Winning ratio of our agent is 64%. Many comments about rigged dice are not true since our ai agent is nearly a master player.

Dice rolls are completely one sided in favor of the computer. Way to many ads.
Too many ads and doesnt count pips but overall, a fair offline app.
Too many doubles for the computer or exact numbers to send you to the bar. Should be truly random. Still fun for a beginner to learn the basic moves and some strategy.
Ive been playing backgammon using four different apps for several years. Our rating on this game only is 33%. Usually we average in the 80s on every other app. Have we offended the computer somehow. We might play a few more games out of curiosity then Ill be better able to decide whether we should just give it up. Amazing.
Game is fixed, opponent gets doubles consistently. It is totally an unfair game. There is no skill needed when opponents get doubles 4 times per game or more. You cannot beat that. They throw you a bone once in a while you might win.
Great game but it seems that the computer is almost always in luck with the dice.
Real unfair Game, must be random not computer wanted moves for its good.
This game is really challenging for us.
Super easy to play. Great for travel.
Fun game but ads after every game! Also the ads come one second after game s over & theres no time to see how much you won or lost. We dont even know if you can play the same opponents. Other games give you time to ask for a rematch. The last thing we dislike is having to choose the doubling amount before you can start a game. Make changes because the game is good. We love choosing the board design, the pip and dice colors.
Just downloaded it and played about 10 times. We love it so far. And the fact that we dont need internet connection is awesome.

Finally a backgammon app that isnt rigged. Moving pieces is a little clunky but the dice are fair. Which is better than other games like lord of the board which is totally rigged. Overall a good game.

Still enjoy playing the cheating AI because we dont know anyone who knows how to play this game anymore.
Was up to over a million dollars and 36 level tablet crashed had to start over on new device.
We want you to look us in the eye and tell us the computer doesnt get the best dice rolls or the exact number to send us to the bar. We understand if its random but this is every single game. Every single time.
Other than locking up the play is fast.
Im enjoying the app so far. Our only gripes, completing every move with a check. Sometimes it has us thinking we pressed a wrong button. Also how to go back to reset our name.

This is the first time we were compelled to write a review, First of all let us start by saying that we have played all the other backgammon apps on the App Store, that being said this one was the one App where we lost constantly, due to the Computer/Ai Cheating the hell out of the Dice. Please at least let us W we N 1 game out of 4…… Damnnnnnnnn.
Not random dice tosses, we were looking for a game to play to decompress from the day. This is not it for us-doesnt even give you a chance. When you begin to win it comes back with a vengeance and the dice will not come up your way. Deleting it.
We do not like that there is NO TIME LIMIT.. A person can opt to not roll and you cant do nothing about it.. We are going to delete this game because of this.
The dice roll what other players needs every time.
We hope not. We just quit another backgammon game because it was rigged. So far this one seems ok. Still learning its features.
If the computer needs a number, it will ALWAYS get that number…maybe 2% of time wont roll what it needs to put u on the bar… Cool game, just seems rigged.
We think the user interface is very nice. Wonderful way to learn backgammon. We like it that when you touch a piece you get a visual indication of the valid landing spots. It saves games in progress too. Once the game seemed to hang so we force quit the app and when we restarted it the game resumed. However, too many games start with dice values of 3 and 1. This is an indication that care has not been taken with properly seeding the random number generator.
We love this game our son and we are learning how to play and its the best game and its very cool.
Its as good as any other backgammon. Enjoy it.
Level of play is pretty challenging, which is great, but whats super annoying is trying to move the chips. Drag and drop works only a fraction of the time It allows you to lift a drag opponents chips?! Single tap works only sometimes, making you want to double tap, which sometimes exhausts both of your moves Single tap feature is also annoying in that if you hover your finger above the screen too long, the game makes an unwanted move for you.
RIGGED RIGEED RIGGED How is it that we lose just about every time? The opponent magically get the dice it needs when it needs it. What a joke. We are good at this game and we cant win. RIGGED is an understatement. You have 1 left to go. Your opponent has 3 and they magically pull the doubles they need to win. After you of course doubled the bet. Happens so often this game has to be RIGGED RIGGED RIGGED.
