We love this game, but there appears to be changes in the special events such as there is no longer 2 hours free play to try to reach the ever changing amount to get rewards. There is not always the option to buy extra moves, and it seems variable as to how many points towards the grand awards you get that are remaining on the board at the point you you meet the criteria to win the board. There is no place that we know of to research these questions. The help topics are not helpful. The contact buttons lead you down un-useful rabbit holes.
When we tell you, we LOVE THIS GAME. Usually we get bored of games easily because of too many ads or it not being great overall, but this game has kept us hooked and entertained endlessly. Not too bad when it comes to the ads, and seemingly unending levels. Very well made and fun and cute to boot! Highly recommend for something that helps pass the time.
Only thing though, at first we were able to listen to music while playing but now it stops our music when we open the app. Even with all sound off will put 5 stars once Im able to jam out while playing again.
The app keeps freezing up everyday on our iPad causing us to reboot. This doesnt happen to any other app.
Can these games please start allowing the app to rotate to landscape view. Its difficult to hold our iPad and we use a cover/stand for our casual play and it doesnt sit up correctly in portrait mode. Many of the larger platform games offer this, but we want to play smaller ones too. Seems like an accessibility oversight. Please help.
Every time the Henrietta game comes up, we are unable to play it. It is forever trying to load to no avail. We do enjoy the game, but would like to be able to play this extra game as well. Grrr Coming back to this several months later. The Henrietta egg game still doesnt load. Not sure what the problem is because the other special games load and play just fine. Still frustrated by the inability to play this extra game!
This is one of the few games nowadays where we cant just listen to our own music while Im playing. We would like the option to just continue the music we were listening to when we open the app.
Great game but still has issues. At times lives do not regenerate on time – 2 hours pass and 1 life regenerated when it should do so in 20 minutes. Not sure if it’s hack to get your money or issue with game.
Its a nice take to compete with the obvious mobile hit game in the market but it feels like this game was stuck in early to mid 2010s. Needs to change resolution or textures from SD to HD/4k. Sometimes it feels slightly sluggish where it doesnt feel like your touching the gems. Frames seem to be capped at 30fps which was good for the time but with screens going up to 120 hertz its time for an overhaul. Its a good game overall especially with the lack of ads like the Classic Bejeweled however im inclined to say that it cant possibly be called Bejeweled without the Classic mode! No narrator voice like the original and even their competitor game has voice responses when making a good move! One of the other things we see with this game is over complication. The UI needs to be reworked and optimized for newer devices. It may seem im bashing this game but it is fun especially if youre trying to get your fixed on a Bejeweled game. If youre new to the Franchise it seems unsurprising why not many stay on this game.
We are at Cloud 899. Lately, the game freezes up when we try to get the hen to lay eggs – the screen goes all black except for a white circle rotating in the middle of the screen. We’ve tried swiping the game off the screen, and restarting it, but we cannot get the hen to come back into the game. Verrrrry Frustrating. Can we download an updated (all the glitches removed) version of the game without having to start over at Cloud 1? We are now at level 1016 with more glitches. Our app still shows that we are at Ivory Bloom and will not advance as we reach new cloud levels. We have lost many special gems that we’ve earned by watching those ads for all those childish games.
We love this game but it freezes everytime we get to this new level. We cant even continue and thats sad.
We’ve had this game for years, and have enjoyed it, its been the only one we’ve played consistently. We are very close to deleting it, we are so tired of the royal match ads. They happen very often and take 4 to 6 clicks to close. They just seem to take over your game for way too long. There are other ads too, but the Royal match ads probably are 90% of the game. And oddly, they say there are no ads in Royal match! It feels like such a scam! There have also been glitches that make you lose whatever level and rewards youve been working on. We are pretty much done. We hope the developer sees this review to hopefully improve it for the others.
