My name is Professor Tim Edger, and I'm the inventor of the time machine and an avid cat lover! Sadly, I have a problem, and maybe YOU can help me.
You see, my beloved cats are missing. While playing in the lab, they've activated my time machine and ZAP, now they are lost in space and time! You have to travel from ancient Egypt, all the way to the streets of late 20. century New York, and even beyond the present – to future Tokyo.
Your goal is to find all the cats! Please be careful; these cats are really good at hiding.

We love all the details in this game, from the different hats to the confetti blowing around when you go back to a previous level. We do wish there was a "return to level selection/main menu" button. If there is such a thing as a truly wholesome game, though, this is it.
We really enjoyed this game and always wait for new levels to come out. When we discovered the secret level we were able to get all the cats except the one behind the 4 movable numbers. We click and swipe and none of the numbers move. We just hate to see Ive gotten 29/30 cats! Great otherwise.
We love the content and graphics of this game – its adorable and just the right level of puzzling for a weeknight. We recommended our kids download it. It loses a star because we have family sharing and discovered the hard way that family sharing isnt supported. The ads are immediate and required for each level so be prepared to pay for everyone separately if you dont want to deal with that.
We played the first level and then the rest were just pitch black and we couldnt see the puzzle.
We've finished every level and we love this game! However, when we get to the "secret level" and try to enter a code to get the final cat, the number dials won't allow us to move them. We thought that restarting the level would help, but it didn't. We then completely shut down the game and had the game load again and it still didn't work. We get so frustrated when we play games like this and not all of the mechanics work. We really like problem-solving, hidden object games, but we get really frustrated when the game won't allow us to finish. It almost seems as if this level was slapped together without testing to see if all of the mechanics work. If you fix this, we'll edit our review and give you five stars. But until then, this is the review we're leaving.
But the second puzzle, the Temple in Egypt, is completely black when we try to play it. We cannot see anything but the two torches.
We enjoyed what we could play of it after we bought it. But there were a lot of bugs. Tried to report via the report feature, but even it had a bug. Eh.
We are trying to report in the game that there is a bug in one of the levels, but it never goes through. Now we are stuck on the fire house level because the cat that is supposed to be in the fire hydrant is not there. We are enjoying this game otherwise. It is cute and a nice way to pass the time. It is annoying having to watch an ad before playing every single level. We wouldnt mind having to watch an ad before a set of levels, otherwise, the ad amount right now is a little bit overkill. Overall the game plays moves, and the puzzles are thought-provoking, but not too challenging which makes the game enjoyable to continue. We just hate that we are now stuck.
Game has too many bugs. We had to restart a few levels in order to clear the bugs. That being some of the puzzles were frozen. The secret level has one puzzle and the dials will not move no matter how many times we restart the secret level.
We downloaded the Cats in Time game on our new iPad. Signed in with GameCenter and even bought the premium pack. We restored purchases but all our progress is gone. Its making us start the game over. On our phone our progress is accurate but not on the iPad. How do we fix this.
Ok so overall this is a pretty good game and its perfect for summer or just if you like puzzles and riddles. But there are glitches in some hints that the game gives you like on the level the submarine on the one puzzle where you have to turn parts of the pillars we couldnt quite figure it out so we got a hint and when we watched it the things in the hint wouldnt move so we had to Quit so if you could fix that the game would be so much better but if you did that on purpose NO.
Are there only 2 levels Unless we pay? No thanks.
We had tried every passcode in this app but it didnt work so we tried again to get the cat out and win the game! It was very frustrating and impossible and bad and help us with the issue please! Help us with the code.
Paid $2 for no ads, then after 2 levels they make you watch an ad to keep playing. Shouldnt be allowed. We want our $2 back.
We played one level and was interested in going further. We purchased add free for $1.99. Played the 2nd level. After that we were asked to watch ads to continue. Id like a refund.
We love solving these puzzles! We still have six more to go, and we are afraid Im going to finish the game before new levels come out!we see that some people like to start over, but we have a problem and that we tend to remember game answers for a long time. So, we wont be able to play this for at least a couple years. Still remember everything in Monument Valleysigh anyway, love this style and there so few games like this! KUDOS.

We played through all the free levels in a few hours. Wish there were more levels. Totally addictive game.
We finished the game within a couple days and am (very) patiently waiting for new levels, but we LOVE this game. Some of the puzzles were hard to figure out and we will say a few of them we couldnt but am still determined. Other than that its a relaxing game that makes you use your mind. Its so simple and feels so rewarding!! We cant wait for new years to be added.
Adorable, beautifully designed, flawlessly built. Smooth, intuitive controls, and no bugs or significant flaws. Not super challenging, but enough to hold your interest while staying relaxing. We appreciated the little Easter eggs, especially the nod to the Doctor in the secret level. Just a sheer delight. And the fact that the devs are using some of the proceeds to support cat rescue in their area is such a wonderful bonus! Buy this. We think itd be good for kiddos, too, especially since the hint system give the entire if needed. Only tiny complaint is that it took us a little while to figure out how to access the main menu. But we did figure it out eventually.

