Im so sick of losing games that you charge us with a penalty for no reason. Isnt there some way you can fix this as it is costing us lots of points . This is the 8 th time you charged us with this stupid penalty and we have lost these games. Please fix this problem. Jean.
The update is working well for us on IPad. None of the crazy glitches some are having. The only issue, we melded and was short points but our partner said our melds were still showing after they went back into our hand. As for most complainers, you cant fix rude people with a update.
Not enough bonus have to wait to play.
Dont get this app if you want a fair game. Its not the person you are playing against who is to blame. They often get accused of cheating which, from what we know, isnt even an option. But once you pay for more coins…. You totally lose due to the game dealing you cards that you just drew every stinking time you draw your cards. It is so obvious and frustrating because we just want to play the game and not pay every dang time we play.Do not spend money on this, we love the game but we will not get scammed. And we never write reviews. This is sincere.
We love the app but we wish they would make a partner rating system where at the end of the match you can give them a 1-10 partner score instead of just a win/lose percentage.
Love the game but hate the one sided thing that goes on all the time and thats when you can get on to play, too many times when we try to log in we get the log in through Facebook then when you try that it just keeps circling then starts the process all over again, then its connection issues, you all have a lot of bugs to fix in this App, please make it fun to play. You should have the ability to make the screen bigger so you dont have to strain to see the cards! Its great on our tablet but the phone is very hard to see.
Like the game but the card distribution is very lopsided. Really need to work on that to make it a better app.
Im not happy you need credits to play. So you either have to wait a day to get free credits or buy them. We do like the game play but cant play more than 1 session a day.
Good app and mostly true to the original Bicycle game rules. We dont like that the play screen is so small. Theres a lot of the screen that isnt utilized; seems like they have room to make it bigger… We also dont like that, even though theres a play timer, you still get extra time after it expires to make your moves. So, if your opponent runs out of time, they really dont, and theres no penalty. Other than that, its a lot of fun.
You need credits to play this game. While there are a couple ways to earn them, like winning, it is very hard. Or you can buy them. We are not buying credits.
This game is ok but you can barely see the cards, the rules seem wrong and its really hard to figure out how to start a game. Also you HAVE to log in using either Apple or Facebook and the Facebook option wants access to way too much info.
This is a fun game until you lose a few games, run out of coins, and have no way to get more without spending money. You cant even watch a few adds to get more coins. You can only watch one ad per day for 50 coins, so it takes 10 days to get enough coins to play one game- and if you lose that game, you lose all your coins. So plan on deleting this after a week or so unless you want to constantly spend real money on it.
This game recently seemed to switch to being very one sided. Hand are won by a ton. Also, credits arent updated after watching an ad like it says it will. The only way to get credits is to purchase them or luck out and have the credits actually appear after an ad. No thanks.
Two times now we have lost all y credits. Just gone first time we had over 4000 this time over 3000. This game is a rip off.
Worst hand and foot game out there. Dont waste your time with this one. You cannot win. What a joke of a game. So obvious the game is rigged. How can the bot play 21 cards and his foot and beat you every time??????????? What a f ing joke.
We have played this for a while. Very unfair and if you start winning they will give you internet issues. We have been cussed out a lot by other players and we are experienced -the other players you r playing cuss u because you are not fast enough- and its their internet issues. We would not give this 1 star.

There is no way the cards are random, we have seen too many one sided games where one team or the other consistently gets terrible cards. Takes all the fun out playing.

Apps like this will give buyers less trust in other apps too. It is not a little rigged, but ENORMOUSLY RIGGED. Your counter player will have ALWAYS better cards then you (all rigged players are woman, so try to avoid woman) You loose always. We see the chances that you win 3 lotteries and become the president of the USA and Russia at the same day, a lot better then that you will ever win in this game. Chances you will ever win are 1 to in the trillions! And try to stay away from playing a woman since 99% of the woman are the rigged computers taking your money. Another really bad issue, when you get disconnected which happens all the time, you loose twice your bet. This disconnection is a fault in the game and really happens a lot. If you write the developer of the app that you at least want your money back, they dont even respond. This is staight theft of your money! If we offer something on the internet and charge your credit card twice, without delivering your order, how would you like this? We think you would go to the police, right? Apple allows this app to literally steel your money, by letting the app getting you disconnected every time. So incredibly bad and frustrating.

