We love this game it is so relaxing and calming really.
We love this game but the update stopped allowing unlimited ad watches for an extra play. Now it's one ad/extra life per thirty minutes. Sad.
We have played this game at Christmas for years and years and have always been happy to contribute by doing some in-app purchases. We really love it. However now there are ads and ads, after every attempt at every level. It has taken away so much joy from the game. We dont mind an ad or two during a play session, but after every single attempt is a bit ridiculous.
In this game u have to solve the puzzle and its so fun.

There isnt anyplace to report issues and since the update we cant play.
This game has nearly 900 levels. It is very addicting and its a lot of fun. If there were another level, we would love to play. There are some levels that do require you to use all of your fun bombs and magic wands. Get this game because itll definitely make you happy.
We really loved this game until after we purchased 24 hours of play time. Only to have to wait for the next chapter and now lose our playtime.
This game is so fun and entertaining. Also we just started today and Im obsessed and wont stop! Then its free! So we very much recommend this app, also this is coming from a ten year old girl so keep that in mind but we still love this app.
We used to love this game but now Im on a level where we cant seem to win and there are no longer videos offered to watch for free green diamonds. Cant afford to buy them to play longerSeems a bit unfair. Fix the video option please.

Have not played long but we like it so far.
We love playing this game and enjoy the challenges but it seems to really drain our iPad battery faster than any other game we play. Has anyone else experienced this? We play Wooga games and they do not drain our battery. We play on an iPad Pro 10.5.
We loved playing this game when we first discovered it. Its fun and festive. But as the levels grew the game became more stressful than fun. We found it increased our anxiety more than anything once we came up to the timed levels. Ive been stuck on the same level for weeks and see no way out. Playing a game should be relaxing and fun – not testing your patients and frustrating. As an older consumer PLEASE do away with the timed levels they are horrible – or provide a skip level – a free pass – a cheat sheet or someway to move on.. We hate to defeat the game but may have to.. Just our opinion.
We get that games encourage you to spend money but when every higher level is so difficult that you are constantly stuck, it does the opposite. Why would we spend money only to get stuck again on the very next level? This game is too difficult to be enjoyable past level 100. UPDATE: Reduced from two stars to one star because there was never an improvement and only gets worse in the impossible factor. App deleted.
We think once you play it you n be want to stop.
We dont mind a game being difficult at the higher levels, but there are places in this game that you literally cannot get past. Too bad, because it is a fun game, otherwise.
It takes FOREVER to pass levels in this game!! Dont play it that often because its too hard and not gratifying when you cant progress. Beautiful scenery but not fun when it takes months to pass a level. Power ups are too costly.
On 580 and couldnt beat this level . Timer is too short to win let alone the coal pieces to remove unless you purchase purchase purchase.
This is an amazing Christmas game to bring the holiday spirit.

This wonderful game that makes your Mind work. We have been playing this game for a hour and absolutely love it.

Im sad to write this review because this is a truly enjoyable and lovely game to play. Ive unfortunately hit a level (59) where there is no possible way to generate enough power ups to win without spending lots of diamonds (and therefore money) to break all of the coal pieces that appear on the game board. No matter what we do, there are at least 4 coal pieces on the board in different positions, and thats if Im lucky. Since we cant progress, we cant continue to build our town and see its magic unfold. Im willing to accept this might just be a us issue, but being no stranger to match games, we think this one is inordinately difficult to win.
This game was so much fun until level 125. On that level you have 94 seconds to play but the items never stop rolling so fast It was impossible to match. Plus, on that level is lose and you lose an additional life. Thats when it stopped being fun and we deleted it.
Game is so fun and cant get bored off of it.

This game is fun, but Ive lost two levels now because we used the last move to complete the level and the game cut it off before it counted.
We agree with everyone else that around the holidays its great fun to play. The scenes are pretty and the music is awesome. We find the biggest detriment to the experience is not being able to earn boosters its the only reason we gave it a lower rating. Every other free game app gives daily coins and chances to earn boosters by watching a series of ads. This is sorely missing and unless you are a whiz at match three on all levels you WILL get stuck and remain stuck for a long time. The developers of this game need to reconsider the strategy and addition of boosters.
Level 32 and stuck for days. Also, your last move that would win does not win!! Wasted power items multiple times for the last move to show give up when you actually won. For this reason we would not download this game.
We like the game & setting up the villages, but it took diamonds off us & Ive won the same game twice, but it makes us do it over. Im stuck on level 41 after arnd 17 tries, which includes the 2 times we won it.
The concept is cute but the game lacks zip.

You dont get enough value when you purchase power ups. Too bad because it really is a fun game.
You have a bug finished requested level but keeps telling our times up and start over and over same thing happening, can not move on.

Fun, but you cant play far right pieces on the board. They need to fix that part.
This needs to rotate for landscape for our arthritis hurts too much to hold our iPad Air 2.
We love this game but once we got to a certain level it froze up and would just close. We finally deleted it and downloaded the app again. We had to start completely over and it did it again! This really needs to be fixed.

This game is easy to play and lots of fun for all match 3 enthusiasts.
We really like the game but a glitch prevents you from being able to move a piece from the far right column. You have to move the piece on its left and swap it. But youre out of luck if its a vertical swap in the far right column.
The times games need more time, especially fir handicapped folks, like us!!! The 900 jewels fir more time button NEEDS to be moved away from exit!!!! We lost almost 18,000 jewels because we fat fingered that button when going for exit!!!!! Or add an extra message "are you sure you want to continue?" Who is going to replace all those jewels the game stole when we wanted to exit???? Once those items get fixed, then we will go to five stars because we love playing, we hate that its not handicap friendly! Yet to hear back from creators of game about this.
We tried several times to play this game. BuI feel the items on the screen are very small. We have stopped playing, not worth our time.
There are times where the sides of the game board refuse to move pieces. It tells you to move them but the game wont let you!! And the hard levels do get pretty hard and without power ups are impossible to win. Other than that, love the game.
The game was fun for a couple of weeks and then the levels just get so hard to beat and all they want you to do is spend money. Just want to find a game that is level and easy and fun to play all the time.