Great game. Wonderful journey finding the cats! One bad note after finishing the levels, a pop-up that asked us to purchase a new level for.99.(Egypt) After paying for it, we found that the level was already part of the original purchase. Cheesy way of getting a buck more for nothing.
We love the game. We purchased the extra levels, but how do you access them.
It is playable, but sometimes the camera panning jerks around in stops and starts. The other thing is that is a battery hog. It drained our battery from 50% to 20% in half an hour. We were playing it in non-AR. Good game, but it still needs some tweaks.
Ive really enjoyed this game and played all the free games so we purchased the $5.99 in app option to open 12 new games. But the download crashed the whole game! We dont have access to the new purchase or the game itself. We just get green or black screens with the question mark in the upper corner. We play on an iPad Air 2. And have the latest iOS version. If this game is not going to work on an iPad the in app purchase option should be blocked. We would like our $5.99 back please! Buyers beware if youre playing on an iPad.
Loved the game. Such fun puzzles, was about to purchase additional levels, but noticed that on Level 26: The submarine has a statue that has nudity. Had to delete. Hope this gets removed or clothed, then Id probably buy the app.

As a lover of the Birdcage games, Pine Studio has done it again. Bravo! We love cats so this one is especially nice for us. The only bad thing we can say about it is there are not enough levelsI need more.
The motivation behind the game is as cute as these little puzzles. None are too tricky, but each offers a few unique puzzles to engage you.
We've played thru all levels then a mth later or so, we restarted them all again. We obviously love this cute addicting game, with a couple puzzles still stumping us the second time. This is a fun puzzling game with beautiful scenery details & subtle background music. We're not sure when but we've been waiting for more levels to come! It was pricey to get all levels but to us it was worth it & we rarely ever pay for app games. The bonus level was a nice surprise to get to, but was disappointing when all the cats were out in the open & there were no more puzzles to solve. We wished it wasn't so easy to find the cats. If the bonus level could be redone, please add more puzzles to solve. Another suggestion would be to have an option to restart all levels at the same time instead of having to click restart for each level, in case we like to play them again at a later time. Overall great game! Can't wait for more levels.
Im a sucker for a cute puzzle game but we usually lose interest when the cute puzzle games are too easy to navigate/solve. This game has it all the artwork is remarkable, creative & seamless gameplay! Must note: another HUGE thing for us is Im an adult w ADHD & finding games that offer an option for us to purchase no ads is GoLDEN in our book! We will always return to the game makers to check out their other creations JUST because of this! For our brain workings . Flashing ads at the bottom of the screen &/or strange advertisements of a different genre game take away from our gameplay experience & we usually delete the game – even if we dig he game. Back to this bada$$ game our only bump in the road w this game is waiting for the next batch of levels. We open the app every morning in hopes the new levels will be ready to play. **we even purchased the Egypt extra levels on the slight chance they may be different from the no ads, unlimited hints & all levels we initially purchased but they were already played in our collection. This game is stellar on so many levels & Im crossing fingers, toes & all appendages that the new levels will drop soON! Props to the game makers.
We really enjoyed this delightful game. Its incredibly easy for the experienced puzzler, but thats what makes it wonderful. Its a great way to get other family members, especially some of the littlest ones, to enjoy the escape room gaming experience as well. We loved playing every level simply based on how good they look and how fun the movement mechanics are. We will likely be gifting our nieces and nephews with this game in the future.
We cant wait for more kitties to save!! So fun – easy at times, challenging at others. Sad that Ive finished (even the 10 bonus cats saved), and Im looking forward to more levels with more cats! So worth the purchase.

The wordless physical puzzles give us a real Myst-type vibe, which is great! Have been looking for a game of this type. Our four-year-old enjoys it too.
This game is so enjoyable with elaborate detail and fun 3-D environments on each level. Our only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there arent enough levels! It says more are coming soon but nothing yet. We hope they add more sooooon.
Only 24 levels total and only 12 are free. Very expense to buy additional levels at $5.99 for 2.
Update 13 June 21. We actually got a sincere response from the developer. Most responses are cut and paste; this was not. We appreciate the feedback and the fact that they are a small start up. We wish them all the best. We still think the game is a bit overpriced. But that is not worthy of a one star review. [Each level can be cleared in about 10 minutes. Unlock all 24 levels for $5.99 is a rip off. Or deal with ads to go thru 12 levels. Not worth it. Cute game that needs to be available for a lot less.].
We love these types of games but we really need more of a challenge. It would be fine for a 5 year old but Im an adult.
