Ive loved this game for years but theres something very wrong with it for several weeks. Its impossible to contact support from within the game. We havent been able to do a Catering Dash in over a month and the game has gotten very buggy. Please fix itupdate itcmon.

We have been playing this game for 10 years and it is still our favorite game! We have played dozens of restaurant games, but none come close to being as good as this one. Some things we love: The takeout orders – it gives us some direction of what to cook and its fun to complete them. The amount and variety of appliances – there are around 40-50 of them probably (some must be purchased with gems, but ~20 of them can be purchased with coins), so you never run out of recipes to make. The culinary stars – gives you a goal to work towards, especially since we like acheiving the culinary star milestones. Plus once you earn enough, you unlock an upgraded version of the meal where you earn more coins. The catering dashes – adds a competitive aspect to the game, although you dont have to participate if you dont want to. Plus you can earn prizes and gems! Being able to grow your own crops and craft your own ingredients – adds another element to the game that makes it more fun in our opinion. With a lot of other games you just tap a few buttons to craft a recipe. We like how in this game you actually have to collect and make the ingredients. It makes it so much more fun. There are plenty of tables, chairs, counters, wallpapers, tiles, decorations, etc to choose from without it being an overwhelming amount There are also a bunch of other interactive elements in the game (some of which Im not a huge fan of), but you dont HAVE to do them to level up. Some things to change: Please update the game! It has been 5 years since the last update, but people are still playing and spending money! It wouldnt hurt to give us an update :) we are level 71 and have spent so much time and money on this game Im worried about it not being compatible with future IOS updates. We wish there was more of a social aspect. You can add friends, visit other peoples restaurants, and leave likes, but thats about it. It would be cool if the chat feature in the catering dash was available or if you could send gifts to friends (like parts to upgrade the fridge and pantry). In our opinion the ingredient orders arent worth it. You get at maximum 1000 coins, but usually the cost + time it takes to get the ingredients exceeds the profit. We also dont understand the boat events. But like we said above, at least you arent forced to interact with these aspects of the game! Overall, we LOVE this game! Please give us an update :).
All the games that is made buy this company .we have finish all steps and level in their games . And have start a new games over and over cause we loves the company games . But this games keeps adding to our lever for the next steps every time we gets on . We check the totals to our next lever and every time they adds more to the totals so you cannot make too the next steps levels and then you keeps buying diamonds to try to go to the next levels then they go in and adds items to yours storage,and to your refrigerator, items you do not needs and take out items you have prepared, so you can buy more diamonds ,. So we are not going to keep buying diamonds and the companys keeping changing the storage,for items that we have bought s and the system doesnt puts them in your refrigerator or storage, then we have to keep purchasing them over and over . This the third games that we have downloaded and have bought every stove,chair,table,all plants ,,meats ,butter.bread maker,butter,milk machine 3 times in In each games ( 3 cheftown games and a lots off other game) they all started off goof until you get to the next levers in the games.we got 40 stoves, or more,all plants tress,all berry plants,tablets,chaired,decoration,etc and they keeps taking foods from pantry storage and Items that goes in the refrigerator even you buy diamonds,the items never be added to the refrigerator or storage so we keeps buying diamonds . We are not going to buy any more diamonds. Are playing the games when you try to talk to any one about the game they have problems answering any question they refuse to help or fixes. Computers do what every the company does to the soft ware. We have a lots off games with this company some we have so many levels,Diamond in the thousand and cannot play the games. We will be deleting the games apps.its not worth buying any games for to playing the games when they fixing the machine to not too work but fraudulent to take and keep you buying items for agame to make money , why create games for people play on them then go back in the gaming systems to not function right . Why does it take so long to open new areas,Also why are the really nice items require gems at least a few should not require gems but all your nice items require gems, we is pretty hard to dish out cash for fake cash these days when people are trying to get back on their feet after the Covid outbreak,Im one of them which has COVID and hope to never get it again.

Ive downloaded this app like 4x or 5x times because Ive loved it that much. Got really far last time and then we got a new phone. No way to login or get our progress back. We strongly recommend at least letting people sign in with their Apple to keep games. Because this has been an actual problem for us Ive originally played it when it released on the Apple store and had to make several accounts every time we get a new phone.
How about some new updates every now and then the game to use it its been four years since its been up there dont yall think we still love the game.

Such a fun game! Im so glad we gave it a chance. We love cooking games and being able to customize our own restaurant. This is wonderful different than other ones we played and we like it.

The only thing lately is that we had sent a request to find out when something new would be coming and was told by customer service that they arent updating this game because they are working on newer games and this one pretty much doesnt matter anymore.. Just a heads up to all the new players.
Genuinely a great game. Follow the story, or don't, you'll still have fun. We're at level 76, and will probably delete it to start over when we're 'done.' The glitches are few and far between.

This game is so fun when Im stuck in our house all day! So addictive Im on this game for at least 6 hours a day when Im playing time flies by we even play on it when Im supposed to be getting food.

When a game stops you from playing your other games then you know its your favorite. We love the fact that the items arent high priced like the other games. It would be nice if we could communicate with the other players. In the next update you should make it so the characters dont just sit down and eat. It would be cool if the could sit down on the couches, swim in the pool and walk into the small buildings. We really love this game and think this would make the game even cooler and more fun to watch the characters.

Im almost to the end of this game, will you be adding more land or maybe add the inside of the Yacht so it can be decorated and cooked inside? Maybe a Chef Town 2? This is the only game we have ever played where we havent gotten bored with and have gone to the very end. Nicely Done.

Very fun game it would be great if it could have more different kinds of crabs, lobsters, fishes, shrimps, meats from different kinds of animals too, so no, vegetables, fruits, the food that is left over can be be sell to make more money on the next update.
Barely any effort has been put into this and it makes us sad because we can tell that talented people worked on this but they ended up making another garbage mobile game that we see everywhere. When you first start playing it lets you finish all of your dishes for free, which is fine, but then when you keep playing it makes you spend gems upon gems! Upon GEMS until it costs you like 20 gems just to finish a dish, very annoying, and a real crappy way to try and have people spend money on gems. And if you try and wait for a dish to finish naturally without spending any gems, it takes half an hour to finish, like, excuse us? That is a huge waste of time to wait for 30 FLIPPIN MINUTES for your grilled salmon to finish. Nothing is to be gained from playing this, and it really leaves a bad taste in our mouth (pun intended) that this app is so pay to win or play for your whole life to win that it almost makes us gag. We really hope that nanobitsoftware.com makes some better apps that dont make us want to cry when we see talent wasted on things like this.

SO AMAZING! We play this game on the daily! Been addicted for over a year! Its so fun and way better than any other restaurant games and the best part is there isnt any ad pop ups.
We like the game a lot, however the only thing we dont like is that it offers free things if you watch a video, more times then not its a waste of time because they dont work.
