasing any game is to make money. But it would be wise, in order to keep your audience, to be less greedy about it.
Reached level 15 and now Im stuck and the screen wont let us do anything! Very disappointed and upset if Im going to have to delete app and lose what we accomplished and have to re-install!
We cant even begin the game. Every time we open the app it says it cant load and to reload it and it never works. We have deleted it and redownloaded it 5 times but the app will still not start.
We started this game from another game watch video & get rewards so after a few times we thought give it a whirl within the 1st hour of playing we thought to delete as we just wasnt connecting with it at first but something nag us to play on we spent some cash on hoping to get a lil farther in the game the beginning was a bit boring but once we freed the keeper it drew us in more we spent more cash to get the gems we needed to read the story now Im at the giants only to be told wait … So we waited a few hours went back waited more hours then read in chats how some have been waiting weeks… WHAT!!! Im now really dedicated to this spent much $$$ to be stuck … How sadly disappointing this is … We hope our wait is no more than a week at best because we will loose interest & move on…. You have a great game here so please do not disappoint what seems like a good following.
We love this game just waiting for the update to keep playing No more worlds to go to yet activate the giants is were it ended.
Love this games and the holiday bonus islands. We wish there was a way to go back to previous islands to farm items. Im currently at what we are assuming the end of the current available game (waiting for the bridge and statues to come together) and it would be good to be able to go back to other islands to find the bonus jars. Other than that great game.
Im having fun, but we cant figure out how to collect water. Anyone?

The game is pretty good. As other have said the wait for the giants has been unfortunate. The new update was promised and came but was completely separate from the actual game. Still waiting on those giants to activate. The thanksgiving portion was about a 3/5.

We really like this game. But you only get 1 minute to play It’s to frustrating.
Played until we reached the giants only to find out the developers didnt bother to finish the game. They have been working on it for over a month. Im done waiting. Oh and they dont allow you enough farm plots to grow enough to make animal feed.
When are you going to make it available to go back to previous locations for further clearing? Other than that, its a pretty good game.
We love playing this game but it has become too expensive to play. The energy doesnt take you too far even with all the additional quest or games that you play. Developers need to increase the energy otherwise they will lose more players.
We enjoy games of this type but this one is seriously stingy. We cant play for more than 2 or 3 minutes before we have to start spending gems that we have to buy with real money. Its also an awful long time between levels that will increase our playing points. Its very discouraging to a new player. We understand wanting to make money and we will spend money on a game we enjoy but sadly thats not this one. Too bad.
The game isnt loading and we’ve reinstalled the game and its doing the same thing.
Been playing for years. Loved this game and the adventures. But a couple weeks ago we got stuck in the daily land trying to get resources and the game told us we needed to reinstall. Did so and we lost everything. Sent in a ticket and never heard back. Sad!
9 adds to purchase energy and such BEFORE the game even loads. Im not impressed.
We love this game, but when we purchased the gold pass, the money was taken from our account, but we did not receive the benefit of purchasing the pass.

Glitch in new update when finishing the Halloween adventure it automatically closes every time and the game is stuck there.
Too much chatting that you have to skip. Its annoying . Reduce the dialogue.
We had been playing this game for a few months and started purchasing power. Soon after, we were being charged extra on top of our purchases. We got a refund and complained. Today, we got charged $29.99 and we wasnt even playing and have not signed up for any reoccurring charges. Only reason we catch this fraud is that we get notified any time there is a deduction to our credit card.
We loved the game in the beginning, but as you get caught up in it (it is addictive) the updates ruined it, the cost to play versus energy makes it impossible to enjoy. Customer service seems not to care, just want money. We deleted.
The game starts out great and for a long time it was. Been playing it for a long time. However, the use of energy sky rocketed up and to get energy hasnt kept up. You now get Special Deals every where you turn and the deals are very expensive. We have spent a lot of money on this game, and like we said, we use to love it. Now, its the same games islands over and over, as well as other islands are almost the same but more obstacles cost more and more energy. Case in point, the diamonds shot up from to over 150 energy points where it use to be only 50. We understand they want to make money on the games, but to do this for fans, not so good. All in all, it use to be fun, but its getting old.
Just downloaded this game and you cant play long because run out of energy.
We get upgrading the game. But this game as much as we love. Is getting ridiculous. So many updates and changes it takes 70 point to get rid of one thing or 20 diamonds to get one on the main page but Im at level 102 and no matter what you do you max it at 92 points thats two turns now just absolutely ridiculous. We no longer recommend.

The last big update completely ruined the game. They want to make money over making the game fun and thats so clear with the way they changed everything. Everything takes so much more energy than it used to. All the tasks are so much work that we dont even try. We used to give this game so much of our time and money but now that its become obviously greedy, we cant bring myself to even want to play it anymore. Check out your Facebook page. Everyone else is feeling the same and youre going to lose a lot of longtime players because of the obvious greed.
We’ve loved this game for a while. In the early versions, it cost irrational amounts of energy to accomplish anything and, because energy refilled so slowly, it took days to make basic steps. That issue got fixed eventually and it became more realistic to meet the goals. The new update undid that correction. The trading ports and all of that are awesome. The concept of the totems are awesome. The amount of energy required to actually harvest/mine all the materials necessary for crafting items to fulfill Francos (and the balloons) orders has swung back into the category of almost impossible. The issue was fixed once, so we are holding out hope it is fine tuned once again.
Sure, this Game has some quality in the art and the vastness of the map. There’s plenty to do. And this is where they get you. They don’t give you enough resources to actually play the game. Oh wait, they do in the beginning. Actually, in the beginning they give you more resources then you actually need. 10 things start to slow down. They basically remove any hope of gathering materials on your own. To unlock the ability to sell any of your items for a restricted amount of money allowed to be earned you have to watch at least for videos. Basically the game deadlocks unless you have money to pay out. And we’re not talking about a small amount of money. You have to keep feeding the game with money to even play. It’s not very well balanced, like like any other game distributed by this company. Personally, we want to game that we can play and actually earn what we need at least fulfill the daily quests. Without having to purchase something. That way we can come in and play once a day and then when we have the money to, I’d be happy to purchase more than just a daily quests. But not being able to come in daily and enjoy the game is frustrating. Because, even when you do make a purchase it’s gone within 10 minutes.. So unless you want to be paying daily for energy and supplies, steer clear of this particular game and any of this company’s game. After all, all the ones we’ve played from them have been the same way. Which is why we keep deleting them. For some reason we keep having hope they’ll do it differently in a new release.
- Deleting our negative reviews -twice- is not ethical or professional 2. There are too many game resources to download 3. Too many dialogues to skip 4. The latest updates just ruined the fun for me.
A lot of people are not happy with the latest update we like that you opened another land, but the things that you changed like getting orders for Franco is harder now and you dont level up as quick. It really needs to go back to the way it was because we cannot build up our energy like we could be for the update. Im really seriously thinking of quitting this game.

We love this game. Been playing it for a while now. We love the challenges that come with the new update. The only problem is that we cant get enough ore to even have a chance to complete the tasks. Especially mithril ore. So many of the tasks and items require it and every time you collect it you only get one piece of ore. Its virtually impossible. Please fix this so we can really enjoy it.
Takes too much energy to do anything, we bought energy and its gone so fast and we barely got anywhere. This could be very fun if you could actually play and enjoy not constantly looking for energy.
