We like this game but when we get to the ice cream part we have to dip it into something but it only goes so far! And we when we leave we try again but it keeps on putting us on the ice cream part. You might need to look into that!
The game was awesome in the beginning but getting to the ice cream dip the ice cream dip and the ice cream will only go up and not into the dipping.

We’ve only just started playing this game and its really fun but we’ve run into a glitch or bug of some sort. Im on day 14 currently and im serving someone ice cream. Once we make the ice cream we have to dip it in something but the ice cream gets stuck at the middle of the screen and wont go in what im supposed to dip it in. It will only go so far no matter how many times we swipe down. Please help.

We love this game A couple months ago but now we download it again and its not that fun plus theres a bug in it.
Super fun game but we cant get past day 14. The ice cream day glitches every time. We even deleted the app and redownloaded it and it still didnt work.

We were having fun with this game but then hit level 14. We have to make an ice cream, we do the whole swirl thing but then it wants us to dip it in some liquid, when we drag the ice cream down to dip it it stops halfway down the screen so im unable to dip it in the liquid. Since we cant drag it down all the way to dip it we cant complete the order and cant get past the level. Please fix this because we want to keep playinggg.

This app is really cool and fun to play except for one thing. As we’ve seen other peoples said it, the ice cream has to get dipped in a liquid but gets stuck in the middle and doesnt go down. We cant go on to next levels without passing this one, so please fix!!! Other than that, great game!

This game is so addicting!! There is one small bug we think should be addressed- when a customer orders ice cream, we cannot dip the ice cream in whatever we have to dip it in, meaning we cant serve it :(. Otherwise, great game!

Everything works amazingly, but once we get to the ice cream customers, we cant dip the cone, it wont let us. We can go up, but we cant go down, its really really irritating, we wanna keep playing but we cant if this glitch keeps happening.
Game is not bad. Pretty fun but every time we have to a level with ice cream it doesnt work. We cant dip the ice cream and theres no way to skip the level. Booo :(
Its fun but we see many of the complaints are the same as ours. Once you get to level/day 14 you have to dip ice cream and it will not let you dip it. We’ve seen the same complaint go back over 2 months ago so obviously you havent tried to fix it. Will sadly have to delete the app because there is no way to get past that level. Other than that, it would have been fun.
We love plying the game to pass time. But for some reason it keeps freezing and wont allow us to dip the ice cream cone. We’ve done all we know how to in order for it to work. But nothing seems to help. We think it might have a bug.
After the make the ice cream when we have to dip it into the bowl if wont go in. The cones only goes up to the top of our screen down to the middle and wont move down any less.

Got to lvl 14 and made the ice cream and when it got to the part where your supposed to dip the ice cream it gets stuck midway and will only go up, but not down. You guys have been told about this problem before and it still hasn’t been fixed. We would love to give this game 5 stars but it’s 2 until this problem is fixed. It makes the game unfun to play.
We love this game so much its so fun and kind of satisfying! We had this game a couple of months ago but deleted for some reason and decided to download it again a day ago. When we downloaded the game it was super laggy and rlly slow so it was kind of hard to play the game, but besides that we still enjoyed the game a bit UNTIL lvl 14 we had to make some ice cream for a customer and we had to dip it but it wouldnt let us, we could move it up but not into the liquid. We love this game it is so fun but on level 14 we had trouble with the ice cream for when we had to dip it into this stuff and it wouldn’t go all the way down, so we uninstalled the game and reinstalled and it reset everything and so we got back up to level 14 and did not buy any ice cream so maybe we could get passed and it worked for a bit then we realized that we already had an ice cream so on level 18 it said we had to do ice cream so we cant continue playing if this glitch is not fixed it isn’t possible please fix this then we will give it 5 stars!

Cant play since got to the ice cream levels it and have deleted and reinstalled five times. If this can get fixed and can get a new update so can play until fixed will be cant even play ads. We wish we could play the ads and past day 14.
This came is the best game we ever played.
We absolutely love everything about this game but there is one issue we have.. We get so many new scales/cotton candy sticks out of the claw machine but it has only changed to a few of the ones we’ve gotten. We wish there was a place to choose from the ones youve won or that theyd Atleast switch through the game or maybe between the three different shops. Also we have unlocked everything there is to buy so we wish there was more options to decorate or buy items. We have over a million and cant upgrade anymore. Other than that we have no complaints!!
You are giving people candy and everybody loves candy sower candy sweets sweet candy chocolates and chocolate candys chocolate bars chocolate milk well chocolate milk is not a candy but chocolate corn oh ya you can cover corn with chocolate chocolate cookies mint candy all sorts of candys and sweets lollipops.
We dont know where the shop is we just started back up on the game and we have new things that we want to equip but idk where the shop is.
So Im enjoying the game so far but ran into a glitch where we have two of the same candies (comfy momfy) but we dont have (vivid pinky).
We would love to have more costumers at a time, also more candy or baking sweets added.
So we absolutely love this game but we cant figure out where to change our goodies in the new update. We had a bag we really liked but we earned a new one and it wont let us change back.
