Ive loved this game for YEARS. An update was never something we thought would happen. Some cool new features that Ive always wanted, but PLEASE change it back to how it looked before. It was so good. We wont play with this new look because its not bbtan anymore and it doesnt please us the same way it used to. Please bbtan.
BB-TAN used to be a simple but fun brick-breaking game. If Swipe Brick Breaker was Space Invaders, then BB-TAN was Galaga undoubtedly inspired by a competing game but with substantial gameplay improvements that helped the game make its mark on the genre. Its been a game Ive been happy to come back to every so often for the last half-decade. Sure, it had ads, but thats okay, because the game was free. All of that was ruined with the recent major update. BB-TAN is now a third-rate Candy Crush knockoff, predatory monetization scheme and all. Now you have to spend a life to play a round of what used to be a completely free game. Our advice to the developers is to roll back to the last version before this update and pretend the update never happened. Sadly, we dont see that happening. Like so many iOS developers, 111% saw the dollar signs and went to the dark side. DELETED.
We like the addition of levels, but we wish there were an option to not have the balls speed up after a certain amount of time in play. BBTan used to be comforting, meditative, but now that they speed up — it feels stressful.
Good job killing your game. Have you ever heard of CONSUMER RETENTION? Apparently not because you will not be able to revive and promote this well enough. Bad job.
The new update is really good. So smooth well designed UI. And thank you so much for bringing back the old gameplay back to it. The new mode is fine but the old gameplay what we are used to and can't thank more. More power to you guys.
We liked the new update, missed the old simplicity a bit. Today every time we played a level the game force opened up a scam site modeled to look like Amazon. Ive uninstalled, we dont need malware force opening scam sites.
We loved BBTAN. Favorite app since high school (2014). We opened BBTAN to play a relaxing game of balls after work only to be greeted with a horrifying new update. We are disappointed in this. Everything good about the old BBTAN is gone. Please bring her back. We loved this game. Please. Please. Please.
This was a great game that we used to play all the time, (and have played for almost a decade??) but with the update its an entirely new game without all of the features we loved! We cant use the tiny ball that is our favorite, our score is gone, and it now seems to speed up the balls, when half the fun was watching the balls just bounce around endlessly (or being able to take a break and other things while they bounced) slowly destroying bricks. It was so soothing to watch, and satisfying to clear a board and watch the numbers go up, but that doesnt work the same anymore either. They should have just made a new feature game or new app instead of replacing the old one. This wasnt an update, its a replacement.
Like just why? Ive had this on our phones since 2018 and always loved the simple clean look of the game. But now this? Its a hard pass on that and Im sad to see it gone. Not to mention that we thee money at it because of the sheer amount of time it spent on our phone but even that didnt carry over. Good Luck with this endeavor. Best wishes.

This was our favorite game since middle school, we use to play this with our friends in boring classes, we use to spend hours playing. But the update ruined it, is not the BBTAN we just to know, now is just a basic breaking blocks game.
Its a shame. Been playing this game for about 8 years now and we absolutely loved it. Purposely saved at a high Lvov every time so we didnt loose our progress. Now that the game has been updated it has completely changed. Its no where near as nice looking and fun to play as it use to be. If its not broken why try to fix it. #bringbackBBTAN.
Ive been playing this game since 2016, and the new update (we say that because they changed the whole game l) is so confusing and overwhelming. We loved the simplicity and look of the old version. Now it looks and plays just like any cheap game. It lost its charm. And its just not fun any more. And we also lost all the points and treasures that we have been working for all those years. Ill miss it.

We really love this game and have been playing for a long time but im having trouble getting new balls. Saved up 1000 coins to get new ones and still got the same ones we got already other then that no flaws really. Cap all our coins are gone thanks for the washer time.
Ive been playing this game for years and have had an on going streak going for well over a year, we saw the app icon change and was confused to see everything is different now. Maybe its better for new and future players but its not what we are used to and enjoyed for our time played.
New one interrupts you constantly– effects are random.

But now yall finally decided to update and it turned into a completely different game that we never wanted. Probably been playing this game off and on since 2015. Basically had all the balls unlocked from the vending machine (which have all been taken away now) this game has been completely changed from how it used to be. Everything long time players worked towards has been reset with no form of compensation. Instead of releasing bbtan3 in this format they decided to completely overhaul an incredible game that used to be set apart from all the life required, time cooldown, pay to play, brick breaking games like this. The new logo had us kinda hype and we wanted to see what got added but instead we see the whole game changed. We are so disappointed to see what happened.

