Everyone who works on this game should get a raise. We have been playing this game for over a year and this is by far the best nfl gm game run by the best kinda people. Anyone who likes the nfl should get this game.
Sounds like a game we would love to play but cant because it wont get past the loading screen no matter how many times we restart it up or how long we wait on the loading screen.
We have spent hundreds of dollars in game, and our app got deleted. We know our Apple password, it wont go past the loading screen PLEASE HELP ME!
Its a great game and fun to play! Our only issue is the amount of time it takes to wait for the playoffs. It takes way too long to get from 1 season to the next and makes us just want to give up on the game.
We understand the any given Sunday thing were sometimes a bad team beats a better but we constantly lose to worse teams and its extremely rare we beat teams that are better. Overall the game is really fun, we wish the buying options werent all $6+ we would spend $1 or $2 here and there.
The season takes so long and skips are super expensive only 3 for 7 dollars would be better if it was faster or cheaper like a season review for 5 hours but 16 hrs.
Everything about this game is solid except the fact you cant actually PLAY the football game but only simulate the games. We were pretty disappointed about that. Please change this, it has the potential to be way better than madden mobile.
Game used to be fun, Came back to play it again and it no longer works, shame.
The only control you have over your team is the plays which cost money to get. Not much gameplay in the game at all to be honest. Theres way better free football games that are much more satisfying than this trash, dont waste your time.
We got a new phone and we thought our progress would safe because we logged into Facebook but when we did that with our new phone it made us pick a team and after that we realized our progress was gone our team was like an 70 something but cbs basketball and hockey worked.
The game quit working before the super bowl weekend. Now it just says its loading on the main screen.
Good Evening, we recently got a new phone and am trying to log back into your app. The app allows us to sign in to our Apple ID then just keeps saying Loading in perpetuity. How should we fix this? We have tried to delete and reinstall the app.
It takes abt 10 mins to open the game.
We’ve literally deleted and downloaded the app a dozen times and as soon as log in with our Apple ID or any account it just takes us to the loading game and the game just keep loading havent even gotten in the game yet we have an iPhone 13 Pro and its up to date on all the latest iOS updates Im able to play CBS Basketball Franchise 2022 but not this one, really want to play this game but the game is stuck. Hoping the patch it or make some fixes to it.
We waited for over ten minutes on loading screen and it never loaded. Uninstalled, as this game is obviously broken.

Unnecessary limits and waiting time for playoffs makes game boring and too difficult to progress. You get maybe 30 minutes at most per day you can play then you have to wait for postseason or game refill for another 15 hours. Ridiculous scam for money.
The game doesnt load cant get past the first loading screen.
We are able to log in with our Apple ID but once we do that it just says loading forever. We’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall many times and that hasnt worked either.
March 10, 2022. We downloaded, selected our email to login, and the app is stuck on the title screen showing loading.
We thought you could play football on it but it does it by its self.
Game literally just not loading at all.
We felt the need to update the rating- since the developers started working on the college football game, this game is ignored and it shows. Contacting support with issues results in a snarky reply with no resolution to anything. Interceptions are nearly impossible to get (think 1-2 per season for the entire team), yet goals to complete the level will regularly have 1 player needing 3-5. Everyone who plays the game continues to bring this up, but the devs have concluded that this is acceptable since the game needs a challenge. Improving the team accomplishes nothing – you will still lose to the same teams, no matter the medals, bonuses, training, plays applied. Its clear the college game is getting all the attention and this game is being ignored. Stay away from this one until the devs actually spend time fixing whats wrong and listening to their player base.
The game doesnt load no matter what we do we tried re downloading restarting our phone logging into multiple accounts and deleting some things to free up storage it still doesnt work and we know its not our phone because everything else works fine every game we have does to is there we way we can fix this if so let us know.

So we downloaded this game and made a team on our apple account and no theres no problem with the gameplay but thats because we cant even play it took forever loading so we closed the game came back logged into our apple account again and then it hard crashed band it kept happening so then we tried to login as a guest but it wont load so we deleted the app and downloaded it again but it just keeps happening please fix this the game looks fun.

After entering our team name the app crashed afterwards. Even after restarting app it still continues to crash. Im on iPhone 11 Pro.
This game is so fun you can create your own team is much more features one feature we dont like about this game is that you cant see the game or playing the game its just a randomizer and how good your team is but otherwise from that this game is awesome we pray every day for about three hours and we think anyone that would play football enjoy this game we love the overalls of every player summer unfair like really unfair because thats what they really are in real life but otherwise from that this game is awesome.

This game is one of the most balanced NFL team-building games we’ve ever played. Once an addict to Madden Ultimate Team as a teenager, we enjoy the similar characteristics, the realistic football concepts, and the ability to compete against many thousands of other online players in a fair and balanced environment. On top of that, over the 3ish years we’ve played this game, we’ve submitted a few problems to their IT team – which might be the most responsive IT team we have ever encountered. Bravo all around, 11/10 recommend!

This game is definitely 5 star worthy. However, the only reason, and we mean the ONLY reason it gets 4 stars, is because it takes an act of God to get an interception.
We really like this game. Our only issue is that even though our team is a lot better than other teams, we keep losing. Our team is probably better than 90% of the other teams in our season, but we go 8-8 and miss the platoffs.
Fun at first but becomes rigged, just like all the other games in the series. Everything is designed to make you wait (and obviously pay not to). If you need to win 10 games in a season, expect to win 9 over and over.
We like how you can open packs get hall of farm players and change your play book. The problem is that there isnt much you can do. It takes us 15 minutes to do everything we can do in the game. Then we have to wait a full day to play again. We wish that there is a game mode where you dont have to wait to play without spending money. Also make it so that you can change your name.
This game is just like collecting cards by buying packs. No general manager experience at all, you only get what they give you. No ability to shape your team by getting a free agent or draft choice at the position you need. Feels dumb getting our 20th linebacker but no interior linemen at all. Sadly the 2013 version was much better.
Our opponents constantly destroy us when we our team is better in literally every single way. Better playbook by a mile, better offense by a mile, better defense by a mile, better team by a mile. Fix your game.
The game is very good but theres a problem. We cant see what players we got from packs. Like Ill open two packs at once and it will show only one person. So when we try to see what players we recently got. Oh wait theres no way to see. So please make a button or something to help.
Pretty impressed with this years version of Franchise Football. Overall interface and UX improvements have made for easy menu navigation. The reason this doesnt get 5 stars is the fact that waiting in this game completely takes away from a stellar experience. Id prefer not to pay $7 for postseason advancements so now we find myself checking this app once or twice a day, going back to waiting, and so on. Once this app gets to a place where we can consistently play 2-3 times a day, itll become one of our favorite apps of all time.
