This game is really fun. We were just wondering where we put our cash we made from the game? But the game is fun in general.

The game itself is alright, its support that is trash. We had two matches glitch on us in December and we messaged support,sending the screenshots and match ID for each of them and have heard nothing back from support in a month.
We had been playing Bingo King for months and loved the game. They recently updated it and we’re not a fan of the change. Before we could get more time on the clock or get triple points. It made it more fun! With this new update, it’s real time and no options for making triple points or winning more time. Also, as someone with ADHD, the real time bingo messes with our focus. We used to play the game as a way to self regulate. Now we’re overwhelmingly distracted because we can’t focus on finding our number while there’s so much movement in the corner. We honestly miss the old version but understand updates are necessary.
On several occasions now we have either just entered a cash game where the money has been removed and then the app shut down or we’ve started a game and it lags then we start playing it through and at the end it says we have zero points which obviously isnt true. Another time we played only for seconds then the game abruptly ended. Just going to start screen recording every time we play since it cant be trusted. Happy to change the review if the app improves and effort is made to rectify the situation.
The game crashes and you can lose up to $30 per game. You will not get any assistance from tech support nor will you get your money back. Also most of your winnings will be in bonus cash which cannot be withdrawn. You have to put in a ton of money to win a little money.
If we could give this zero stars we would. We deleted this game because we dont play it anymore but its still tracking our location and it has been ever since we deleted it a week ago. There is no way to disable this app from tracking you we have tried and we’ve gone up to the Apple Store as well. This app is shady.
This game is designed for you to fail we’ve got 200 on each hit and only get called 5 times on the board leaving our opponent with triple our score by time the timer runs out. Im no way shape or form is this game fair. Do not waste your money. This company will not allow you to play with gems more than 6 times unlike other apps. Listen its addictive but youll get tired of loosing to a bot or to someone that has put way more money into the game that you have. Its upsetting bc they made everything about the game attractive even loosing.
This game starts out very fair and you might actually win some money, but be warned, after a while the wheel prizes become garbage and more expensive and the matches become weighted. You can get every single daub at 200 and use all the power ups efficiently and still lose by thousands based on nothing. Customer support never answers. We just had a game stop with 28 seconds to go and we lost money on it. Very shady app, take advantage of winning while you first start but as soon as you cash out the first time, be done with this game. Also dont expect to get that withdrawal within a timely manner, ours took about 4 weeks for $75. Editing to add: The developer response to this review is a joke, and if you look at the other reviews youll see that they have a set fee responses that they use on some reviews calling them out for being rigged, WHICH THIS GAME ABSOLUTELY IS. We just watched someone go from barely having any points to suddenly getting every number at the end when said numbers WERE NOT on our card at all. Not covered by power ups or anything, just simply not there. And they had already used power ups at logical points in the game earlier (right after receiving a power up, their score would go up further, indicating that they also used their power up) so its not just that theyre saving power ups. We’ve also experienced a glitch that stopped the timer at 0:28-0:29 seconds in twice now and just completely stole our money. We’ve contact support to no avail. Also adding that since our initial review, we have not deposited any money and we’ve noticed its almost impossible for us to win with the bonus cash they give. Definitely 100% rigged and the people giving better reviews just havent played long enough. They let you win enough to get you hooked, then they screw you.
Whenever Im ahead of everyone to win the cash, either the game hangs or gets closed and we lose everything. They never let us win cash.
We’ve been waiting on a 99 dollar withdraw for 5 weeks now with another 100 sitting in our acount they have no way to contact them and the only email they have we’ve gotten no response! Unprofessional and scamming shouldnt be aloud to continue business.

TLDR: If they respond to your rating if you gave them a bad review, you will have to reenter your vote. Thats how theyre able to get away with having 5 stars and like only a few 1 stars, because their response literally sponges your vote. )) You dont win any money in this game. It is a scam. We played it for almost two hours testing everything and playing with different people exploiting watching ads for diamonds to make entries. We very carefully eased into the app and read everything. The people you get matched up with dont seem to be real players. The consistency at which every opponent is able to make plays and get points as fast as they do is unreal. Also they buy their good reviews. And they try to run damage control on bad reviews by straight up lying to you about how their system is fair its strategy better player would win any sane person who has downloaded the app has only done so because they were paid or promised something for downloading the app. Give 5 stars on the app store and play for 5 minutes for [reward]. If you read their responses too, its always broken English. We have no patience for scammers. We bet their customer support if you even get them on the phone all have Indian accents. Which is like the first indicator youre interacting with a scammer. Because for whatever reason India loves cyber scamming.
This game is definitely is RIP OFF!! We can win all the games playing for gems but as soon as we play for moneyI lost all except one game for $4. We will never ever play this game again! Update- received a response basically saying skillful people are more likely to win! What a load of crap to say that!!! It doesnt matter if youre skilled or not and we dont expect to win every game.