We liked the last version. It was better because there was no stop and play. We hate the new one because theres so many stops and play and we have to hit so many buttons to get to play. We do like the new one for only one reason and that is all the balls go fast when its going to take a long time and once all the boxes are gone, the game stops, if that was the only change you made the latest version it would be perfect. Please revert back or have two separate versions.

Im was amazed when we saw the new app icon for BBtan. Ive been playing this game since 2015ish and loved it. But after opening the game we were filled with disappointment. We open it to see a chest icon that you level up and a completely different art style. Why in the world would you change the iconic art style. The blocks now look like they come from the average brain rot mobile game. It feels like the soul of this game got thrown to the curb for a cash grab. The aim control feels like trash as well. That is not to say that there isnt quality of life improvements such as a automatic ball return when you break all the blocks on screen, and a fast forward. But unfortunately the good does not surpass the bad. We were so close to unlocking all the different balls you can unlock from the vending machine in the previous version. And now all of that is gone as far as we can tell. Bummer this was one game we had on all our phones since we found out about BBtan.
Had this game for years and it was a nice, simple playing game. Now with the new update, we not only lost all of our ball purchases and our ad-free purchases, but restoring these also doesnt work. Had thousands of coins and now the game has reset to a stock level. We should never have updated to the new app.
Changed the entire UI, for the worse. It worked fine before.

Great game. We loved playing, but now theres music. Its annoying. The sound effects were awesome. Can the music be turned off.
Here are ads on every level and the pop up at terrible times. Really makes it unplayable for us.
Ive used this as our stimming game for years. Public transit, social gatherings, and passing boredom were given a dash of sweetness. However, now Im interrupted after every round with pop ups that are sometimes inescapable. What a terrible decision by the company to squeeze there profits over a probably-dying player base. Im out.

Been playing this game for years but it has become unbearable with ads. Almost impossible to play because every time we swipe out of the app, a popup ad appears when we go back. Takes all the fun out of the game.
We love this game and went ahead and paid money for no ads – now there are more ads than ever! When we open the game.ADS. When we play the game.ADS BANNER. In between games .ADS. Prior to spending money for no ads, we receive less ads. Very frustrating.

We have played this game since our now 10 year old was just a baby/toddler and we always come back to it but what happened to cc tan? There used to a whole line on ** tan games and now this is the only one. We think we may have liked cc tan even better than this one and we thought at first it just wasnt available for iphone but we also cant find it in the play store anymore on our chromebook. Pretty disappointing.
We love this game but recently we paid the couple dollars to get rid of the ads but after the end of every round, 30 second ads play and it confuses because we got rid of them but now theyre back and even more annoying.
Is there an updated way to get the secret ball on BBTAN? We followed the directions exactly and its just not working, disappointing, it used to work on our android but not our iPhone.
The two balls at the end, candy and turretz, dont actually work or shoot anything. Makes us worry that if we were to buy balls they wouldnt work either.
This game is great we have had a great time over the years with it, but the recent update has caused many performance issues. Our go to ball is the triangle ball but after this update our game will have severe lag randomly. We hope this issue is fixed soon but other than that the game is great.
New version has a game breaking bug where blocks cant be destroyed.
No no no! We love this game, but this recent update has broken it. Upon opening the app, it seems that our previous game is continued, which is good, but there is a glitch where you shoot on a black screen, then the tiles drop in, allowing the actual round to start. This glitch wouldnt bother us in isolationthe real issue is that the round never ends; there is no ball count/countdown and the little man just keeps shooting them. Not a good update this far, its broken the game! Sorry guys.
So Ive played this game for a very long time and love it but with this most recent update the game feels weird and the ball does not go exactly where we put it to go its slightly off the line it also feels like the game is running very bad and constantly lags we love this game please fix these issues or revert the game to before the update.
The recent game update has made it so that when you open your game, the icon to get the aiming line is now gone until you make your first move. This wasnt the case previously so gonna make sure you leave off at a spot where you wont need the aiming like right at opening as it doesnt pop up.
We absolutely love BBTAN. It is one of our favorite games and we play it all the time. But the new update makes us not want to play it anymore. Its super glitchy and its literally just not the same, makes us sad :( #bringtheoldgameback.
Ever since getting the update, the game has been noticeably glitchier, and in particular, the triangle ball no longer works as it used to, pretty much spewing out randomly oriented triangles half the time it's thrown. Will likely be deleting it soon assuming it doesn't get fixed. It's disappointing though because before the update this was one of our favorite mobile games.

- restarting app makes balls not work for first run – physics doesn't seem to be the same and now is less realistic – there's always a startup sound, even if sounds are turned off.