We cant stop playing this game and have lots of fun meeting the challenges. However, there have been too many times that we’ve watched a video to gain an extra chicken treat or additional turn and it hasnt been granted that Im starting to feel skeptical about the companys intent. Would absolutely give 5 stars if we received all our incentives each time we earned them.
We’ve always loved bejeweled, we’ve played the game since we were a child on a computer in the early 2000s so of course we love the mobile phone version too. But the ads are awful! Between the slow count downs of 5-6 seconds and the impossibility to close them out leaving you to open app stores or websites or closing it out to get to another ad screen to wait for another count down is ridiculous. The app has other flaws that can be overlooked but the ads really ruin it for us. Regardless of that we still play and each level we play until we get all three stars, so we obviously have some type of fun on it its just frustrating.
Been playing this game for years and really like it. But we dont see myself buying any specials anymore. We purchased an advertised special. Was supposed to get flame swappers, cubes, hammers etc but what we received was coins and not for the big discount advertised. Ill still play the game but will not make any futures purchases.
Used to love this game, well actually still do, could you work some more of the bugs out please, thanks for updating this last week. Hopefully all will be working soon.
It crashes our iPhone 12 ProMax twice a day. Reset by shutting down the phone and restarting, but really this shouldnt be necessary.
Our favorite game that can roll into our sleep time. Could be so much more without glitches and delays. Our hope is that its fixed in this year because the glitches are annoying.
We’ve been playing this game for about five years now. Its fun just to pass the time away and some some challenging. However, once you get the maximum amount of levels. When you get three stars or any stars they give you an emoji sometimes not always. Depends on if you use too many coins or jewels. If we get one it ends up being a duplicate over and over again. We dont understand why they give you the same emoji 789 times. Is there something to address this? We’ve already got gone all the way to level 2210 Im backtracking to earlier levels that we didnt get three stars on. Has anyone ever addressed EA about fixing this bug? How do you get new emojis?
We love to play this game however we can be up high in levels and for no reason they start you over at level 1. That is very aggravating and makes us not want to play it.
We think the Developers Lost Their Best People the game has really Sucked lately! Im STUCK on Level 484, wont allow us to advance?

LET US LISTEN TO OUR OWN MUSIC!! We love this game but when we cant even listen to our music or an audiobook or anything the time spent playing it feels truly wasted and invokes even more guilt..
The names of each individual games were removed, just leaving the numbers as labels & its hard to tell which game youll be playing until you open it & by that point if it was not the right game you wanted, you will lose a life heart just to close it. We have around 890 individual games in the levels now & its very hard to go find our favorites, which we used to know the names of. The levels continue to increase but the level star rewards do not, that ended & never updated as of a few years ago for us. Once you reach the end of all the rewards that is. We do hate that we have to close out each commercial 3 to 5 times before it will actually close & that each time it has a 5 & 15 second countdown to wait to hit close again. But we know that is a frustration we are putting up with to play, it just cuts our play time very short since that started.
We used to love this game until the chests stopped working tight. We wasnt happy about having to delete and reinstall to try to fix the bug twice, especially after spending money buying bundles. Its glitching again already. The game just lost a lot of fun factor, thus the 3 star rating. We wont be wasting any more money on it.
Fun and soothing but its too hard to pass levels so we lost interest.
This is by far the BEST and most addicting game that we’ve played. Even if we cant pass a level we will continue to play and play and play. We gave it 3 stars because there are some levels that are to difficult to pass. We’ve been on the same level and playing the same level for over 150 times now and Im not able to pass. We think after a certain amount of times of playing and trying to pass the creator should make it a little easier for those who have attempted to pass after a 50+ times. But besides that its we are addicted!
This app/game would be great if it didnt kill whatever you are listening to when you open it. We love to listen to audio books and play games but its not possible with this app.
