In traditional cassino the face cards have zero value and can’t be used to build. But except for that it would be a solid app.

Good game but its bugged, crashes every time we change settings.

The harder the difficulty the more the computer has what you have. The amount of times that we have witnessed four of one card in one hand is absolutely ridiculous. Chances are if you have a card the computer will have it too. Its not fun to a play a game when the computers hand consistently changes based on what you have.

Why is it the second Im on hard or hardest even medium the computer doesnt get smarter they just have every winning hand? Also they play a 10 after we play our ace instead of their 6 when we have a pair of aces. Unrealistic you would never ever play the 10 before the 6. Its just crazy the difficulty is only harder because the computer is gifted nearly perfect plays to your plays every time.

We love how simple this game is and it has the most game options we have ever seen on a game we hadnt played casino in 15 years it was always our go to game on the breaks that we card and dice dealers took we are really enjoying it keep up the good work.

Very fun. Like that you can play different game versions because we prefer traditional.

We like the options it has but the tracking at the bottom is almost always blocked by an ad. We didnt even know it was there the first few weeks we played. Also wish you had an android version so we can play against our friends not on Apple devices. The computer makes some stupid obvious mistakes. Wish we could back up to redo a move in a learning mode.

We like this game but it does not matter what setting the game is on its impossible to win. The computer wins all the time as much as we try to win or come close the computer always win.

We totally agree ! Love the card game.. But it cheats ! How is the computer can stack 10 cards.. We stack 4 & it takes it ! The computer always know what Im holding ! The few cards.. WOW! They have the exact same ! Man come on ! Im deleting & goin elsewhere..

The game cheats. The developer claims it doesnt cheat in other reviews but he lied. Anyone that is advanced in playing this game will know. For example, too often, the computer seems to have the right card. It doesnt happen that way in real life.

Fantastic AI. On the insane difficulty level it gives you a very good opponent. Best Cassino game on the App Store.

This app does a great job, but it doesnt allow situations where you can capture a build with a different card and something off the table. For instance: we cannot capture an A4 build of 5 with the extra 4 on the table and our 9 in the hand. This is allowed in Cassino as far as we know. If not it should be an option in the rules customization. Tough to beat the AI on insane without this move!

Played this game with our dad as a youngster. It was the first card game we ever learned. This game brings back memories of the times we played with our dad. Love this game and all the variations. Thank you for including the new statistics section.

This version forces you to pick your build if you cannot add to it. The rules of the game allow you to pick another card instead of your build. The iPhone version does allow you to pick another card instead of your build. Please fix. How do we fix our game? We found it all fixed. Thanks. Now we love the iPad version also. Have played this game for over 60 years.

Our grandmother taught us how to play cassino. We spent many hours playing it with her. She passed in 1997 and, besides our brother (who used to play with us and our grandmother) and one friend from college who happened to know the game, we never could find anyone else to play cassino with. Then we found this app. The game-play can be customized to play they way you’re used to playing. The app is designed and works well. Every time we play it, we remember the great times we had playing with our grandmother. We’re so glad we found this app. It truly is a joy.

Overall, this is a good app. We like that this app lets you toggle all the main Cassino rules variants.

There’s almost nothing wrong with the app. It’s comprehensive, the computers are challenging, and the gameplay is smooth for the most part. Here are some things that could be improved: – add an animation when you win, the "you won" text is dry and boring. When we win, we want to be rewarded for it! If only digitally lol – add a record of wins and losses. We think it’d be interesting to see our W/L ratio and if there’s any trends the more we play. – the computer makes obvious mistakes, like trailing a 5 when theres a 7 trail and a built Queen on the table. They could be a little smarter. It seems like they just have better cards or the right cards to steal your plays most of the time. There is a bug that allows players to build a 10 and a 16 both on the big cassino that leads to a crash.

The computer has options to build that the player does not! Bogus!!!!

Its super glitchy… Hard to finish a game without the app crapping out… Any chance we can fix the glitch???

Tried to install variations like sweep but it wont let us. Help a bug??

Yall need to fix this game, its almost predictable.

Making a game fixed and impossible to win isn’t challenging; it’s cheating.

This game must use a set of probabilities that doesn’t exist elsewhere in the known universe as the dealer almost always gets the 10 of diamonds and more often then not 3 or 4 of a kind come up between the common cards or in the players’ hands. But hey it’s only math and this seems to escape this app quite easily. Would give it zero stars if we could. Also use the 4.99 you charge everyone to take a stats class at your local community college to learn about probabilities.

App crashes when playing multi player!! Need to fix glitches!!!

Horrible game!!!! Its three against one, the computer set you up to lose!!!! The game has s NEVER at random. Dont waste your time.

It is a fun game to play with many options. We love playing Cassino!

Our father taught us this game as a young child. This is a little different, but, love it just the same. The only problem is when we initiate the game it will shut down all by itself.

We love this game – we heard it’s considered to b a jailhouse game (from an older lady from Decatur ga -TOOTALL)

A wonderful implementation of the Cassino card game with a worthy opponent to play against! To those that reviewers who say the deck is not random are wrong. It is. We win approximately 80% of the time with the difficulty set to Hard. Luck does play a role but even more important is the strategy used. Keep playing and lean from your losses and you will improve.

