Good. Please fix the problems about could play offline but offline progress wouldnt be saved when online so it would be back to online previous progress. It is good, and not like some european games would attack your VPN or else, then if you delete them they would attack your VPN ips to release their nonsense angers- they dont have anything to say about angers. We were forced to be back to european games as we plan to not to play them and now we are finally get out of them. So finally we dont have to feel so bad.
Used to love to play this game. The further you get into it the more difficult it gets. Understandable. Now its gotten to the point where its not fun anymore because we can never win as the screens have become too difficult. Its no fun playing again if the challenges is too great. Barely ever play the game without having it not move forward. Also now star rewards have quit working so few rewards and you have to pay to get more. Cant seem to find anywhere to get technical help either. Too bad because as we said, we used to really like this game.
We really love the new MINI GAMES! Its a great change from the normal puzzles, and we appreciate that you found a way for us to earn coins again even when weve played past all the constellations.
Addict! Hours, days, weeks lost to the best procrastination tool ever. Levels to the thousands thank the stars, and frustrating increased difficulty. Our only complaint is that the rewards for completing star puzzles (bottom left) ended at the star bloom.
Game is buggy after last update. Link to app support goes to a 404 error.
The last two updates have promised a new feature, the chance to skip a level and the opportunity to play mini games. No such features exist! Its the same game as before the updates.
Ive been playing this game for many years and within the last six months or so the game has gotten extremely glitchy. Not sure if youre development team is supporting this app anymore. It needs to be fixed.
Im on level 2011. At this point, Ive noticed multiple higher levels are the exact same as previous levels. So, theyre not creating new levels theyre regurgitating levels.
We dont have access to the new feature where you can skip levels. We did do the latest update. Can you help.

We enjoy this game, but after todays update, if you fail to complete a level, you cannot retry or exit. You have to close the app and restart it.
Ivory bloom is the last time we collected any stars. Ive played a couple hundred more levels since with no reward. Is there something wrong here or that just stops? Not cool kinda makes us wanna give up.
We have been playing this game for years and we loved it. However, sometimes the game forces you to make moves you dont want to make since there is no other choice. Recently, the game got stuck and there was no move to make, we had to close it and lose the opportunity to play it. A bit disappointing if you ask us. And the constant ads drives us crazy.
We passed level 2998 at a great expense, got 3 stars, and it never registered. We are still at level 2998.
We have played this games for years and love it but we dont understand why you cant fix the issues. We want our free time back when you offer it but it hasnt worked in months.
Ive been playing this game probably eight years. It seems that when you get to a certain level emojis are multiple duplicates when you open the chest. We can understand a once in a while duplication but 100 of them in a row or more without getting a unique new emoji seems deliberate instead of random. Going to make a ticket and proper response does no good and almost impossible. You have to register. Fix this issue.
Ive been playing this game since it came out. Loved it, especially the stars challenges. Those challenges ended a long time ago but Ive kept up because it was still fun. Now, the game is really buggy and its almost impossible to get past some levels without special gems, which we really dont like. Ive got a ton of orange gems because we dont use them much, and we cant do anything with them (like trade them for other color gems). The chests rarely give us anything new, even though theres still a fair amount of items we havent collected. And the side games are getting boring. Im thinking its time to give this one up.
The random patterns that fall as you play guarantee you will need to use more special gems than you can generate for free. Play and you will see.
What happened to this game? Ive been playing for years and all of a sudden theres all these issues. It says you get infinite hearts but it doesnt load. On holidays or special events we would get 2 hours infinite hearts and more if you collected enough special jewels but now it says you do, but it doesnt load. Not sure if tech is listening but it needs to be fixed please. :((.
As always we love playing this game over any game app that we have downloaded. We were on a role with everything until recently when Im unable to collect/play with an Infinite Hearts or 2hrs Free Play and we have to wait for our five hearts to refill or we have to use our coins to play. PLEASE fix it.
We love this game, but there appears to be changes in the special events such as there is no longer 2 hours free play to try to reach the ever changing amount to get rewards. There is not always the option to buy extra moves, and it seems variable as to how many points towards the grand awards you get that are remaining on the board at the point you you meet the criteria to win the board. There is no place that we know of to research these questions. The help topics are not helpful. The contact buttons lead you down un-useful rabbit holes.
