Love the game but the game is very stupid and makes extremely stupid plays like starting a new run instead of adding to the an existing one. Very frustrating. Also dumb on using 2s suits. Moronic play.
We believe most of the five star reviews are fake and the bad reviews are edited. If you continue to use the free version after a while you will never win. They say the cards are dealt randomly but the developer has control and uses it. Also if you try to contact support they so not respond back to you in English.

Why does our partner use a wild card to start another set in the same suit already on the board that would have completed the set on the board.
'Something has changed. We know the cards are supposed to random and the devs insist that they are, but we have trouble believing this to be true. The game goes to a 3 card finish way more than ever now and it seems to favor the computer when playing against itmy main mode of play. We dont mind losing, but it has gotten ridiculously frustrating. No longer fun. Ohone more thing.when will the computer stop playing aces at the bottom of a run. AI and machine learnig have come a long way, when are we going to see this game get smarter.
This is an excellent game, but we believe the people behind the development are involved too much in the game – silly mistakes of the people playing or excessive luck of the players with higher rankings – it would be nice to optionally have variations of the game e.g. Only be able to take the pile if you can put down game.
We know the developer insists that the cards are dealt out randomly, but we dont believe them or either someone has hacked their system. Ive been playing for several years with a 70% win rate. For the most part, games were pretty close and competitive down to the last play. That is no longer the case. Most recently we have lost 21 of 25 games and most of the losses are by a huge margin. Our last game was a game that could be won with a score of 1505. Our partner and we had 1080 points and our opponents had 105. For the next three hands, our opponents got all of the winning cards and we got none. We never got to pick up the dead pile. They ended up beating us by 300 points! This has happened to us over and over again. Ive had games where one team repeatedly gets all of the wild cards every single hand and the other team gets none. The game is not fun anymore. Perhaps the developer should look into this.
Can you change the horrible sound for a dirty Buraco? LOL! Our computer picked up a 3,4,5 and didnt put it down. The computer to his left then went out! This game is rigged in two ways. Our opponents consistently get better cards and more wild cards. Our partner is programmed to a lower level than our opponents. The programmers must have had a good laugh. Whats the point of selling a rigged game to the public? To go out, our computer partner discards a wildcard on a clean Buraco making it a dirty Buraco, when he could have discarded. On a clean run of 4s. Stupid.
How come we cant access the game any night even thought we have all the vip access. Very disappointed also why cant we log in using Facebook, bear in mind that our vip access is on this account.
This is a great app with lots of player from all around.
We have been a paid member for years, and over the last couple of months it has become obvious that the games are rigged against us. And not in a close way. Im losing big time with having four or five jokers given to us and we still lose by 500 points. They arent even trying to hide it. Not an even playing field at all.
This app feels like its outdated and always gets disconnect annoying to play through this app.

Game NEVER matches you up with people in your skill level… Seems the people who pay$$ get the best cards in deck every time. Complete waste of time if your trying to learn the game. The fix is in and you are out.
Worst game in the history of online gaming. You cant login half of the time due to busy server and when you are finally able to login, the game is extremely slow due to very poor service. Additionally game is designed to favor paid members (VIP), making it almost impossible to win if you have a FREE membership. Waste of time.
Ive been playing this game for over a year. After 1,500+ games already completed Im 1,000% convinced this game is rigged in favor of those (VIP) who pay the monthly fees. It is so obvious, its actually a joke, what a poor job the developers have done in this game and didnt care to hide at all how fixed it actually is. Thats really disappointing since it could have had the potential to be a truly entertaining game. If you want to win with the help of this fixed system (algorithm) by all means become a member and pay the monthly fee to win with the help of the system (computer). Im very sorry the developers of this game seam not able to handle well negative reviews. Thats going to be a big problem for them, since most of the reviews lately are negative. Unfortunately for them they will not see a single penny from us. Not in their wildest dreams.
Been playing Burraco since we were a kid. Win ratio is wildly slanted to computer when playing against computer. Programming is off. Very disappointing.

The computer/al in any card or board game Will not be perfect. But this is by far the worst computer Ive ever played against. The computer is selfish in the sense that it only plays for itself. 1. When melding the computer will automatically play a two or a joker without giving you the chance to see if you can play on that meld. And often times Ive had the ability to add to that meld and get a clean Buraco. In fact its very rare that we do get a clean buraco and the other team almost always does. 2. The computer has no strategy whatsoever. It does not pay attention to what cards you are picking up to meld. Its common sense that if you see us picking up spades then thats what we are trying to accumulate and meld. Furthermore it really picks up cards. In fact it mostly only picks up cards if they can be meld immediately. 3. It seems as though the computer only goal is to get rid of its cards as soon as possible to pick up the extra deck. Rather than trying to make a Buraco it will just lay down multiple melds that couldve been one meld. Even when we have laid out most of our cards and have one or 2 cards left it was still meld its cards just to pick up the extra deck. Basically the other team almost always picks up its extra deck before us, sometimes we dont even pick up the extra deck, and they almost always have more buracos than we do. If you are serious about playing this game and you cant play online, we would not recommend downloading this game to play against the computer because you wont actually play realistic game.
We love this game and play it everyday but a few basic things bother us a lot when playing the computer in difficult mode: 1. The computer uses a wind card in perfect 7 card clean game to finish the game when there are other options available. The computer should never use a joker or wild card in a clean seven card game unless there is no other option 2. The computer will open separately every time games that are continuous (example: 8,9 and 10 of hearts and 5,6 of hearts with a joker on a separate game. It should either be open the 8,9 and 10 of hearts and wait one round to see if your partner has a 7 of hearts and then play the rest or open the whole thing as a single game 3. The computer does not sense there is a seven card straight card going by to the opponent team and stops it. It is way too easy to pass cards from one player to the next. Several other improvements could be made but we still love the game.
Please bring the old display back, the new update is truly bad for iPhone x.

We really love the app, we just wish that it wouldn't deduct 2 points for exiting. Sometimes it's due to an emergency. It's not fair our percentage and points be effected.
The font is waaay too small, it was perfect the way it was, why did you changed it?! The only thing that it was meant to change was when you finish a hand (and you ran out of cards to pick) and if you couldn't take your pot, those 100 points must impact on your points.

Love the game, only downside is the expensive membership for VIP.
It should have more benefits to VIP MEMBERS and less for free members. Another option is those who don't belong in clubs not be able to sit with VIP members, because some players admit to putting free member at 4some game to make the odds of winning greater for them. So we're asking to prevent further this form of cheating , and letting these ignorant people ruin a great game.

Is it possible to allow us to play without group 3 or more cards of each kind? Normally is only aces ( A ) and this game allow all cards be together making the game very fast. Thanks in advance.
This game is perfect for everyone who loves Buraco. Very well done, awesome graphics… The only downside, which we're hating right now, is that the multiplayer mode is kinda impossible to use since the servers are so full and overloaded that the games don't even begin, or when they begin, someone is always disconnected in the middle of it. Fix that and we'll give it 5 stars again! It also has some annoying bugs, for example with the scoring system where sometimes it takes points away from you.
Until recently we would have given 5 stars. Now, however, since the update the game is ridiculous. The computer partner makes stupid mistakes and the opponents never throw a card you may need. That is not the way it was! Make it a fair game again please. The opposition cheats and is aware of every card you have. It makes it so frustrating.
The interface and game play are great. Just needs to be able to tweak the game against the computer the way you would online. Since some users can't always be connected to the Internet. No three of a kind is a big one that should be chosen not to be played by the computer. Open or closed or stbl discard pile etc. Whether the computer should or not dirty a a buraco (maybe ask the user?).
