Absolutely addictive. We spend at least 5-6 hours a day playing this game with friends from Facebook. Now we’re playing and all of a sudden the game will revert back to our homepage. Is there some sort of glitch in the system ???? Please fix. Still having issues. Won’t connect to FaceBook, and you can now play for 5 seconds and it reverts back to the home page. Please fix this. It’s our all time favorite !!! This game has changed so much for the better. We play for hours, the upgrades are superb !!! 9/24/21. Why isnt our game working ??? Blitz Quest final level requires 1200 gold bars but one can only earn 1050 in the two games. This is the first time that this has happened. Unfair. If youre going to do something like this ya need to let your players know about it! Except for this blunder the game is terrific!

For several times we have won coins and havent been credited on our account. We really like this game, but we would like to get our coins when we win. Also sometimes when we win it tells that there is a problem and dont get our coins, or the coins we paid to play. We have sent a message before, but didnt get any response. Thank you, Leda.
Played it for years when on Facebook but ever since it disappeared have notHad great number of points and friends and do not want to begin again. Is there a way all is saved and we can continue with this game772-321-7411.
The game is quite fun but the ads are way too long.
The issue was finally resolved and no one lost anything more than time and frustration. Developers finally started flashing messages e plaining that they were working on the problem. Why it took so many dayd is not clear. Unable to log in using Facebook for days. Tech support no help at all. Tried uninstall and reinstall but still getting error message. Facebook shows the app is active. It should not be this hard to play a simple match game.
Are we only getting 2 free spins now instead of 3 ?????? Whats going on with Blitz Quest ? Its not downloading on our iPhone and iPad. Its an hour and a half late. We tried everything on this end so theres a blip on your end.
We’ve had this happen many times on blitz championship to where you are, First or second place hours later without claiming the reward it ends restarts. So we’ve lost gold coins.
Ads frequently pop up AFTER we’ve started to play a game, costing us coins and rare gems we have equipped, as the game timer keeps running while the ad plays…. And plays… And plays. We dont mind ad support, but this is some bulls… .
This is an interesting take on the Classic. Compared to the now outdated Classic game also on mobile this feels outdated in a sense of the game needs to evolve into something more than 1 minute gameplay. Im very glad to hear the narrator voice and the classic sound effects when matching gems! However again the gameplay itself is lackluster at its best. The UI desperately needs an overhaul. For whatever reason the main menu/start screen is a leaderboard that just doesnt make sense to always having to see that. This is another game where when it launched it was great and would even say was a completely feeling different game. Now it feels like the devs abandoned it on improvements and only keep it alive for micro transactions and bugs here and there. Its unfortunate that they keep Bejeweled feeling like its prime stayed on the good ol days of home computers. 4-6 stars out of 10 stars, depending on you turn a blind eye to. P.S. Editors Choice Pick needs to disappear from this game.
We’ve played this game for years as a past time something to do. Its our most humble opinion that we say this. Bejeweled trys to level the playing field for everyone. No matter what you upgrade in your perks and no matter how good you are at playing the game The developer of the software has preprogrammed the game to maximize its profitability and and make you vulnerable to its intentions. Its intentional purpose is to make money on this app. By selling the coins and item to keep you playing. Im a retired Microsoft program developer and we review many items as to offer our opinion to those individuals whom pay us to do this. Play the game and dont get too deep in it. Blitz one.
Played the events section completed all tasks and didnt get to open chest. We have photos to show but unable to attach. Gold bars, shards and gems didnt get credited to our game.

This game starts out fun; but too many flaws and just a money grabber got rid of it bc its a waste of time!
Our friends disappeared despite reinventing. We also deleted the app and reinstalled. Its it fun anymore without the competition. This has been going on for about a month. We are considering deleting this game forever unless we can get help.
Why cant we login to Blitz with Facebook. Every time we try to login it says we cant. And we get this error statement. The other games on bejeweled works but not blitz. Please help.
We like the different game modes but it seems to trigger another advertisement as we navigate between them, or when grinding games to complete event requirements.
This week Gil Masters was down for at least two days. When Blitz Quest on iPhone requires the earning of gold bars, the game being down for two days effectively precludes success. This was the first time in a long time we didnt complete blitz quest because of the Gil masters issue. Why not make gold masters gold bars earnings earned on our desktop appt to our iPhone totals?
Funny thing though, we’ve just been playing just one corner of the daily jackpot for the last year and we’ve never won! One day, we played the opposite corner and guess what? The corner that we’ve been playing won! Interesting dont you think?