Games are to one sided. Dont really knows if that benefits Conecta Games but it is very poor software in regard to cards dealt. Very bad.
Love this game but the games are too one sided. Also the new value of the joker meld makes it not even worth it. We liked , and many others when it was valued at 1,500. Thank you.
We wish we could give this a higher rating – but there are absolutely no instructions for playing on this site! We know the rules for hand and foot playing live but online it seems some rules are different ~ example when you can pickup from discard pile. Therefore it is a struggle to win a hand when your partner is obviously aware of all the online version rules. Too bad because its a fun game.
We try to enjoy playing hand and foot but when you have game after game be so onesided you get frustrated and just abandon the game, there is a problem. We cannot believe these are random deals when both players get everything and the opponents get nothing that helps them card after card. Do something about this, we see lots of complaints in the chats.
Every game we play, there are connection issues. We dont mind losing, but to lose because of issues on Conectas side really infuriates us. Also, it causes your rating to go down and you lose coins. Really frustrating.
There is no censorship people are homophobic and insulting over a game. We were suspended for 10 days for defending ourselves to a lady that drove people away from the app. She acted homophobic with abusive tendencies and accused people of cheating. This game wont let us play but it will take our money. Disgraceful. The game isnt even accurate and we dont like how it links to Facebook its just stealing info and money from people much older than ourselves.
There are times when the games seems to be operating on its on and the computer is taking over. We have experienced being penalized for time and kicked out of the game with loss of 500 points. The time clock is not even providing 30 seconds. When we play without interruption this is a great game and can be addictive.

We have been able to open this game for over a week now. Anyone else having problems.
This is a fun game to pass the time. There are things that needs changed. Joker melds shouldnt be an option. You should be able to pick up the pile as long as you arent melded out in that group. Cards are dealt one sided so there is usually a huge point difference at the end of the game.
4 or 5 deck (real) Canasta Hand & Foot – you know the likelihood of slams, long shots. This games play seems to be effected by changing availability of cards. Certainly not playing for a clean distribution of cards. Percentage wins is almost a predictor of getting better cards in the last 2/3 of the game – not the result of better play. Crappy game – WISH someone would come out with fair livegame. Id gladly pay more upfront and in-game process for natural card distribution and probabilities.
We had a love-hate relationship with this game until it started to frequently freeze up, then send us a message telling us we had left the game and forfeited double our points. Now its just a hate-hate relationship. This has happened so much recently that we finally deleted the app.
We grew up playing Hand and Foot so we were thrilled to find this app. And we realize that with any card game there will be different rules depending on where you learned the game. But we find this game unfair in several ways. First of all melding wilds. Also the way we learned the game the discard pile only became frozen when someone discarded a wild card. But the most unfair part has nothing to do with the rules of Canasta… It has to do with the set up of the app itself. We were winning a game by 5000 points, but because our partner became disconnected from the game we lost the whole game!?! Wouldnt be a huge deal if we also didnt have to lose the 2000 wager on the game as well. When we pay money out of our real pocket, we expect to be treated fairly for the virtual cash we received for it.
We hate playing a game and really having fun to only have it stop take our credits and kick us out. You lose all the bet. And dont get the win even if you were ahead. Not fun to only play partial hands Tried again. Only had enough credits to play 3 games. Kicked us out all 3 and took all our credits. Fun game if you dont mind never finishing Would be so much fun if they would fix it.

Downloaded cant even open to play. Deleted app and reopened didnt help. So we just deleted for good.
This is the second day in a row when the app penalized for us allegedly quitting mid game. We were ahead in both games and didnt quit. Nor would we, especially considering we just spent money to buy credits in order to play. We love this game. But Ive noticed that this app allows for wild card melds and a joker meld. It also allows for collection of threes from the discard pile when one collects from there. Really weird. Finally, it seems like the app crashes a lot – even mid game. Annoying.
Not fair that we had to buy this and then can only play thru Facebook. Rip off.
This game will only let you play if you use your FB sign in so they can scroll through your contacts and FB history. Since we refuse to share that info with these people, and couldnt sing in without using FB, we deleted the game.
Ive absolutely had it with this game. We have lost several games and have been penalized because of a connection loss thats not on our part. Its so slow and we sit there while it lags and then tells us Ive been penalized for abandoning a game we never left. On top of that every time we try to write technical support the app crashes and we have to try to start over, we have yet to write them a message because it wont let us. Needless to say Im done and completely fed up with the crap.
We started playing this game. It was okay at first but after a few games we just kept on loosing. Is like okay we lost this round, but then not wining any rounds maybe 1 out of 20 is frustrating and not fun to play or look forward to playing. We are deleting this app. Not worth our money.
We never had a game we had to go through Facebook before. So dumb. Why do they need to go through Facebook. Thats just another way they can make money and get your information about. Dont kid yourself theyre not.
Awesome game. Like that there is a time limit. Easy to learn this fun game. Well organized table. The updates that were just made improves this game even more.
We like the game but we lose more than we win solely because the system throws us multiples of threes and no wilds! When we bought a significant amount of credits this seem to change for the better. Is this the only way to win.
However don not like rude and abusive players need to make it easier to report them and submit screen shots .have a low abandon rate because of them other wise live the game.
Game appears to be programmed to favor higher ranked ( money spenders?) players. Beware.
We have play Hand And Foot Canasta for years, but in the last three days, we have gotten connection issues on every game we have played and lost. We can play every other game online with absolutely no issues. Whats going on.