This game is our favorite and Ive been playing for yearsssss. But all of the sudden within the last couple of weeks the infinite stars doesnt work. The free time earned after beating a challenge doesnt happen and now theres bunnies to collect and that challenge isnt working correctly. Did something happen to this game? Please fix it asap.
Ive been playing this game every day for the last 2+ years but its gotten super buggy and just isnt fun anymore. We hate to say this but its too easy to just cheat. Time to find another game. If youve never played before its worth a try. The bugs are subtle and youll probably only notice if you play on a daily basis which is why we still gave it 4 stars. Note that there are plenty of ways to avoid spending a dime on this game. Level 16 and level 118 are your friends.
We love this game and play it daily. But since the most recent update the free play is announced but never credited to our game. FIX the FREE PLAY.
Infinite hearts not working. Riddle bugging also.
We are almost to level 800. Ive noticed its far more designed to try and make money off players, but there is still a lot of free game play to enjoy. It does kinda reach a point where its hard to pass levels without purchasing things or power ups tho which is kinda lame.
We like this game but it is having problems. They announce that they are awarding free time and then they do not provide it. Sometimes while playing a game with rabbits, it switches to an old event using roses. We think there is a problem with the program.
This app isn't so fun anymore. No stars updates and the free time play isn't being rewarded. We play daily and have for years. Disappointed with the lack of developer fixes.
Beware. Some ads are obviously scams. The current ad for gov+ got us curious enough to look it up. This is not a government website but a dodgy private company. The Better Business Bureau has numerous complaints of extortionate behavior. Just a reminder to check everything.
Love this game but recently we havent been able to pass certain levels without having to use special jewels to win. But also since the new update everytime we open the app for the day Ill get infinite hearts for 2 hours, but it hasnt even given us the time so we have to use our hearts instead. Ive had it completely shut down and kick us out a few times over the passed week in the middle of games so we lose lives. Its been frustrating but usually a really addicting game.
This most recent update has caused issues where the rewards for collect ladybugs for the spring fever event arent actually available. We just collected enough to get unlimited hearts for an hour, and of course we didnt actually get that. All we got were our hearts refilled. Fix it.
When you gain unlimited time (30 mins or the two hr one), it doesnt work and then we have to use hearts instead. Please fix.
Same issue again. For over two weeks a pop up thanking us and offering one or sometimes two free hours appears when we open game. But we dont get the free hour(s). Please update program.
We hit clam and still never got our infinite life for two hours !! Help please fix.
We have been getting the daily unlimited lives for 2 hours, but it is not registering in our game; we only get the usual 5 lives. We've won the unlimited 1 hour of lives in the current Bunny contest, and that doesn't show up either. EA customer service is a joke: AI only (which is clueless) and no clear way to contact a person. Do better.
The new format with multiple events has a glitch for the 2 hour unlimited play. It was broken last event and still broken this time. Please fix.
First, Ill start with the good – Love this game and the fun spinoffs and extra things they have going on with it. Its very fun and Im really thankful that theres no ads right in the middle of gameplay as that would totally ruin the experience. Now for the bad – you get to certain levels that you just simply cant pass unless you use a bunch of upgrades or extra coins, which is really really stupid and very unmotivating and we think Im going to delete the game because of it. You shouldnt be forced to have to use optional things just to pass the level.
Im on level 2990. Ive spent close to $70 in just the last 3 levels. We dont even want to say how much Ive spent total, its embarrassing. Anyway, yall have made it impossible to get past this level. Literally impossible Ive re-upped twice @10 moves giving a total of 50 moves as well as a ridiculous amount of different goodies. Its impossible. Im starting to think the analytics knows Ill spend the money so its wiping us out to spend more. Forget it! Ive spent too much. Which Im fine with. Im not going to spend anymore to pass 1 impossible level.
Im going to delete ours, because Ive spent weeks trying to get past level 168. None of the online hacks match the jewel line up. Im over it.
We have played this game for quite some time now. We honestly love the game but since we been playing it recently we have noticed that the WINNING SONG DOES NOT PLAY THE FULL SONG, THE VOICE THAT USUALLY SAYS GOOD AND AWESOME IS NOT WORKING, and the CHICKEN HAS GONE SILENT TOO. If you guys would please fix this for us this would be so awesome of you guys. We find this version of bejeweled to be our favorite and it also relaxes the mind. Plus we love the cat song its freaking awesome. Please please please fix this!!! Its 2025 and you guys still havent fix the bigs in tbis game but added roses a week ago for Valentines day. We love playing this game. This game has become our new favorite game. Best game ever.