The game was fun and interesting for the first couple of hours, we got to level 50-60 ish before it was becoming obvious to us that we needed the extra skills to win the game, which would be fine but to make the extra skills immediately, you need coins. The only way to get coins is by passing levels otherwise you have to wait sometimes up to 4 hours to make one skill. One round in this game takes 3-5 minutes to win and this game is really making one skill take 4 hours to make and you can only make one skill at a time. The most useful skills take 20-30 minutes to make but you would need a certain recipe of gems to make that skill and if your short a gem you have to go back to previous levels and play the same games youve already played sometimes 20-30 times before you get enough of the one gem you need to make that skill. Or you could open your wallet and spend money on fake gems you will never touch or see in a game that you play to waste time.
Too many adds. Had this game for a long time and the add have gotten way worse. Also been stuck on level 747 for almost two months!! Ready for a new game.
Seriously stop this. We listen to audiobooks and want something to do with our hands while we listen. We would spend MORE time and $$ on this game that we love dearly but this choice youve made prevents that. We’ve had to find other games. This is dumb and self-defeating knock it off.
We really have enjoyed this game, however being stuck on level 168 for three weeks has taken all the fun out of it. Just frustrating now.
The game is fun, but we cant play it most days because it wont open on our iPad.
Its a fine game but any app that thinks its more important than what Im listening to, we dont want to play.
Dont get us wrong we love the concept of this game we just wish that the programmers loved us. How many years has it been that you updated the constellations or updated the emoji algorithms? Half the time the special feature game does not open we have deleted all of your products except this one and it might not make it to our new phone.
We’ve been loving and playing this game for a few years. Been seeing lots more glitches in the later levels. Sad to leave after 800. But its almost like you dont want us to keep playing. Watching the game cheat to prevent us from getting earned gemsshame. We get its supposed to be hard, but its not hard, its cheating.
Despite the lies in the write up, this is NOT classic bejeweled. This is candy crush with a bejeweled wrapper. Its Constantly pushing for boosters and such. There are a bunch of annoying daily riddles that you can only answer with emojis you dont have and need to buy. The audio settings dont work and even if you have it on mute all the ads and some random game sound effects will suddenly go off at full volume. And now theyve added ads when you lose a life, ads when you win daily puzzles, and random ads with zero purpose or benefit to the user. Dont waste your time. Im deleting this trash. Its too bad because this had the potential to be fun if theyd keep it simple and stop with the ads and gimmicks.
Hate when games force you through tutorials in the beginning. Levels are quick and too many game related popups (non ads) forcing us to make these power ups im not interested in.
We play this game on android, and it’s the same gameplay wise so no change there. The issue, why do we need to watch an ad when we finish a level, change levels, restart levels, etc? Depending on the stage, sometimes the unskippable ads are longer than we spent playing a level. It’s also not an occasional ad, but every single level, have to watch ads.
Terrible game lags too much reaction time way too slow. Confusing and the music isn’t necessary it’s terrible.

What happened to the voiceover and other sound effects in the game? They havent worked in over two years. Its very disappointing.
Used to be good! Then all of a sudden we started getting video ads after every level. What happened?? Uninstalled unfortunately.
You guys should be giving people some kind of compensation for the way this game has been for the last couple of weeks you get through with a level then it stands still and you have to start over gets a little frustrating makes us want to find something else to play.
The game revolves around needing money but they have it where you cant make any money you have to buy it and the amount of money they want for the tiny amount of coins they give you just its not worth it if the game developers cant find a way to make it where we earn money within the game this game is not worth having or spending money on!!
We like the game but you cant listen to podcasts while playing because it cuts audio from other apps. Plus the extras are wicked expensive. Who pays $20+ for a bundle of extras?! And those are their sale prices.

We went over a month without special games, they came back for about 2 weeks and have been gone again for 2 weeks! We now refuse to spend another dime on this nonsense!!!!! Fox your staff and fix your game!
This game in definitely NOT fun anymore! They keep giving so many rare gems as rewards, that theyre no longer rare at all. This game has tremendously declined in excitement and fun. Even Henriettas eggs has lost its appeal. Dont waste your time downloading nor playing this game!! Total disappointment!!!
