Bug fix – In all game types except 2-player on-line the player decks were not being shuffled at the beginning of the game.

Great all around. Very realistic to board game version.
Update: Fixed! Highly recommended! Great game!… But iap of expansion gives an error on our device and we can’t purchase.
This game is awesome, it has such a timeless feel. It has something almost every type of boardgame enthusiast or even casual iOS gamer can enjoy! We loved it so much we got a physical copy of the game to bring to board game night!
Brilliant, elegant, and destined to become a classic. Lots of meaningful decisions and exciting tension. Game play real feels like baseball. As a fan of deck builders and Out of the Park, this game is like peanut butter and chocolate! Thanks for making it!
First, we love the game. It’s a fun concept and a well executed card game design. It takes bit to get into the flow of the game. You really need to carefully "build" your team for postseason play. The decisions you need to make are fun and the game play is fast. Our only beef (and what knocks it down a star for me) is with the interface designit’s pretty bad. It looks like it was slapped together by amateurs. We’ve mostly been playing on an iPad Pro, which is fine, but the iPhone version is nearly unplayable. The sound FX are repetitive, annoying and do little to add to the game play experience. We highly recommend this game. We will be purchasing the board game version next.
We were debating on whether to buy the board game. We found the app and was so happy with it that we bought the board game too. Only problem is there is no undo. We bought a player and then sent the wrong player packing. We couldn’t undo. Be careful with your clicks until they fix this. Kinda lame not having an undo.
We have the analog version and we’re terrible at it. This app has helped us learn to make better decisions during regular play! Way to go!
This game is a lot of fun and easy to learn. We feel that it is better suited to the iPad, as the screen on the iPhone version is rather crowded. Our only beef is the somewhat annoying little black and white picture of the AI "coach" that pops up from time to time. It doesn’t mesh at all with the rest of the artwork.
This is a great card game. It feels like baseball simplified. And there are lots of interesting decisions you have to make each game. The app feels quite cheap. The dialogue boxes and sounds etc just feel very rushed. We look forward to an update. And we also look forward to the tabletop game, which we ordered on Amazon. :)
We were already a fan of the board game. This app is a great adaptation of the board game. Wonderful to be able to play a challenging solo AI. This app is A++++
We love this game. The AI is pretty solid, and the standard solo mode is just as good as the physical game. We own both and it’s just a solid deck building/hand management game. Very unique and brilliant.
Discovered this game accidentally and glad we did. Incredibly fun game… We even bought the Super Deluxe Version of the board game. Highly recommended and am glad that expansion pack 1 is now available.
This seems to be a pretty faithful representation of the base game. We personally can’t wait until 2045, because baseball in 2016 is too boring.

This would be a solid 5 star game if it had networked multiplayer and a slightly improved UX. However, even its current state, it is a solid game and is a no brainier for fans of the deck building genre.
The addition of the vs AI solo mode is what made us pull the trigger keep the improvements coming.

We like to play against the new AI and we really enjoy it. There is a nice mix of strategy and luck. The pace is good and rarely is it annoying or frustrating. It is great when your plan for the later innings plays out as intended.
This is probably our favorite board game out there. The iOS version is really fast paced and the solo mode provides different levels of difficulty that fit the player perfectly. We find myself going to "game 7" almost every time and it’s always a challenge. Would love to see the expanded version with the additional free agents. Also, online play against a live opponent would be cool too eventually. Beggars can’t be choosers though. Great game.

Mike Fitzgerald created a masterpiece in this game and this is one of our favorite apps to play when we have some down time. Our only complaint is that there isn’t any of the expansion content.
It was a great game in our iPad with the solo version. Now that we can play against the AI on our phone, fantastic. We are playing on an iPhone 6s Plus. Might be harder on smaller screens.
This game is perfectly done. Didn’t have the board game before but this teaches you how to play it very well. No glitches. It just gets boring playing against the computer. Need online play.
The mechanics of the game are quite fun, brisk gameplay, reasonable replay factor. However, the clipart level graphics and poor sounds remind us of shareware from the late 90s. And not in the nostalgic way.

Baseball fan or not, you cannot deny the charm and fun of this card game. Designer Mike Fitzgerald is an old hand at making great games, and this is his best yet. It uses the theme of a World Series without strictly adhering to the drudgery of every pitch, out or inning. We were originally turned off by the idea of robots and cyborg players but was quickly converted to the usefulness of this concept. Buy the app, then buy the physical game. You will not regret it.
This app makes us want to buy the board game so badly. Lot of fun!! Many decisions to be made with each move!
A really interesting take that doesn’t play like baseball but feels like playoff baseball. The only strike against it is the barebones implementation, which is functional but leaves a lot of efficiency and replayability options in the on-deck circle for future updates.
Very clever game that combines a basic deck-building system with a fun baseball(ish) game. The baseball game is abstracted and yet gives a good feel for a clutch series. The app is serviceable, if not super polished, but works good enough. We’re hoping some expansion cards are added soon.
Although it lacks a few fancy bells and whistles, the app is an excellent of implementation of a fantastic board game!
This game is a load of fun to play solo. We wish there was online matchmaking though!

We are really having a blast with this game! It’s simple enough to jump right in, but offers a lot more the more you play and understand some strategy. Highly recommended!

Very good version of the game but a few things could improved. We seem to always play visitor and the game bugs out (zooms in and sticks that way until exiting), but overall very well done.