We have been playing this game for a very long time. We have a lot of coins (in the tens of millions) gold bars (in the hundred thousands ) etc we love the game. Its fun. Since we’ve been playing as long as we have, we have noticed that the ads are much more frequent and annoying to get through. Also, the jackpot; we have NEVER won. We’ve been playing this game for probably a decade and we have NEVER picked the right square to win. Never. How is that possible? We dont believe that in the ten or more years we’ve been playing, we have never picked the right square? We smell a cheater game. We can get past that since we dont necessarily need the win, it would just be nice to see it happen at least once. Lessen the ads and allow people to win sometimes and itll be a huge improvement.
We have all these diamonds but cant upgrade our powers with them anymore. WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR?
The Hocus Focus feature on the game states that it is an ever increasing multiplier when you connect to a gem inside the boxwell whats happening is just the opposite. Its an ever DECREASING multiplier. Its a 1 minute game but at the end our Hocus Focus box is worth ONE, (1)UNO multiplier. It starts with an increase of five (5) and ends up at 1. If its not going to increase as the game goeswhat good is it? We mean the name of the game is to score the most in one minute. Hard to do with an ever decreasing hocus focus. Thank you for your time.
We’ve been playing this game for years. Im very good at it. We pay extra with gold bars to open chests and our special gems never show up. Why?
This game freezes way too much. We lose rare gems & some really good games because the game doesnt completely finish or freezes midway. Also, we never get the grand prize of 500,000 coins even though we play many times – its very frustrating & we think it is fixed somehow Again the game froze 2 times in a row on this day & robbed us of 2 very good possible wins. Do something about this problem !!!! Once again it just froze & robbed us!!!
The Blitz jewel feature has been disabled for quite some days.
Below is our review from 5+ years ago. Since that time, EA bought out PopCap Games and things have not gone well in the past two years. Their support team has been offshored to India and will take months to fix a situation because apparently there arent trouble tickets. Their social media team is non-responsive The are allowing ads for snake-oil weight loss products which deceitfully use other companies trademarks and logos The game now includes several typos which indicate that English is a poor second language for some of the current devs. Twice within a week, they have disincentivized players with excessive requirements to achieve in-game goals to the point that they are not worth completing, so the game gets abandoned. Within the game there is a random chance selection for extra loot with 9 options. The prizes are not actually random as portrayed. While the free goodies are free, the way it is portrayed is deceitful. Below is our original review. Bejeweled has not aged well since then. Its down from 5 to 2 stars. This is not the app to use if you expect gemstones to shoot out of your iPhone. That doesn’t happen here. Ever. For that, you’ll need to download Magic Genie Lamp and rub vigorously. Please note that you must have also installed "Living in Fantasyland" into your wetware. Given that, who is this game for? Why, anyone who wants to kill a few minutes without the risk of "just one more level" during an executive meeting. Also, it’s ideal for anyone with failed lapidary dreams. Why? Because, as the name says, you’re blowing up precious gems. And, you’ve only got a minute before your horde is replaced by the top score screen. This is a game that seems to genuinely want you to rack up a massive score even if you don’t use real money to buy the in-game coins. Each night, they give you a pull at the slot machine. And, the game will show you possible moves if you’re stuck – it just won’t show you the best move. The latest update seems to have geeked a couple of things. It keeps trying to open our phone’s Game Center despite us disabling it. Also, after the trying the slot machine, you have to wait for the game to decide that you’ve read the message about when your next pull is available before it’ll let you out. We’ve accidentally bought more "rare" gems because of this glitch than those we’ve bought on purpose.
We used to love to play this game when we needed to not think about anything. However, with the addition of the new booster, the game freezes continually and it is no longer fun. Before you even say it, it is not a memory issue or lack of storage space. We have plenty of both.
You can see from the title that we cant log into Facebook. We deleted and reinstalled this app several times already, may we have an update asap. All of our progress is now on facebook from being logged in so we really hope this gets resolved quickly. Thank you!!!

We just bought 10 Gems with 5,000 gold bars, three of the Gems have freezed up and we lost our game all three times! We had 5,363 Gold Bars left and now 2,000 gold bars have disappeared!!!! This game has literally changed for the worse!!! We dont understand how u expect someone to spend their points and bars after buying them outright to a complete loss of the game!!! Fix these glitches or this game will no longer be number #1!!!! We play with Facebook friends and weve all had complaints lately! We screenshot our scoreboard everyday just to make sure our points, shards, and gold bars r still their the next time we PLAY!!!!!!!
This game is no longer fun. We find it impossible to get enough flame gems at one time for the events. We have maxed out boosts, so that isn’t a problem. There was a gem that worked, but they took it away. We may end deleting this game.
Normally Blitz Quest resets at midnight Sunday but its week into the evening on Monday the 24th. It still isnt working.
We’ve been playing this game for a few years with no problems. Starting a few days ago, the new Blitz Quest is not loading. Id like to report this directly to EA and get help with it, and tried every which way to do this, but apparently there is no way to write to EA to report issues; only the option is to search existing FAQs, even after it prompted us for our name and email address, which we provided. This is poor customer service. So, Im leaving this review in hopes someone will see it. Please provide a way to contact you guys directly, and also please fix Blitz Quest.
First time it happen, we thought nothing of it but now it has happened to. Us 4 times in the last two weeks. We have wasted some many coins for this. We know you are going yo say it it our Wi-Fi but we have the highest ATT FIBER network there is. You need to refund all the money we spend on gems and then it gets hung.
Game keeps freezing, losing rare gems.. Frustrating!
This game just cheated us out of our Jens! We’ve noticed its happening more often! Been playing for at least 8 yrs and Im getting tired of loosing what we were supposed to get! Its a game but your making it hard to enjoy! Might be time to find another game!
Last 2 weeks blitz championships gold champions require 2-3 hours play to get out of 14th place when before was attainable 1-5th place. The game seems to want to spend all out gold coins plus cash to purchase more coins , gold, shards to keep ourselves in 1st to 5th place when our usual methods no longer work.
This game likes to let you start games, either purchasing rare gems or using rare gems earned, and without reason, freezing, without tracking the progress of the game, but yet somehow still taking the gems and shards used. Completely takes away the pleasure derived from playing.
The goal of getting gold bars on the extra is often not very achievable. There is only one game that gives gold bars.