This game is fun and we enjoy playing it, however it is limited. At the higher levels it seems near impossible to advance. The goals are not realistic.
It was great until we couldnt create special gems anymore the page just stays blank.
We just recently added this game and we absolutely loved it and definitely addictive. But we got stuck at we think number 57, and have been trying innumerable times to get past that and can't. Maybe some day…..??? We wish there was a way to move on after a certain amount of tries. Otherwise it gets to the point where it is just frustrating and not so much fun anymore. Of course challenges are good, but we're at the point of being about to give up. We're not into spending money on buying coins either. So will see how it goes. Maybe we'll figure out how to get past this, or else we will soon delete the app unfortunately, as it is so much fun otherwise. We think, after a certain amount of tries, there should be a way to cut some slack and let you move on to the next one. Or else, just make it easier! It's some weeks later since first we wrote. Right after we wrote the above, we finally made it past number 57. It felt like quite an accomplishment! We have added a star. One big problem is how addictive it is. It could take over our life, we hope that doesn't happen! There seems to be a problem with level 127. We have been on it for days, we must have tried 30 or 40 times, and we think there is something wrong, we think there is some glitch on that level, because the crystals should be exploding and disappearing but they are not. So we hope someone sees this and can fix it, cause we will never get beyond this level if it isn't fixed! Maybe that will be the thing that makes us give up our addiction. But we are really hoping someone will fix this glitch! Thanks! This is an update. There is a glitch on level 191. The stones don't detonate when they r supposed to and it makes it impossible to complete. We hope this can b fixed, or else we will sadly be leaving. We've spent days on this one level. Please fix it! We are now again giving an update. We've continued to play this game for a number of years now. We are on around 770 or so. A few months ago all of a sudden it got a lot harder, and we're spending way too much time trying to beat a level. It's become very frustrating. We love the game. We don't pay money, but we do watch lots of ads in order to get special gems. We don't mind that. But we are on the verge of closing down the game altogether, because it is becoming more frustrating than fun. We don't have the same feeling of flow from one game to the next. Of course none of the levels have been impossible, but they just take forever to finally have the luck or the special gems to beat the level. So we are seriously and sadly thinking to give up at this stage we would've hoped to do all 900+ levels. But we're wasting too much time. We're on 804 and stuck. It's looking hopeless to move on because we're not being able to 'earn' anymore which is how we were getting the gems. We wasn't buying. Now that isn't working and hasn't worked for a few weeks so we're almost out of gems and unable to make special powers. We hope this error will be fixed! Otherwise we will know it is definitely time to stop playing this game. Please fix the ability to 'earn' by watching video ads! We are pretty sure we have just about had it with this game. We've continued to play, we do enjoy this game, but recently came to level 1032 and it seems impossible to get past. You have to get the butterflies but every time we're close to beating the level the butterflies don't come up. It's very frustrating! Maybe something needs to be fixed. There seems to be no more constellations, the chicken isn't working, the whole thing keeps on crashing. What we dont understand about some devs is, where does the idea to remove little things from games that wasnt a problem to begin with. Little things that actually gave the game more character, and made it feel not dull. Some examples, the announcer that would say good or awesome etc, just vanished. Why? Whenever you would sit your phone down in the middle of a level the jewels would make a shimmering sound like the beam a light was passing through them, that sound was chefs kiss but it disappeared. Why? Even the little celestial animals had little sounds as their voices, Gone. Why? Little things that made the game good and gave it character just disappeared. Why were they removed we just dont understand.
Our gold coins haven't accumulated in years!!! The stars in Bejeweled Stars mean nothing without updating the constellations.
Someone please recreate without a golden lama, black cat, constellations and creepy music .WILL BUY.
Really nice game. We wish that they will let us watch av video to pause continuous play because it shows up when we dont have that much time to play.
After so many levels that there arent even anymore constellations to unlock, we must admit getting the same emojis over and again is awful. Its so rare that we actually get a new emoji from any chest at all.
The game glitches at level 206 and will not let you pass the tutorial for the new island.