Been playing Casino forever with f&f up until we moved- this opened up a whole new playing field. The customizable rules make it by far our favorite way to run out the battery on our devices. . Only part that would make it better is ability to quickly go from one game to next instead of back out of each screen on the multiplayer fields. AND ability to send a note or reaction on friend games.

In most of the games we play against the computer, the computers King will build up to 14 cards in one round of play. We finally took a screenshot – its so common. Also, the scoring is not always 11 points split between the two players. We took a screenshot of a game in which only a total of 7 points was given. Otherwise, we love playing this game. Now, off to get trounced by the computer and its building of Kings. :)

Great game! But there are some things that would make the app better. Such as a chat between players. That would make the game exciting, competitive and entertaining !

Workaround to the matching hands syndrome noted in numerous other reviews- you can make this work to your advantage or you can restart the game for a fresh deal.

Good selection of rule variations should make any player feel right at home. 2-player game is great, 3-player is too easy to beat vs. The computer, and 4-player game should offer partner playthats the bestbut it doesnt.

The card shuffling could be better. Seem like the cards bunch up a lot. Add a W/L record to track our long term score.

Great game, please consider adding the option of the 5 of Spades takes all cards on the board. Also, as with another variation, please have the option to makes Aces only 14 pts and not both 14 pts and 1 point.

This app rates clubs higher than spades.

Playing at the hard level you have to feel the game is rigged, too many coincidences for it to be happenstance. Playing at medium level it is easy to win the game but its not a challenge. So… Either win and not be challenged or lose 80% of the time and want to throw the phone at how often the computer has everything you lay down and wins 11 to 0 30% of the time. Fun game itself but would prefer this app to be more of an even playing field.

Decent app. Most people are complaining about not being able to modify with the computer built. We haven’t had that issue. We can modify as long as we’re using a card from our hand to add onto a stack that isn’t doubled or tripled already. Once something is built, you’re not supposed to be able to use anything else from the open board to build on that stack… Can only build from your hand. The app is accurate in this instance. That said, there are a couple things about the game that are not right. 1) When you’re playing on the expert level, the computer doesn’t just play better He usually gets better cards (in our experience, it’s 70% of the time that his hand will steal what you need or build almost every time). It would be better if the card randomization was better, and it was truly random. 2) In the actual rules, when you get to 17, you have to get most cards and most spades to win. At 18 or 19, you have to get most cards to win. When you get to 20, you have to get most spades to win. And whoever has the highest point total going into the final hand wins the game if both people accomplish what they need to to get to 21. You don’t just keep playing to an infinite number. If you have 18, any point cards you get don’t count for you – you just keep the other person from scoring. It allows a person who is down 18-7 (for example) a chance to come back as long as they keep getting most cards. Make these adjustments and the app will follow the actual Cassino rules.

Not sure that the program doesn’t change the computers cards after analyzing board and builds. Computer gets 10 of diamonds way too often.

After we customized the rules to the version we learned and beat the computer a few times the game started to be a challenge but when we It would be better if we could play with random players …

The percentage of builds stolen by the computer are much higher than randomly possible. The computer almost always has the cards it needs to win, again not like the real world. There is no question the computer cheats in terms of the deal. The question is, why? Its a computer FFS; what value is there is cheating unless the developers did it as a joke? Its a good game and decent format, but the stacked deck is ridiculous. We often cant stand playing and leave irritated. Tempted to delete the app.

Computer doesnt know to hold face card for last pickup on hands dealt by computer. That makes the hard mode too easy to beat.. Beat the computer on hard 3 out of 4 times.

Im not sure, this game is fun, but it seems like the computer already knows when it is going to win.

The game of Cassino is a great game and thank for this app. We have 2 issues with it. First, it does not track your wins and loses when you are playing solo. Second, the deck is not random. If you put the difficulty on hard the cards are stacked against you. If you set it to medium, the cards are stacked against the computer. Crazy, just let the cards be dealt in random.

We were so excited to find this app. However when you play easy mode, the computer makes obvious mistakes, but on medium the computer doesn’t play better, it just takes all your plays/has better cards. The way the cards are dealt between modes shouldn’t change, just the level of the player (like doesn’t trail a queen when another queen is on the board or plays an A first card out). Our biggest complaint is when you try to invite a friend or they invite you, you can’t get to the game. We’re not sure if it’s this app or the Game Center App that is glitching but it’s super obnoxious. Either way Please Fix!!!

We downloaded the app to our iPod and it keeps quitting every time we launch it it crashes. But it works fine on our iPad. Its a fun game.

Love this game but we can never find another online player. We feel like the computer always happens to have the same cards as us. We mean in real life it happens when you don’t shuffle the cards correctly but in the app not so sure. We love how the game we can customize it to the way we were thought at home. It’s improving but we wish we were able to play with another player.

Was really excited to find this game existed as an app, outside of playing when back home with family. Pleased to find that changing to custom variations we can align scoring with how we were taught. However! There is a big flaw in an element of the game. If a player is building something, as long as it is not repeated (i.e.: 2+10=Q) then it is open to be modified by the other player to a value in their hand. This works for the computer, however if we want to modify the computers build using the board and capture it from a card in our hand, it does not allow it.
